TREND OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS DATA STUDY (2015 – 2019)
Get PDFBACKGROUND : Diabetes mellitus (DM) is degenerative disease and non communicable disease which need the right treatment. DM is a condition which is the blood glucose is increase above the normal or called hyperglicemia. The prevalence of DM tend to increase in Indonesia until 2030. Inadequate treatment will lead to serious complication. DM is the biggest thread for human health. Tendency to increase is correlate with change of lifestyle and urbanisation.SUBJECT AND METHODE : This study is using reference from previous journals and publications and then analyse using decriptive analysis.RESULTS : the results from journal description reveal that there were several factors, which is the enabiling and risk factors of DM including age, gender, obesity, lack of activity, unhealthy life style, prevention using HbA1C which is not optimal, not optimal medication and not making good use of existing facilities.CONCLUSION : the treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus are needed good collaboration from the patients itself, family and health care team including physician, nurse and dieitician
A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EFFECT OF TRANSFEMORAL PROSTHESIS USE AND AXILLARY CRUTCHES TOWARD THE QUALITY OF LIFE
Get PDFABSTRACTBACKGROUND: Quality of Life (QOL) is an individual perception of their position in life. Some factors that affected a person’s QOL may be physical condition. Related with this factor, amputation is a form of physical change that has a negative effect on physical, psychological and social life. One way to overcome is rehabilitation program. The program aims to improving mobility and re-integration to community. The aims of this study were to determine the effect of prosthesis and axillary use toward QOL.SUBJECTS AND METHODS: This study was Quasi-Experiment with two-group only by post- test design. Forty individuals with lower limb amputation that using transfemoral prosthesis and axillary crutch in PT Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotic participated in this study. QOL was then measured using the WHOQOL-BREF. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney test.RESULTS: Prosthesis users overall QOL and health scores were 3.8824 and axillary crutch users scores were 3.8696 and 3.9130. Prosthesis users scored significantly higher on all QOL domains. Statistically, there were differences in QOL domains of prosthesis and axillary crutch users, with score in physical health (p = 0.018), psychological (p = 0.017), social relationship (p = 0.026) and environment (p = 0.003).CONCLUSION: There are differences in the quality of life in the environmental domain between groups using transfemoral prosthesis and axillary crutches. In the environmental domain, the use of transfemoral prosthesis is more influential in improving the quality of life
Revitalisasi Enterpreneurship Terhadap Pelaku Industri Kreatif Berbasis Kinerja Balance Scorecard
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pemetaan profil industri kreatif, terutama pada tingkat kinerja BSC, kebijakan pemerintah dan kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif teknik survei kualitatif dan kuantitatif terhadap populasi industri kreatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa profil industri kreatif dalam perspektif keuangan pada aspek tahap akhir kematangan dan masih belum baik. Dalam perspektif pelanggan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan mencapai 62,67%, loyalitas yang relatif konstan, segmen pasar usia dewasa lebih dominan, tinggi dan pendidikan seks perempun dan pertumbuhan pelanggan baru cenderung meningkat secara perlahan. Selain itu, perspektif proses bisnis internal sebanyak 65,33% industri kreatif untuk berinovasi, tetapi operasi telah berfluktuasi MCE. Industri kreatif sebagian besar tidak melakukan tren penjualan meskipun kerusakan barang cenderung meningkat. Dalam perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran bahwa tingkat produktivitas, motivasi dan kemampuan sistem informasi tenaga kerja cenderung meningkat. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jember kurang berperan penting dalam pengembangan sektor industri kreatif, sedangkan di sisi lain pemerintah pusat dan provinsi Jawa Timur telah melahirkan kebijakan khusus terkait sektor ini. Kontribusi industri kreatif terhadap perekonomian di Jember mencapai 3%, tetapi masih di bawah rata-rata nasional yang telah menembus angka7%
MENINGKATKAN LITERASI IPA MELALUI INOVASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JENG KELIN GALLAW UNTUK SISWA SMP
Get PDFSMPN 3 Jember telah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi dengan literasi dan PPK melalui penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 indikator pada aspek kompetensi PISA 2015 yaitu 1)kemampuan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah; 2)mengevaluasi dan merancang penelitian ilmiah; 3)menginterpretasi data dan bukti ilmiah. Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi IPA.melalui inovasi model pembelajaran Jeng Kelin Gallaw pada siswa kelas VIII-A di SMP 3 Jember. Desain PTK Kemmis and McTaggrart dan dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Indikator pencapaian keberhasilan yang digunakan adalah ada peningkatan kemampuan literasi IPA siswa pada aspek kompetensi menggunakan instrumen soal tes tulis dengan 3 indikator aspek kompetensi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi model pembelajaran Jeng Kelin Gallaw dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi IPA siswa kelas VIII-A
ANALYSIS OF FARMING INCOME OF SWEET POTATO (Ipomea batatas L.) IN VILLAGE OF PANTI, SUB-DISTRICT PANTI, DISTRICT OF JEMBER
Get PDFMeeting the food needs of the majority of Indonesia's population is still very dependent on rice. This raises problems for the Indonesian people because the amount of national rice availability is unable to cover the food needs of the population which is increasing, so that alternative substitute commodities such as Sweet Potatoes are needed. Sweet potato farmers in Village of Panti, Sub-District of Panti, District of Jember have productivity that is difficult to increase with low prices. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the level of income of sweet potato farming, and 2) To determine the level of efficiency of the use of farming costs. The results showed that the average total cost of sweet potato farming per hectare was IDR 22,052,029.49 with an average total farm income of IDR 63,444,198.78, so that the farm income reached IDR 41,392,169.29. Furthermore, the activity of sweet potato farming in the study location was efficient, which was marked by an R / C value of 2.15

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to partially prove the influence of CSR, Company Size, Leverage, Profitability to Company Value with managerial ownership and independent commissioners as a Moderating variable. While the specific targets to be achieved are; to prove that managerial ownership and independent commissioner variables greatly influence or weaken the relationship of CSR Variables, Company Size, Leverage, Profitability to Company Value. This research is categorized into descriptive research using quantitative methods that are causality. Whereas the method that will be used in achieving the goal by using some descriptive statistical analysis techniques with the classic assumption test tool, besides that hypothesis testing consists of; coefficient determinant test (R2), partial significance test (t test) and calculation of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS.The population used in this study is a coal mining company that is on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2018 period with sampling according to predetermined criteria.The results of the research partially that CSR, Company Size, and Profitability do not significantly influence the Company Value, but Leverage significantly influence the Company Value. Likewise, the Moderating Variable analysis with the MRA interaction test method shows that partially Managerial Ownership and Independent Commissioner variables can strengthen the relationship between CSR, Company Size, Leverage and Profitability to Company Value

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of recent education, business scale and accounting training of the use of accounting information in SMEs “. (Empirical study of SMEs in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency). The research approach used in this research in quantitive research. The population in this study were all handicraft industries in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, totaling 42 SMEs. Based on the census methode, the number of samples in this study were all handicraft industries in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, amountingto 42 entrerpreneurs. The methode of collecting data through a questionnaire methode, which is to spread the list of questions (questionnaire) that will be answered by respondents, namely SME bussines owner licatied in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The result showed that namely: (1) Latest Education influences the Use of Accounting Information in SMEs; (2) Business Scale influence the Use of Accounting Information in SMEs; and (3) Accounting Training influences the Use of Accounting Information in SMEs
Pengaruh Apersepsi Pada Pelajaran Fikih dalam Membangun Kelas Humanis Religius Siswa
Get PDFApperception constitutes the initial stage of learning process, but is often missed in the implementation of learning activities. Apperception can help students understand instructional materials. The relation of the learning process to fiqh material is often seen as monotonous and rigid. When fiqh is taught as something doctrinaire, the output will also be droctilary. By contrast, when fiqh is delivered through something that highlights the potential and characteristics of students, these students will be able to relate what they have learned to their real-life activities, leading to humanist and religious classes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between apperception on fiqh instructional materials and the development of humanist classes. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population was 40 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a random sampling method, and analysed through the product moment correlation. The results showed that apperception in fiqh subjects had an average (19,275) which means it was included in the medium category, building a religious humanist class had an average (18,075) which meant it was included in the medium category. Then the conclusion apperception in fiqh lessons have an influence in building students' religious humanist classes at MTs Miftahul Ulum Kudus
EFFECT OF HEALTH COACHING BASED ON HEALTH BELIEF MODEL THEORY TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN ELDERLY WITH HYPERTENSION

In fact, lifestyle factor such as physical activity contribute to the burden of account for substantial morbidity, mortality, and rising in hypertension, highlighly the much for prevention afford to curb public health epidemic. Health coaching was one way for the nurse to improve motivation and patient’s beliefs concerning their disease so that they would show good compliance behavior. Objective of this study was to analyze the effect of health coaching toward physical activity.SUBJECT AND METHODE : This study used quasy experiment design with pre-post test control group design. Sample collection technique was by purposive sampling. The amount of sample was 26 person for each group. There were two variables, the dependent and independent variables, the dependent variable was physical activity and the independent variable was health coaching. The location in the work Pandanwangi Public Health Center and the time was April 4th – June 7th , 2019. Statistic analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney.RESULTS : Health coaching has effect toward physical activities. Difference test in treatment group using Wilcoxon obtain p value 0,025, while differece test with Mann Whitney obtain p value 0,000.DISCUSSION : There is physical activity differences between treatment and control group. furthermore, physical activity as a management of hypertension. It is expected hypertension patients should be always doing physical activity that has been recommended
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION ON ONLINE GAME MOBILE LEGENDS FOR VOCABULARY DEVELOPMENT
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to discover the level of EFL students’ perception of online game Mobile Legends in their vocabulary development. The researcher used questionnaire and interview as the instrument to collect the data and took 20 respondents for the questionnaire and 5 interviewees that are taken from 8th semester students of English Education Department on 2018/2019 academic year in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. This study got a positive result with 74%, therefore can be categorized as positive perception. Moreover, it was supported by the interview result where the interviewees agreed that their vocabulary knowledge is expanding when playing Mobile Legends
