THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF SIMBAT AGRO TOURISM IN JEMBER REGENCY
Get PDFThe potential possessed by SIMBAT Agro Tourism is huge, the land is wide enough with a land area of around 7 hectares, the charm of attractive mountain nature attractions such as tourist spots in Batu city with access close to the Jember city area, the community environment is very supportive, and human resources enough available to make this Agrotourism very potential to be developed. But behind the great potential of SIMBAT Agrotourism, its development is still not optimal. Seeing the potential and various benefits of the development of SIMBAT Agro-tourism, as well as seeing the condition of agro-tourism that still has not made the main strategic priorities that must be done, and the Agro-tourism design has not been made in accordance with the needs and desires of tourists. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find a strategy towards the development of SIMBAT agro-tourism in Jember Regency. The analytical methods used in this study are IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, QSPM, and QFD. The results of the study based on QSPM analysis the priority strategy is Optimizing excellence by improving the quality of service to consumers. The QFD analysis obtained attributes of tourist needs that become the top priority seen from the level of importance is cleanliness and beauty of the tourist environment, while the service attribute which is the top priority seen from the level of importance "systematic, continuous HR training, and improvement of the HR work system "The results of the analysis of the two QSPM and QFD analysis tools are very related. Optimizing excellence by improving the quality of service to consumers (QSPM analysis results) can be done by meeting the needs of tourists who are the top priority, i.e. the cleanliness and beauty of the tourism environment (QFD analysis results), and their main application must be done with services that are the top priority in terms of their importance, namely systematic, continuous human resource training, and improvement of the HR work system. With solid human resources and competent skills, it can improve optimizing excellence by increasing the quality of service to consumers
ANALYSIS OF DEMAND FOR BEEF DISTRICT OF JEMBER
Get PDFBeff is a kind of foodstuff which relatively expensive, so not every household can buy it every time. This study aimed to: (1) analyze the factors that influence demand of beef at District of Jember, and (2) calculate the elasticity on price and income of demand of beef , also cross-elasticity of demand due on prices of other goods. This study used descriptive methods and surveys with deliberate regional selection (purposive method), selected sub district were Sumbersari, Patrang, Kaliwates, Jelbuk, Mayang, Tempurejo, Ambulu, and Sumberbaru. Sampling was carried out in proportioned random sampling with total of 72 respondents, data obtained from interviews community. Data analysis method used demand theory and Cobb-Douglas model multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that: (1) the factors that significantly influence demand of beef at District of Jember were price of beef and fish , household income, dummy tasts and dummy research area, while the price factor of chicken meat, prices of eggs, education level , while number of family members hae no significant effect on.; (2) beef price elasticity was -4,701 showed that elsticity of beef was elastic, cross elasticity of chicken meat price, price of eggs and fish were 3,907; 4,416; 1,311, which showed that the three items were substitutes of beef, the income elasticity of 0,579 indicates that beef was a normal item, that was consumtion goods, which was in the event of an increasing on income will caused increase demand

However, the existence of dichotomy in science and education makes the direction of education lose its essential weight. For this reason, such a dichotomy must be deconstructed to produce synergy and integration between intellectual and spiritual entity. Education in general and Islamic education in particular must not be conceived partially, so the core value of education can be realized. The idea of human as a living spiritual entity in Islamic education can be realized by revitalizing and conceptualizing the role and meaning of Islamic education by developing and changing curriculum in both content and purpose, as an effort to entrench spirituality as the basis of orienting Islamic education
EFFECTIVENESS OF BREATHING RELAXATION TO RELIEVE ANXIETY IN ELDERLY AT UPT PSTW BONDOWOSO
Get PDFBACKGROUND : Human aging process undergoes a change toward physical and mental dependence. Complaints that accompany the aging process become a sign of disease, usually accompanied by feelings of anxiety. Anxiety also arises in certain situations such as public speaking, high job pressures, facing exams. Anxiety disorders arise when the anxiety lasts a long time, changes in behavior, or the occurrenceof changes in body metabolism. This study is conducted to determine the effectiveness of breathinf relaxation to reduce anxiety in elderly.SUBJECT AND METHODE : This is a quasy experimental research conducted with two groups pre test and post test design. This study incolving 43 respondents divided into control group for 20 resondents and the rest become the experimental group. The data collected using questionnaire and alayze by using Man Whitney test.RESULTS : Based on the results of the research before the breathing relaxation in the mean score in the experimental group was 2.35 and in the control group was 2.2. While after breathing relaxation in mean value in experiment group is 2.70 and in control group is 2.70 Then obtained result p value: 0.000 <α 0.05 concluded H1 accepted, meaning there is influence of deep breath relaxationDISCUSSION : Based on the research results, deep breath relaxation can be used as an alternative to lower anxiety level
WHAT FACTORS ARE SUPPORTING BREASFEEDING OF WORKING MOTHERS: LITERATURE REVIEW AS APPROACH
Get PDFBACKGROUND: Breastfeeding is one of the natural and important way to provide food for baby. It also has role to support the physical and emotional development between mothers and baby. Nowadays, coverage numbers of breastfeeding is low. The objective of this study is to understanding determinant factors to encourage breastfeeding of working mothers.METHODE : This study was literature review. Searching literatur on online database consist of Medline, Pubmed, Science Direct and Cochrane. Inclusion criteria such as literature in english, both qualitative and quantitative research, literature published after 31 December 2005 until 31 December 2017. Article appraisal used Form Crowe Critical Appraisal Tool (CCAT). Based on the findings of the analysis of 21 literature.RESULTS AND DISCUSSION : There are several factors that can influence mother working to breastfeed. Factors supporting: high incomes, high education, mature age, marital status, multiparity, low of psychosocial distress, broad knowledge, support from workplace, existing facilities at the workplace, part-time work, co-workers and supervisor to provide time to pumped breast milk, suggestions and appeals from health workers, also policy in workplace. Obstacle factor to breastfeeding for working mother such as tightly work schedule and unflexible, full-time work, mother did not understood about breasfeeding policy, low economy status, lack of support and facility for breastfeeding, vacation regulation, lack of support and attention of health workers, infant condition (premature or illness) and exposured advertisement of formula
SELF EFFICACY ADOLESCENTS IN PREVENTION OF RISKY BEHAVIOR OF DRUG ABUSE IN BALUNG JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Get PDFBACKGROUND : Drug abuse is a problem that must be solved because it is related to the future of the nation in this case is teenagers. Prevention of drug abuse can be done from within adolescents through increasing self-efficacy (self-confidence) to take preventive drug abuse measures. This study aims to identify adolescent self-efficacy in the prevention of drug abuse in Balung Junior High School.SUBJECT AND METHODE : This research is a descriptive analytic study with 77 samples.RESULTS : Result of this research found self efficacy variable the majority showed high self efficacy by 42 respondents (54.4%) and others showed moderate self efficacy by 45.5%. In risk behavior, it is found that there are mostly risk behaviors among respondents, namely 64 respondents (83.1%) and only 13 respondents (16.9%) who are not at risk.CONCLUSION : Recommendation of this study To the parties involved in this case are the family, school, health workers, government, law enforcement and other parties there needs to be an increase in the socialization of increasing understanding of youth in preventing drug abuse
ROLE TRANSITION APPLICATION OF PARENTHOOD IN ADOLESCENT
Get PDFBACKGROUND : role transtition is a role changing process to become a parents in adolescents, and it is common to occur due to early marriage aor married by accident. New role as a parents need a good preparation since this changes need certain periode of time. But when an adolescents faced those situation due to their sexual behavior they will face role transition spontaneously and not ready in all aspect, phisically and psychologically. This transition will lead into role insufficiency as a parents. This stydy is conduct to analyze the role application of parenthood in adolescent.SUBJECT AND METHODE : This is a qualitative study with thematic analysis. This study including 5 participants and 5 respondents for triangulation taken by purposive sampling. The participants is mother who is married by accidents with a minimum of 6 months parenting experience. The research was conduct in 6 month.RESULTS : This study found several themes, including difficulty in adaptating as a parents, changing habits, new forms of experience, form of support.CONCLUSION : based on the results of this study, the experience of adolescent as parents is expected to improve their awareness and their involvement with their child through the interaction of inherent meaning so that role supplementatio ncan be fulfilled to produce a healthy role transition to feel conected, interact, have a situation, develop self confidence and coping.
TUBERKULIN SKIN TEST DETEKSI LATENT TUBERCULOSIS INFECTION PADA PETANI KARET DI KABUPATEN BENGKULU TENGAH
Get PDFTuberkulosis paru masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Indonesia menduduki peringkat tiga dunia di tahun 2012. Target nasional Case Detection Rate pada tahun 2018 adalah 70%, pencapaian Provinsi Bengkulu sebesar 46% masih berada di bawah target nasional saat ini. Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah merupakan salah satu kabupaten di provinsi bengkulu yang tiap tahun terjadi peningkatan kejadian TB. Pada tahun 2015, sebanyak 44 penemuan kasus TB positif, dan meningkat pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 64 penemuan kasus yang terdeteksi TB positif dari 22 Puskesmas yang ada. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya Latent Tuberculosis Infection melalui Tuberkulin Skin Test pada petani karet Kecamatan Talang Empat Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Variabel penelitian ini adalah variabel independen (Tuberkulin Skin Test) dan variabel dependen (deteksi Latent Tuberculosis Infection). Analisis data dilakukan dari analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 31 (31%) responden dengan Tuberkulin Skin test Positif, sebanyak 64 (64%) responden dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK, sebanyak 63 (63%) responden dengan Umur 20-50 Tahun, sebanyak 66 (66%) responden dengan Jenis kelamin Laki-laki. Disarankan kepada Pihak Puskesmas dan Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu tengah untuk melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut terkait TB Paru pada petani Karet Kecamatan Talang Empat Kabupaten Bengkulu tengah
Pengaruh Belis Dalam Masyarakat Sumba

Belis consist of mamuli, katana, and a number animals such as horses and buffaloes. Determination of the number of belis that must be prepared by the man to propose depends of negotiating or agreement, the social status, and marriage of the girl’s mother. If the handover be accepted, the woman must also prepare and carry a bola ngandi containing woven cloth, muti salak, ivory as a form of reply from the belis that will be given to the man. The values of the Belis and the Bola ngandi must be balanced so don’t causing humiliations to both families. Belis can have a psychological impact on the lives of individuals and their families. This impact can be seen in self esteem and self efficacy
Keberfungsian Keluarga Dengan Stres Pengasuhan Ibu Yang Memiliki Anak Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Get PDFAutistic spectrum disorder condition is what causes the mother to have parenting stress, so the mother can’t do parenting effectively and optimally. For that, the mother needed family functioning. For the end, the mother need family functioning to suppress the parenting stress. The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship of the family functioning in mother of children with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). This study uses a correlation research design with a sampling technique that is incidental sampling, with the subjects of the 67. The instrument in this study uses the scale of The McMaster Family Assessment Device (FAD) and Parenting Stress Index (PSI). Pearson’s r correlation analysis was used to check correlations between assessments of family functioning and parenting stress to investigate correlations between results in mother. The outcome showed that there was an relationship of family functioning in mother of children with autistic spectrum disorder. The coefficient correlation (r) is -0,500 with a value of p = 0,000 <0.05. This shows that parents of children with ASD reported higher functioning of the family as a whole; they exhibited lower levels of parenting stress
