ANALISIS PENGARUH 5C TERHADAP KELANCARAN PEMBAYARAN PEMBIAYAAN PAKET MASA DEPAN BTPNS (STUDI KASUS PADA MMS TAMBUN SELATAN)
No full textOne principle that is often used in financing evaluation is to use 5C principles (character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition). To ensure that the distribution of the funds provided is safe, smooth and profitable for the bank, the bank as the channeling fund must conduct a 5C analysis of the financing. Because the provision of financing without conducting analysis first will endanger financial institutions (Kiswati & Rahmawaty, 2015). The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of 5C on financing Future Packages (PMD). The technique of collecting data uses an online questionnaire with a sample of 103 respondents in the South Jakarta area and have never used services from a Sharia Bank. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. The conclusions of this study are Character, Capital, Condition have a significant effect on Smooth Payment. Whereas, Collateral & Capacity has no effect on Smooth Payment

Full text linkThe background of this study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence tehadap performance of Bank Nagari employees Branch of Pasar Raya Kota Padang. Population in this research is employees of bank nagari branch of highway outside branch leader. By using purposive sampling method. Of the 64 employees, only 63 people were sampled, because of using certain criteria or sample criteria that have been set. The test used for research instrument is in the form of validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, that is normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression is used to find out the influence of intellectual acts, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance both simultaneously and persial. The result of research by using multiple linear analysis showed that intellectual intelligence variable (X1) had no significant effect, emotional intelligence (X2) had significant and significant and Spiritual Intelligence (X3) had no significant effect on employee performance (Y)
FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE MUDHARABAH FINANCING DECISIONS AT BANK MUAMALAT JAMBI BRANCH
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the factors that influence Mudharobah financing decisions at the Muamalat Bank Jambi Branch. This relates to the arrears in repaying Customer's loans to banks. In this study using primary data, and the method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. Econometrics analysis using multiple linear regression was conducted to identify the variables that influenced the Mudharobah financing decision at the Muamalat Bank Jambi branch. The variables used in this study are financing decision variables as dependent and character variables, capacity, capital, conditions of economic, collateral as independent variables. 25 statement items used to assess financing decisions, there are 99.96 percent of statement items used to assess financing decisions are declared valid or can be accepted as statement items to assess financing decisions, only 0.04 percent of statement items in assessing financing decisions are declared invalid. Financing decision as a dependent variable in this study there is a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.988 which is greater than the value of r table that is 0.3202 meaning all items of this statement are declared reliable or trusted as a data collection tool in this study

No full textThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of compensation, work environment and reward for high performance against the performance of employees at Penggadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru. Analysis of data used is the analysis of the regression of the linear risks. The sample of this study as many as 55 of the respondents who is a permanent employee at Penggadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru. Variables are used is compensation, work environment and reward for high performance. The results showed that these three variables tested simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employee at Penggadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru. In partial compensation significantly influences, while the work environment and reward for high performance does not affect the significant. Variables are compensation, work environment and reward for high performance of influential 79% of employee performance, while the rest of the 21% affected by variables not included in research

Full text linkIt is a necessity that the government requires the availability of land under development for the public interest, including housing and settlements. The government has responsibility for environmentally sound settlements, in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 28 H paragraph 1.However, there are problems with the housing shortage rate (backlog) which reached 7.64 million units as of early 2020, and the density of settlements in the urban areas with inappropriate environmental conditions in Indonesia. In this case, the land bank mechanism is an alternative to environmentally sound settlements. This paper describes what are the opportunities and challenges of a land bank towards an environmentally sound settlement based on sustainable development, justice and legal benefits? The writing of this article is based on a statute approach and a conceptual approach, which are qualitative in nature and use secondary data. Based on this, it was found that the Indonesian government, based on existing statutory instruments (bestuur-executive), has legal certainty in organizing, regulating and executing the responsibilities assigned by the State to it. However, in supporting legal certainty, justice and legal benefits, the government needs to immediately issue a government regulation regarding Law No.11 of 2020 concerning work copyright. The government in this case should consider the opportunities and challenges of land banks in realizing environmentally friendly settlements

Full text linkThe separation of the Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) of conventional banks into Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) as stated in the mandate of Law no. 21 of 2008 resulted in the Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) of West Sumatra, namely Bank Nagari, to participate in determining this policy with the results of the GMS agreeing on the option of converting Bank Nagari to Bank Nagari Syariah. This conversion decision will of course also affect the loyalty of Bank Nagari customers themselves. This study aims to see how the influence of knowledge, religiosity and service quality on customer loyalty when Bank Nagari is converted into Bank Nagari Syariah. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis with the process of collecting data through an online questionnaire using the snowball sampling method. This study shows that knowledge and service quality have a positive influence on customer loyalty. While religiosity has a negative influence on customer loyalty

No full textThe aims of the study was to provided a clear description of the differences in conventional concepts in time value of money with two approaches, namely; present value and future value with the Islamic concept, namely; economic value of time. The principle difference between the concept of time value of money and the economic value of time lies in the perspective of money and interest. In the concept of time value of money, the present value approach is equivalent to the flow of concept as suggested in Islamic law, that is, money must revolve in the productive or consumptive sector, while the future value approach to money debts and goods whose returns are not comparable is usury. ANALISIS PENGARUH DEFISIT FISKAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI INDONESIA
Full text linkThis study aims to know and analyze: the influence of fiscal deficit on economic growth of Indonesia in the long and short run. The data in this study are time series data from 1988 to 2019 and using cointegration test and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The result of the research show that (1) fiscal deficit, FDI and inflation have a significant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive effect, meanwhile FDI and inflation have a negative effect on economic growth. (2) In the short run, fiscal deficit in lag 1 and FDI in lag 1 and lag 2 have a significant effect on economic growth, but inflation have no significant effect both in lag 1 and lag 2. However, in the long run, economic growth will return to its equilibrium

Full text linkThis paper aims to analyze the sinergity of Islamic organisations (Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah) towards the development of Islamic Economy in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of research is literature analysis. Data is collected and analyzed from the main sources of Islam (i.e. Qur'an and Hadith) and previous research studies related to Islamic organizations in Indonesia.The authors find that Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah are the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia which have their own characteristics. Both of these organizations have a distinction in the methods of da'wah and mass bases. The synergy of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah through da'wah methods and mass bases can develop Islamic economy in Indonesia. The authors argue that in the future it may be necessary to have a deeper synergy between activists, administrators, and followers of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This paper is the pioneer to analyze the sinergity of Islamic organizations towards the development of Islamic Economy in Indonesia
