Influencing Generation Z’s Green Purchase Intention: Roles of Awareness and Eco-Labels
Increasing population growth accompanied by excessive consumptive patterns encourages the exploitation of natural resources which will result in environmental pollution. Environmental problems that are not immediately resolved will certainly have an impact on the lives of the next generation. This study aims to determine the role of environmental awareness, consumption value and eco-labeling on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The theory used is the theory of consumption value initiated by Sheth et al. (1991) on how the nature of the customer decision-making process is based on 5 perceived consumption values, namely functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value and conditional value. The research method used is quantitative method with 135 respondents. Data analysis in this study used PLS-SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that environmental awareness, consumption value and eco-label have a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The consumption value variable is the variable with the greatest influence on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The novelty of this research is the addition of consumption value variables using five dimensions of consumption value in accordance with the Theory of Consumption Values which are very rarely studied by Indonesian researchers in their influence on green purchase intention in generation Z

An in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of poverty in Banten Province is the key to formulating effective strategies in overcoming this problem. In general, poverty in this area is caused by several interrelated and complex factors. This research provides a comparative analysis of the application of clustering data mining methods in calculating population poverty data in certain regions or provinces, especially Banten. This research aims to assess the consistency and effectiveness of various clustering methods used in previous research. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review, secondary data from relevant research was collected through systematic searching, reading, and note-taking. The data collected is then carried out through a process of data collection, filtering, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that most of the literature reviews show similar results regarding the effectiveness of various clustering methods in analyzing poverty data in Banten. This shows that there is a consensus among previous studies regarding the efficacy of clustering data mining techniques in overcoming problems related to poverty in the region. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the methodology used in poverty analysis and provide insights for policy makers and researchers to develop more effective strategies in poverty alleviation efforts. The conclusion of this research is that clustering data mining in analyzing poverty data in Banten Province has shown quite high consistency and effectiveness. Various literature studies that have been reviewed show that various clustering methods that have been applied previously provide similar results in identifying poverty patterns, understanding socio-economic structures, and providing valuable insights for developing more targeted policies

The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and graphical methods. The implementation of this research consisted of three cycles which identified more than 70 indicators of the success of students' attitudes and learning outcomes of geometry. The results obtained, the application of constructivism through interactive multimedia can improve student learning outcomes. However, this growth is still far from expectations. Only 15.625% of students feel their learning outcomes have increased and the rest are constant or variable. In the final test of this study, only 72.875% of students reached the set criteria
MACROECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF INFLATION: EVIDENCE FROM EASTERN INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the money supply, interest rates and exchange rates against inflation. This research data uses secondary data with the time series method obtained from the North Maluku Bank Indonesia (BI) and North Maluku Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2010-2020. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that the simultaneous testing showed that of the three variables, there was no effect. Based on the above findings that inflation is mostly influenced by interest rates, if interest rates rise it will increase inflation. Because interest rates have the most dominant contribution in increasing inflation, therefore the monetary authority must try to maintain interest rates for inflation stability
A Mutual Language Policy: Facilitating Shared Interests between Foreign and Indigenous Workers Regarding Language, Socio-culture, Ideology and Identity
We propose a Mutual Language Policy to mediate shared interests between Chinese and indigenous workers in minimalizing frictions related to language attitudes, socio-cultural attitudes, ideologies and identities. So far, language policy has only sided with indigenous interests initiated by the government and has not involved foreign interests. By using multiple case study, we analyzed language attitudes, socio-cultural attitudes, as well as ideologies and identities of Chinese and indigenous workers to understand the frictions that occurred. We found that the language attitude of the Chinese workers was considered positive while the dominant use of Mandarin was only caused by the lack of mastery of both Indonesian and English. Next, the socio-cultural attitude of Chinese workers that seemed exclusive was basically caused by two main things, firstly, their concern about counterculture and contra behavior towards indigenous people.Secondly, the social class in employment context. Finally, the defense of the ideology and identity of the indigenous community seemed so strong was because of the collective defense system. Shared interests among them in a mutual language policy concept are also discussed
Gajah Mada’s Political Legacy: Exploring Leadership Dynamics In Literary Perspectives
This research examines the depiction of Gajah Mada's political framework in literary works, which aims to dissect concepts such as power dynamics, personal interests, policy formulation, and cultural elements, as well as exploring the sharpness of Gajah Mada's leadership. The method used by Alan Swingewood's literary sociology.Data collection and data analysis in this research were carried out by means of literature study, namely first, reading the Gajah Mada novel which was used as the object of study intensively and critically; second, identifying data related to aspects of Gajah Mada's political system; third, inventory or record all identification data. The result of this research is that Gajah Mada's political power, represented as a wise and charismatic leader, highlights Indonesia's need for a democratic, transparent and accountable political system, as well as strengthening national unity and integrity. Gajah Mada's political interests, such as state stability, deconcentration of power, and sustainable development, can be adapted as political alternatives by strengthening checks and balances, independent control institutions, government transparency, community participation, and eradicating corruption. Gajah Mada's political policies succeeded in uniting the archipelago under Majapahit, providing inspiration for Indonesia to improve economic policies, develop justice and eradicate corruption. Gajah Mada's political culture, which involves the mandate of officials, deliberation, and attention to the welfare of the people, can be a basis for strengthening national unity and integrity as well as increasing national awareness through education
