Get PDFThis research was conducted at the Office of Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Badung Regency. The population of this study were 34 employees of the Utility Infrastructure and Facilities Division. All members of the population were involved using the census method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires using a five-choice Likert Scale. Instrument tests were carried out with validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques using path analysis.The results of the analysis prove that job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediation test results prove that job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress and motivation on employee performance. Pengunjung dapat mengakses informasi tentang aturan dan tata tertib pura. Dengan demikian menunjukkan manfaat signifikan, termasuk efisiensi dan peningkatan pemahaman pengunjung. Penerapan QR-Code sebagai media digital tatatertib di pura dapat memberikan contoh bagi tempat suci lainnya dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung dalam konteks keagamaan dan budaya.

No full textEducation as an instrument of human civilization has a very central role and function in shaping patterns of human behavior both individually and in groups when interacting in society. This paper explores how socialist-humanist religious education becomes the basis of religious moderation for society in the midst of religious diversity and complexity. By using a qualitative research method and a literature review approach to study the subject matter, the answers to the problems in this paper are presented in a descriptive narrative form. The results of the study show that socialist-humanist religious education is able to awaken the religious community to interpret and understand not only the religion they adhere to but also other religions in relation to social and human relations. Socialist-humanist religious education makes it possible to interpret and understand religion broadly and deeply so that it does not belittle the substance of religion only in the realm of divinity. With such a meaning and understanding of religion, the essence of religious people, namely being tolerant and moderately religious, can be realized. Mapulang Lingga: The Implementation of Yoga Tantra at the Diksa Pandita Siwa Institution in Gianyar Regency
Get PDFAn ideal Pandita, is the center of vidya, an enlightened and enlightening figure. It takes a gradual and time process to become a Pandita. His spiritual ascent was an attempt to institutionalize the essence of para-aparavidya knowledge. In reality, being a Pa??ita is a "tool" to obtain gain respect and privileges in society. As a result, there is an instantiation of the d?k?? process which tends to ignore the essence; becoming a Pa??ita is only a ceremonial legality, a symbolic publication in order to be able to lead the main scale rituals in society. Based on this background, there are three research problems, namely: (1) Why is yoga tantra implemented in the Mapulang Lingga procession of the D?k?? Pa??ita ?iwa Institution in Gianyar Regency?; (2) How is the process of implementing yoga tantra in the Mapulang Lingga procession of the D?k?? Pa??ita ?iwa Institution in Gianyar Regency?; (3) What are the implications of implementing yoga tantra in the Mapulang Lingga procession of the D?k?? Pa??ita ?iwa Institution on the socio- religious life of Hindus in Gianyar Regency?. Furthermore, the data obtained are analyzed using phenomenological theory, religious theory, semiotic theory, modal theory, and reception theory, which are operationalized eclectically, based on qualitative, analytical, interpretive research methods, with a religious science approach especially yoga tantra Shivaistik approach. Implementation of yoga tantra in the mapulang lingga procession of the D?k?? Pa??ita ?iwa Institution in Gianyar Regency, or contemplative spiritual ritual practices in the form of woven supra-rational, ultra-scientific physical-metaphysical science and technology, as an attempt to unite the transcendental elements of the micro-macrocosm (atmalingga with ?iwalingga), based on two reasons, namely: first, the Theophilosophical reason, namely the attempt of Pa??ita Nabe to interpret the Kapa??it?n text so that in its functional dimension it remains relevant to the demands of the times. The second reason is the attempt to implement the catur asrama essence which are based on the panca tatwa ideology. Furthermore, the implementation process of yoga tantra in the mapulang lingga procession is reflected through five media, including: mandala (space), kala (time), yantra (equipment), mudra (priestly dance) and mantra (prayers). The implication of implementing yoga tantra in the mapulang lingga procession creates the pa??ita paripurna (full-fledged d?k??) as a representative embodiment of the unrepresentable God called "?iwa Sakala". On the other hand, for society, they have a guidelines for life when they want to realize the values of the religious teachings they believe in, at real practice in society

No full textThe main consideration in investing to get a profitable stock return. The rate of return on stocks is influenced by several factors, such as market value and market capitalization. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of low market value, high market value, small market capitalization, and large market capitalization on stock returns in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2020-2022.
This study uses associatives that show the relationship of the independent variable with the dependent variable. The sample of this study is companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2020-2022. The sampling used in this study used the Purposive Sampling method with certain criteria. Companies that can be used as samples are 20 companies that have met the sampling criteria so that 60 data samples are obtained. This research data uses secondary data sourced from the 2020-2022 financial statements. This study used multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study show that low market value (PBV) variables and small market capitalization do not have a significant effect on stock returns, while high market value (PBV) and large market capitalization have a positive and significant effect on stock returns

No full textThis research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of the independence and competence of internal auditors on audit quality in LPD Denpasar City. The sample selection technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling type. The total population and sample for this study were 35 LPDs with 105 respondents, but there was one incomplete questionnaire so the respondents used were 104 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program. The results of this research indicate that the independence and competence of internal auditors have a positive effect on audit quality in LPD Denpasar City. The theoretical implication of this research is that it has confirmed that the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and attribution theory can empirically prove that independence and competence have a positive influence on audit quality in LPD Denpasar City. The practical implication of this research is to provide material for consideration and motivation to internal auditors, especially the Supervisory Body (Panureksa), in carrying out their audit duties more seriously, with honesty, independence and competence
