Within a limited time, pasraman students were able to be directed to develop the values ??of Hindu Religious Education such as religious attitudes (Sradha and Bhakti), discipline, friendly and polite attitudes, tolerance, caring attitudes, and interactive attitudes. During the service period, the team used the quantum learning method such as having a question and answer session between the team and students during learning, so that the application of this method trains students to be tolerant of the opinions of their different friends. The conclusion is that the learning method used by the service team has positive implications for students, namely increasing motivation and enthusiasm of students to take part in the entire series of community service activities

WARAK KERURON SEBAGAI WUJUD UPACARA PITRA YADNYA PALING SEDERHANA

Semuanya bisa dipilah, mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk, dengan mengacu pada ajaran tradisi yang memiliki nilai-nilai luhur. Umat Hindu memiliki keyakinan bahwa segala sesuatu yang ada disebabkan oleh suatu hal yang ada atau terjadi sebelumnya. Dari keyakinan tersebut memunculkan sebuah konsep hukum alam yang disebut dengan Karmaphala, atau hasil dari perbuatan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, sebuah upacara yaitu Warak Keruron merupakan salah satu cara untuk membebaskan roh bayi dari belenggu yang mengikatnya di dunia agar sang roh dapat kembali ke asalnya. Bilamana hal ini tidak dilaksanakan tentu dapat menimbulkan dampak yang buruk bagi kehidupan sang ibu maupun sang ayah. Selama ini istilah Warak Keruron sangat jarang terdengar di masyarakat, padahal upacara ini sendiri sudah ada sejak dahulu. Warak Keruron bertujuan serta berfungsi untuk membersihkan atau mensucikan kondisi seorang ibu secara psikologis maupun jasmani. Roh yang di upacarai akan kembali ke alamnya dengan jalan sempurna sedangkan bagi orang tua yang masih mengharapkan keturunan diberikan kemudahan dan siap secara lahir bathin. Demikian pentingnya upacara Warak Keruron sebagai bentuk paling sederhana dalam upacara Pitra Yadnya dan sebaiknya dilakukan oleh pasangan suami istri atau bagi yang mengalami keguguran

Get PDFThe purpose of this empirical study of village credit institutions in Kerambitan District is to ascertain the impact of accounting knowledge, leadership ethics, and human resource competence on the quality of financial reports. Participants included all 132 LPD workers in the Kerambitan District of Tabanan Regency\u27s 26 LPDs. Purposive sampling was used to select 77 participants, and their data was analyzed with multiple linear regression methods. This study\u27s findings suggest that accounting literacy improves the credibility of financial statements. The credibility of financial statements can improve with more ethical leadership. The proficiency of human resources directly affects the credibility of audited financial statements. Based on the findings of the study, the LPD will need to hold seminars on a regular basis to help employees gain a better grasp of accounting under their control, ultimately leading to higher-quality financial reports
Pengaruh Book Tax Differences, Fee Audit dan Keandalan Akrual terhadap Persistensi Laba Perusahaan Indeks KOMPAS100
No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of book tax differences, audit fees, and accrual reliability on earnings persistence in companies included in the KOMPAS100 Index for the period 2020-2023. Persisten earnings refelct the quality of financial performance and serve as a relevant predictor of future earnings for economic decision-makers. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample was selected using purposive sampling resulting in 19 companies and a total of 76 annual observations. Data were obtained from annual financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of the independent variables on earnings persistence, with the assistance of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The results indicate that (1) book tax differences have a negative and significant partial effect on earnings persistence, (2) audit fees have no significant partial effect on earnings persistence, and (3) accrual reliability has a positive and significant partial effect on earnings persistence.

To maintain and improve employee performance, motivation is necessary. Work motivation is a driving force or impetus within each individual to engage in activities so that they are willing to work using all their abilities and potential to achieve the desired goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, to determine the partial effects of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, and to examine the indirect effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya in Sukawati with a sample of 37 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis techniques used in this study include Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis, and Sobel Test. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

No full textThe shift in consumer behavior toward purchasing skincare products through e-commerce platforms presents challenges for companies in determining the most effective digital marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers, e-advertisement, and e-service quality on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through an online questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of consumers who had purchased Goddesskin by Athena products through the Official Online Store on Shopee, with a total sample of 140 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the three independent variables—celebrity endorsers, e-advertisement, and e-service quality—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these variables also contribute significantly to consumers’ decisions to purchase the product. These findings suggest that effective digital marketing strategies involving public figures, engaging online promotions, and quality online services can increase consumer purchasing tendencies for skincare products in the e-commerce environment

No full textKualitas dan pengelolaan air merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan budidayaudang Vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei), khususnya dalam produksi induk unggul.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pemeliharaan kualitas air yangditerapkan di Balai Produksi Induk Udang Unggul dan Kekerangan (BPIU2K)Karangasem. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancaralangsung dengan pihak pengelola pada 16 Mei 2025. BPIU2K Karangasem menggunakanteknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau empat parameter kunci secara real-time:suhu (28–33°C), pH (7,5–8,5), salinitas (15–34 ppt), dan oksigen terlarut (>5 ppm). Selainitu, penerapan manajemen pemeliharaan kualitas air seperti persiapan bak pemeliharaan,monitoring rutin melalui analisis sampel air di laboratorium (untuk amonia, nitrit, nitrat,pH, salinitas, dan bakteri), pengujian virus (PCR), pengaplikasian probiotik, sertapengendalian hama penyakit penting untuk mencegah penyakit yang menjadi tantanganutama budidaya udang.

No full textUdang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) merupakan salah satu komoditas perikananbudidaya di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmendeskripsikan penerapan teknologi modern dalam pembenihan udang vaname di BalaiProduksi Induk Udang Unggul dan Kekerangan (BPIU2K) Karangasem, Bali. Metode yangdigunakan adalah observasi deskriptif yang dilakukan pada 16 Mei 2025, dengan fokuspada pemantauan kualitas air, tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva, dan performa produksibenih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem monitoring kualitas air berbasis Internetof Things (IoT) mampu menurunkan risiko stres larva hingga 23% dibandingkan metodekonvensional, melalui deteksi dan penanganan fluktuasi suhu dan pH secara real-time.Selain itu, penerapan teknik seleksi famili, sistem aerasi multi-level, dan sirkulasi airotomatis berhasil meningkatkan hatching rate hingga 81%, mating rate 78%, survival rate66%, serta produksi nauplius harian mencapai 1,3 juta ekor. Inovasi-inovasi ini terbuktimeningkatkan efisiensi dan konsistensi produksi benih berkualitas tinggi, sekaligusmendukung keberlanjutan industri budidaya udang vaname nasional. Temuan inimenegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi modern dalam pembenihan udang untukmeningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing global
