Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Promosi dan Citra Toko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Pada Budi Cellular
Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in the sustainability of the tourism industry, where a popular product, in this case, a tourist attraction with many visitors, tends to have good tourism products as well. The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Warung Kayana in Ubud, Gianyar. The research was conducted at Warung Kayana in Ubud, Gianyar, with a sample size of 99 respondents. Data collection methods included interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques involved testing the validity and reliability of research instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, F-test, and t-test. Based on the analysis, the results of this study show that price partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality, on the other hand, partially has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfactio
Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Umkm Pedagang Souvenir Kerajinan Di Pasar Seni Sukawati
The success of tourism in Bali reflects the large number of tourists who come to Bali. Therefore, there is a need for product innovation and good promotion of craft souvenirs. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product innovation and promotion on consumer buying interest. The research location is the Sukawati Art Market. The research sample was 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient, t Test and f Test. Based on the research results, it was found that product innovation had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, promotion had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, product innovation and promotion had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. The suggestion in this research is that looking at the research results, craft souvenir traders at the Sukawati Art Market are expected to further improve the quality of their products so that they are better and craft souvenir traders at the Sukawati Art Market are expected to further increase promotions, whether by word of mouth or using social media
Pengaruh Digital marketing dan Electronic word of mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Brand Skincare Skintific di Denpasar
The purpose of this study is to find out how digital marketing and electronic word of mouth affect consumer purchase decisions on Skintific skincare brands in Denpasar. In this study, the accidental sampling method was used to select 120 respondents. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. After the tabulating of the results, testing of the research instrument is carried out, and after that, the data analysis stage begins. Multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, t-test, and F test are the analyses used. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the Scintific Skincare Brand in Denpasar, as shown by a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.269, and a calculated t-value greater than the table (6,372 is greater than 1,980). Shown by a significance value of 0.000 and an F value greater than the F table (132,607 greater than 3.07), digital marketing and electronic word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Scintific Skincare Brand in Denpasar

Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar is facing a problem of low customer satisfaction due to suboptimal service quality and delivery timeliness. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and delivery timeliness on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar. This research applies a quantitative approach involving 100 consumers of PT. Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar as a sample. Data analysis includes multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted partially through the t-test and simultaneously through the F-test. The results show that service quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar. Delivery timeliness has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar. Service quality and delivery timeliness have a significant positive simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Abadi Bali in Denpasar. To improve customer satisfaction, PT. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Gadai Enoni Cell Berbasis Web
The advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including pawn services. Enoni Cell, a microenterprise engaged in electronic goods pawning, still relies on a manual recording system, leading to frequent errors, delayed services, and difficulties in data tracking. This study aims to develop a web-based pawn information system to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The system covers customer registration, item data entry, pawn period extensions, and redemption processes, all accessible in real time by both administrators and customers. The development method used is the waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The results show that the system accelerates administrative processes, reduces errors, and enhances information accessibility. This research contributes to improving service professionalism and supports digital transformation in microenterprises such as Enoni Cell.
PERAN PENYULUH AGAMA BUDDHA DALAM PERUBAHAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT UMAT BUDDHA DI DESA JATIMULYO KABUPATEN KULON PROGO
Penyuluh agama Buddha di Desa Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Girimulyo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo D.I.Y memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk dan mengubah perilaku masyarakat umat Buddha sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama Buddha dan norma sosial yang berlaku sesuai dengan kearifan lokal wilayah tersebut. Artikel peran penyuluh agama Buddha sebagai agen perubahan perilaku masyarakat umat Buddha membahas mengenai fungsi penyuluh agama Buddha sebagai agen perubahan perilaku masyarakat, strategi yang digunakan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, penyuluh agama mampu mengarahkan masyarakat menuju kehidupan yang lebih harmonis, toleran, dan bermartabat. PENINGKATAN KEMANDIRIAN UKM TUMPENG UPAKARA MELALUI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DAN PEMASARAN ONLINE DI BANJAR TATAG, SUKAWATI
Tumpeng Upakara is a means of ceremonial equipment or offerings which are widely used as a complement to various types of offerings. The production process is still very simple, the process is done manually. Tumpeng ceremony produced by partners can last a long time, is clean white and not easily broken. The main problem faced by partners is related to the partner\u27s very low knowledge regarding financial management, where partners\u27 understanding is only limited to managing money, without thinking about how to manage finances to generate profits, and the results of business sales are often combined with personal money. partners also have problems from a marketing perspective. Marketing carried out by partners is still very traditional. The solutions given to partners\u27 problems are (1) Providing knowledge to partners regarding the basic concepts of financial management which include: financial planning to good business financial management (2) Providing direct knowledge and practice regarding business financial control, classifying which expenses are for business and which one is for the family, so partners are able to grow with a healthy cash flow. (3) Providing training on using social media in promoting their business, so that the tumpeng ceremony business can be promoted more widely. The result of this community service activity is an increase in partners\u27 knowledge regarding the concept of managing and controlling business finances
ANALISIS PENGARUH UKURAN USAHA DAN REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DALAM PENERAPAN STANDAR AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN DI UKM MAKANAN YANG ADA DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The main objective of this study is to analyze how business size and regulatory compliance affect the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the food sector in Palembang. The research method applied is quantitative, with a sample of 100 SME owners. The outcome show that each independent variable has a positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the dependent variable, which is the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). This indicates that both factors, business size and regulatory compliance, play a significant role in influencing how effectively SAK can be implemented. The findings provide insight that larger businesses with higher levels of regulatory compliance tend to have improved financial reporting quality. The researcher recommends that SME owners focus more on managing their business size and ensure continuous internal oversight
Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan Leverage Terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan
Timeliness in preparing and reporting financial statements for each period is a demand for companies that go public. Submission of financial reports is a signal for investors and interested parties in assessing the company\u27s condition. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, company size, company age, and leverage on the timeliness of submitting financial reports of non-primary consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study was 142 non-primary consumer goods companies listed on the IDX, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 108 companies with 3 years of observation; the sample data used was 324 data. The data was analyzed using logistic linear analysis. The results of the analysis show that profitability, company size, company age and leverage has no effect on the timeliness of submitting company financial reports. It is recommended that companies continue to submit financial reports on time, considering that financial reports are very important for investors and other stakeholders who want to invest in the company, so that with timely submission, parties with an interest in the company\u27s financial statements can quickly find out the company\u27s condition before deciding to invest.
Analisis Usability Testing pada Sistem Informasi Learning Management System (LMS) Universitas Hindu Indonesia Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS)
Higher education in today\u27s digital era faces the challenge of integrating technology
effectively to improve the quality of learning. One of the technologies used is the Learning
Management System (LMS), which facilitates interaction between lecturers and students in
teaching and learning activities. Universitas Hindu Indonesia (UNHI) has adopted LMS as part
of its education digitization strategy. However, the effectiveness of using this LMS has not been thoroughly evaluated, especially in terms of ease of use and user satisfaction. This study aims to assess the usability of the LMS at UNHI using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. By analyzing data from 97 respondents, the results showed a score of 61, which falls within the \u27OK\u27 category and grade \u27D\u27. This indicates that although the LMS provides benefits, there are some areas that require improvement. Key findings show that while ease of use is relatively good, there are significant issues with the mobile interface, notification system, and technical capacity. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing the interface for mobile devices,
improving the notification system, and increasing technical capacity to improve the user
experience. These findings provide important directions for the development of a more efficient
and satisfactory LMS at UNHI
