Dampak Penyesuaian Diri, Job Description, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja
Tight competition in the era of globalization encourages every business actor to have reliable human resources in order to show maximum performance. One of the companies that is currently facing intense competition is the convection business, so it is very important for convection company managers to pay attention to the performance of their employees. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of personal adjustment, job description and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at CV. Bali Mas Rahayu is located in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. This research was conducted on 48 embroidery employees using census techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial analysis also simultaneously prove that personal adjustment, job description and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given include giving equal rights to employees, creating written job descriptions, and providing incentives to employees who exceed performance targets

Maxi Hotel Legian is a company that operates in the field of accommodation services. As a company engaged in accommodation services, Maxi Hotel Legian provides rooms for tourists in the city, outside the city and abroad. Based on interviews conducted regarding issues regarding transformational leadership and organizational culture that occurred at Maxi Hotel Legian. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative work behavior at Maxi Hotel Legian. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with a sample size of 43 employees. The results of this research state that transformational leadership and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior at Maxi Hotel Legian. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that if there is an increase in transformational leadership and organizational culture, it will increase the innovative work behavior of Maxi Hotel Legian employees

From the research carried out, it is hoped that we can find out the impact of organizational culture and competencies possessed by employees at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana in Gianyar Regency. Respondents were 48 employee who constituted the research population. Research data was collected by interviews and questionnaires. Testing for research data was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The tests carried out found that organizational culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana in Gianyar Regency. The suggestion put forward is to provide job training evenly and improve communication across divisions by holding regular weekly or monthly meetings so that employees are able to improve coordination in order to create optimal work results

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are business entities managed by villages with the aim of improving the welfare of the community. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource quality and competence on employee performance mediated by work motivation. This research was conducted at BUMDes Kertha Bhuana Lestari. The population was all 41 employees using census techniques. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the analysis prove that the quality of human resources and competence each has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. However, each of the quality of human resources and competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The Sobel test results prove that motivation mediates the influence of human resource quality and competency on employee performance. Suggestions given include providing training to employees, implementing standard operational procedures, holding knowledge sharing sessions between employees, and increasing the level of job difficulty which is balanced by job training

Competition in the food and beverage industry is becoming increasingly intense, marked by the dynamic nature of consumer preferences and continuous product innovation. To achieve success and sustainability, culinary businesses must prioritize customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Galies Cake Bakery.The research was conducted at Galies Cake Bakery, with a population of 95 consumers. The study used an infinite sample and applied an accidental sampling method, where respondents were selected based on their availability and willingness to participate. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical techniques employed were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-tests, and F-tests.The hypothesis testing results indicate that (1) digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (4) simultaneously, digital marketing, product quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The R² coefficient of 75.2% demonstrates that digital marketing, product quality, and service quality contribute to customer satisfaction at Galies Cake.It is recommended that Galies Cake enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality, pricing strategies, services, and digital marketing transparency. For future research, it is suggested to include additional variables such as location, price, and store atmosphere and to conduct studies in different locations for broader insights
Pengaruh Brand Image, Kualitas Produk, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada Arj88 Store Cabang Abianbase
This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Service Quality on consumer Purchase Decisions at Arj88 Store Abianbase Branch. The impact of each variable is examined to determine its contribution to improving Purchase Decisions. The research population consists of consumers of Arj88 Store Abianbase Branch, with a sample size of 93 respondents selected using a Nonprobability sampling technique. The data is analyzed using a quantitative method, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Service Quality significantly influence Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, the findings provide valuable insights for Arj88 Store Abianbase Branch to strengthen these factors in order to enhance Purchase Decisions. This study also suggests improvements in product design, service quality, and product relevance to consumer needs to achieve optimal Purchase Decisions
PERENCANAAN PENINGKATAN JALAN LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS UNHI DENGAN AC-BC DAN AC-WC
The current environmental road infrastructure on the UNHI campus is still classified as old construction, namely the Macadam Lapen type, which has several weaknesses, namely it is not waterproof and peels easily. This study aims to plan an improvement in the road structure with the latest construction, namely with a hot asphalt mixture of Asphalt Concrete Layer (Laston). This improvement in the road pavement layer is part of the development of the UNHI campus to support the smooth running of academic activities which include analysis of topographic conditions and soil conditions. This research utilizes a descriptive survey approach, collecting data through topographic surveys and soil bearing capacity testing using the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). The flexible pavement design method is applied using component analysis. The survey results indicate that the existing road condition comprises 3.00 m wide pavement with light distress and a "lapen" surface type. The proposed pavement structure improvement considers Average Daily Traffic (ADT), soil bearing capacity, and the existing pavement condition. Based on the Bina Marga component analysis method, the overlay design thickness obtained is: AC-WC with a thickness of 4 cm, AC-BC with a thickness of 6 cm, and, for pavement widening and reconstruction, Class A aggregate with a thickness of 15 cm
