    This study aims to analyze the influence of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) characteristics on firm performance. This study uses an upper-echelon theory. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. A total of 290 samples were generated using the purposive sampling method in this study. This study found that CEO gender, narcissism, education, and tenure had a positive and significant effect on firm performance. However, CEO power had a negative and insignificant effect on firm performance

    Digitalization has almost changed many things in consumer purchasing decisions or choosing certain services that are demanded by consumers. Even this rapid technological development has caused changes in lifestyles that tend to want simple and easy. This is also felt by financial institutions including the Village Credit Institution (LPD). LPD is a financial institution owned by a Traditional Village that operates in the Traditional Village area so that the use of technology and service quality so that customers can transact more easily so that customer loyalty can be achieved in order to build LPD on an ongoing basis. This study aims to examine the effect of technology utilization and service quality on LPD customer loyalty. This research was conducted at the LPD located in Bedha Traditional Village Tabanan. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using 4 Likert scales with the provision of respondent selection using random sampling method from savings, credit and deposit customers at LPD Desa Adat Bedha. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear (SPSS).     Pengembangan kawasan timur Kota Bandung difokuskan pada SWK Gedebage sebagai pusat kota primer yang terpadu guna memeratakan konsentrasi penduduk. Namun, tantangan perubahan iklim yang tidak stabil dan karakteristik fisik kawasan menjadi hambatan dalam pengembangan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji potensi penerapan infrastruktur hijau biru sebagai pendekatan perancangan kota yang berwawasan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif), dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, data sekunder dari instansi, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan secara berlapis melalui content analysis untuk merumuskan prinsip desain kota berketahanan iklim, spatial analysis multi-kriteria untuk menentukan lokasi potensial, serta gap analysis secara deskriptif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa wilayah terbangun di SWK Gedebage masih menghadapi kesenjangan dalam konektivitas ruang hijau, sistem drainase, dan integrasi vegetasi. Sebaliknya, wilayah yang belum terbangun seperti Cipamokolan dan Cisaranten Kidul memiliki potensi tinggi untuk pengembangan infrastruktur hijau biru, seperti rain park, riverwalk, dan green street. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi bertingkat mulai dari skala bangunan hingga ruang publik, serta pentingnya integrasi kebijakan kota agar infrastruktur hijau biru menjadi bagian dari strategi adaptasi jangka panjang yang terukur

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership and communication on employee morale at Element By Westin Ubud Hotel. This research was conducted at Element By Westin Ubud Hotel. The population in this study were part of the employees of Hotel Element by Westin Ubud, totaling 48 employees with a total sample of 48 respondents who were determined using the saturated sample method. The data in this study were obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires which were later analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination tests, t tests, and F tests. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: ( 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. This is evidenced by the value of tcount = 3.289 and a sig value of 0.002. (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. This is evidenced by the value of tcount = 3.944 and a sig value of 0.000. (3) Leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 42,624 and sig 0,000. Seeing the results of the research, the leaders at Element by Westin Ubud Hotel in the future are expected to get used to holding discussions or deliberations when there are suggestions, input, and problems related to the company, involve employees in solving problems so that later they feel that their presence in the company is also valuable. This will foster employee morale so that company goals can be achieve

    This study was conducted among consumers of Kreneng Traditional Market in the Denpasar area. The research population consisted of consumers from Kreneng Traditional Market, and 85 respondents were chosen through the purposive sampling technique. The data collection involved the application of quantitative methods, with a focus on disseminating questionnaires and conducting analysis through SPSS data analysis techniques. The results reveal the following insights: (1) Price exhibits a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing interest. (2) The variety of essential products has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest. (3) The ambiance within the store positively and significantly influences consumer purchasing interest. (4) The combined influence of price, variety of staple products, and store atmosphere is positive and significant on consumer purchasing interest. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the Kreneng Traditional Market focus on maintaining product quality, ensuring product availability at competitive prices, and enhancing consumer shopping experience through cleanliness, lighting, and spatial arrangement

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors influencing employee performance in the housekeeping department at Hotel Sthala Ubud Bali. The study involved 94 employee samples from the housekeeping department at Hotel Sthala Ubud Bali, using the total sampling method/saturation sampling for sample determination. Data collection was done using a questionnaire, and the analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the hypothesis testing reveal that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, the second hypothesis demonstrates that work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the third hypothesis suggests that both leadership and work discipline contribute positively and significantly to performance. Suggestions for Hotel Sthala Ubud include improvements in leader communication regarding vision, mission, and work goals by providing communication training for leaders, developing stronger leadership skills, enhancing employee discipline related to time, improving understanding of company rules, and providing education on professional interactions. Additionally, for future research, it is recommended to consider additional variables such as compensation, workload, job stress, and the work environment in analyzing employee performance. Other recommendations include selecting different types of companies as research objects and increasing the sample size for more comprehensive results

    Pendirian sebuah Pura sebagai tempat suci peribadatan mutlak diperlukan meskipun berada jauh di tanah rantau seperti yang dilakukan umat Hindu transmigran di Distrik Miring Kabupaten Merauke Papua yang berhasil membangun sebuah Pura dengan nama Pura Duta Dharma. Namun setelah 40 tahun pendirian baru bisa dilaksanakan Upacara Ngenteg Linggih, yang sekaligus juga dapat digunakan sebagai media edukasi bagi penguatan sraddha bhakti umat Hindu setempat. Atas dasar itulah penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rumusan masalah : 1) Mengapa Upacara Ngenteg Linggih dilaksanakan di Pura Duta Dharma Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke ?, 2) Bagaimakah prosesi pelaksanaan Upacara Ngenteg Linggih di Pura Duta Dharma sebagai media edukasi bagi umat Hindu di Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke ?, 3) Bagaimana implikasi pelaksanaan Upacara Ngenteg Linggih di Pura Duta Dharma sebagai media edukasi terhadap penguatan sraddha bhakti umat Hindu Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke ?. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif deskripstif interpretatif dengan pendekatan sosial, agama dan pendidikan. Kajian ini menggunakan teori Religi, teori Struktural Fungsional dan teori Penguatan (Reinforcement).     Berpikir yang baik, berkata yang baik, dan berbuat yang baik tentulah menjadi hal yang diinginkan oleh setiap manusia oleh karena itu perlunya pembentukan Sikap dan prilaku seseorang dengan menerapkan ajaran Tri Kaya Parisudha yang baik. Dalam agama Hindu, etika dinamakan “Susila” yang berasal dari dua suku kata yakni “Su” dan “Sila”. Su artinya baik dan sila berarti kebiasaan atau tingkah laku perbuatan manusia yang baik. Etika atau susila terdapat dalam Tri Kerangka dasar agama Hindu yaitu tattwa, etika, dan upacara, yang digunakan sebagai dasar pedoman umat Hindu. Etika adalah rasa cinta, kasih sayang dimana seseorang dapat menerima etika itu karena ia bisa mencintai dan menghargai orang lain sama seperti ia mencintai dan mengharagi dirinya sendiri. Etika sebagai landasan dalam kehidupan beragama yang terdapat dalam ajaran Tri Kaya Parisudha yaitu manacika parisudha, wacika parisudha, dan kayika parisudha. Dari ketiga bagian Tri Kaya Parisudha yang paling penting adalah Pikiran (manah), pikiranlah yang menentukan dan mempengaruhi cara manusia berbicara ataupun berbuat. Tujuan penerapan ajaran Tri Kaya Parisudha adalah untuk mendalami atau lebih memahami nilai pendidikan etika siswa, yang diterapkan dalam ajaran Tri Kaya Parisudha. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penerapan ajaran Tri Kaya Parisudha sebagai landasan Nilai Pendidikan Etika siswa adalah agar peserta didik menjadi orang yang memiliki prilaku, tata karma, karakter, sopan santun, disiplin, dan saling menghormati kepada orang yang lebih tua dan sesama temannya
