Analisis Keputusan Investasi: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis
No full textThis systematic literature review examines the key theories and factors influencing investment decision-making, based on 25 articles published between 2019 and 2024. The study highlights the role of behavioral finance and prospect theory in explaining how psychological biases, such as overconfidence and loss aversion, impact investor behavior. Financial literacy is identified as a critical factor in promoting informed decision making, while socio-economic and cultural factors, such as age and education, also shape investment preferences. The growing significance of sustainable finance, driven by environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, is also discussed. The review emphasizes the need for future research to explore the interaction of these factors for better investment outcomes

Melalui fitur-fitur yang menarik sertaformat video singkat, TikTok mampu menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara visual,interaktif, dan mudah dipahami, khususnya untuk mata pelajaran seperti biologi yangmemiliki tingkat kompleksitas tinggi. Platform ini memungkinkan diterapkannyapembelajaran berbasis audio-visual, mulai dari demonstrasi eksperimen secara virtualhingga penyampaian materi melalui narasi edukatif. Pendekatan tersebut selaras dengangaya belajar khas Generasi Z yang cenderung menyukai tampilan visual dan informasi yangringkas. KAJIAN KERENTANAN BANJIR DI KECAMATAN SEMBAKUNG, KABUPATEN NUNUKAN, KALIMANTAN UTARA
No full textBencana banjir adalah salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar baik dari segi ekonomi maupun sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat kerentanan bencana banjir di Kecamatan Sembakung dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantiatif dengan teknik overlay pada SIG untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Sembakung memiliki tingkat kerentanan banjir yang bervariasi berdasarkan empat aspek utama: kerentanan sosial, ekonomi, fisik, dan lingkungan. Data primer yang diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan data sekunder dari literatur menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi tingkat kerentanan adalah kepadatan penduduk, kondisi topografi, dan penggunaan lahan. Dengan pemetaan kerentanan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan berguna bagi pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat dalam upaya mitigasi dan penanggulangan bencana banjir di Kecamatan Sembakung. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang yang sama

No full textPublic open spaces play a significant role in improving the quality of life of people in urban areas. Its existence can be utilized as a place for social interaction, community activities, and recreational facilities. This research aims to redesign the area under Pasupati Bridge, Bandung City, using a placemaking approach, in order to create a public open space that is meaningful, has a strong identity, and is favored by its users. To achieve this goal, this research sets several objectives, namely identifying the normative principles of placemaking, assessing the potential and problems of the area, and redesigning the study area with this approach. The research is qualitative in nature, using descriptive and normative approaches, and relying on field observation and literature study as data collection methods. The results show that the area has various utilization potentials, but is also faced with a number of problems. Based on this, a design concept was formulated that aims to realize a friendly, active, and sustainable public open space

Subjects of this study include customers of village credit institutions with the total number of people. The sample size in this study was 97 people as determined by purposive sampling technique and tested by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer retention. Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. No full textFertilizer is a product that is really needed, especially by the agricultural sector. The high demand for fertilizer will certainly increase competition among fertilizer producers which will ultimately influence consumer purchasing decisions. From this research, it is hoped that we can test the role of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association in influencing the decision to purchase Urea Prill Daun Buah agricultural fertilizer. The population in this study was 699 farmers in Jatiluwih Village who had used Prill Leaf Fruit Urea Fertilizer. The sample size was 100 farmers using purposive sampling. The collected data was tested using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the analysis show that brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand association are able to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Suggestions given include selling products in different packaging, improving the quality of fertilizer, and creating more attractive packaging designs

Putra Sedana in Carangsari Petang Badung Village with a population of 42 employees using a saturated sampling technique which means all members of the population were involved as research subjects. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, literature study and questionnaires which were measured using a five-answer Likert scale starting from strongly disagree with a value of one to strongly agree with a value of five. Instrument testing was carried out by testing validity and reliability using SPSS software. The results of this research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The suggestions given include providing motivational encouragement to employees and increasing employee job satisfaction so that employee work results are of higher quality

In enhancing employee performance capability, it is essential to consider several aspects that can affect employee quality such as the financial compensation provided and work discipline. This study aims to examine the influence of financial compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Regional Public Company of Denpasar. The research method used is quantitative. The research location is at PT Millennium Pharmacon International.Tbk Branch Denpasar. The sample used consisted of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-test, and F-test. Based on the research results, it was found that financial compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and simultaneously financial compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions from this study are that PT Millennium Pharmacon International.Tbk Branch Denpasar should regularly provide training to employees so that they can achieve/exceed targets, provide salaries to employees according to their position or workload, and give warnings or sanctions to employees who do not adhere to work time regulations

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. BPR Penebel, Tabanan. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is the census technique or saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was 31 people. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee performance and mediates the relationship between compensation and work motivation on employee performance. Based on these findings, companies are advised to continue to improve employee compensation and work motivation in order to improve their satisfaction and performance. In addition, companies need to create a conducive work environment so that employees feel more motivated and productive

No full textPelestarian budaya Tionghoa di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan akibat urbanisasi, modernisasi, dan menurunnya keterlibatan generasi muda. Kelenteng Boen Tek Bio di Tangerang sebagai salah satu situs budaya tertua komunitas Cina Benteng, menyimpan nilai sejarah, sosial, dan spiritual yang penting, namun berisiko mengalami degradasi makna jika tidak diadaptasi dengan pendekatan pelestarian yang kontekstual dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan desain kolaboratif berbasis pendekatan Design Thinking dalam strategi pelestarian budaya di Boen Tek Bio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, observasi langsung, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pengurus dan komunitas kelenteng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan generasi muda masih terbatas pada aspek seremonial dan belum menyentuh pemahaman budaya yang mendalam. Dengan menerapkan tahapan Design Thinking—mulai dari empati, ideasi, hingga prototipe solusi—penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi program pelestarian berbasis pengalaman, digitalisasi budaya, dan mentorship antar generasi. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat partisipasi komunitas, menciptakan ruang pewarisan budaya yang adaptif, dan menjaga relevansi identitas budaya Cina Benteng di tengah perubahan zaman
