The task of parents must continue to hone and educate their children so that they can always socialize and interact well This article aims to discuss how the role of social interaction on parenting child development in the family in Islamic view. because more or less parents ignore it busy with what is being done so there is no word of attention and indifference to children.     HUBUNGAN ANTARA PROFESIONALITAS TENAGA PENDIDIK DENGAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 PEKANBARU

    It was a correlational research studying about educator professionality (X variable) and education quality (Y variable) at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru.  This research aimed at knowing educator professionality level, education quality level, and the correlation between educator professionality and education quality at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru.  The samples were 46 educators at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru that met the requirements of professional educators—educator competence, qualification of education, and certification.  The data were analyzed by using Pearson product moment correlational formula.  Based on the analysis, it showed that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted.  It meant that there was a positive and significant correlation between educator professionality and education quality at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru.  It could be seen from the comparison between robserved 0.694 and rtable 0.361 at 5% significant level with N that was 46, so robserved was higher than rtable (0.694>0.361).  The result of linear regression coefficient showed that the probability score or the significance score 0.000 was lower than 0.05 (0.000<0.05).  Based on the determination coefficient, it was obtained the score 0.482 or 48.2% and it was rounded up to 48%.  It meant that the contribution of educator professionality variable to education quality variable at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru was 48%, and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not explained in this research.  So, the professional educators could increase the quality of education

    This study aims to uncover the quality improvement planning, quality improvement control, quality improvement, and the results of improving the quality improvement of SMP Plus Al-Aqsa Sumedang. This study uses the Juran trilogy theory including; planning, controlling and improving the quality of education. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used include; observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study show that; first, the quality planning carried out at SMP Plus Al-Aqsa namely; the strategic step of analyzing market share needs, formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the institution. Second, quality control is implemented at SMP Plus Al-Aqsa namely; the determination of the work structure and supervision carried out by the principal and the internal quality team. Third, quality improvements carried out at Al-Aqsa Plus Junior High School namely; improvement of infrastructure to support institutional activities, formulate short-term, medium-term, long-term programs, and evaluate and identify specific areas that need improvement. The results of improving quality at SMP Plus Al-Aqsa have an impact on learning processes that are more innovative, student achievement and school achievement, customer satisfaction both internally and externally, and compliance with eight national education standards

    The purpose of this study to determine:(1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (2)the correlation of the leadership supervision to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (3).  The correlation of the work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency?, 4). The correlation of the tranformational leadership style, leadership supervision, and work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency.This study used quantitative research methods through  surveyquestionnaires.The target population in this study are all teachers,amounting to 75 people in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency and teacher population in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (selected 4 SMP from 8 SMP at Cikande Force District of Serang Regency) Samples were taken purposive. Data collected by using a questionere. The data were collected then analyzed by using the technique of data analysis simple correlation, multi correlation, coeficient of determination and significance test with SPSS 16.The result showed that (1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is in good category are 0.632 (2) The correlation of leadership supervision(X2) with teacher performance (Y) is in a good category, which is  0,657 (3) The correlation of work climate (X3) with teacher performance (Y) is in sufficient category, which is 0,479 (4) The contribution of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) and leadership supervision(X2)and work climate (X3) is 0,731

    The meaning of khodam in pesantren is another name for the help of the selfless Kiai, be it khadam bi al-tabarruk, bi al-Maqsud, which not everyone can become a Kiai khodam, they also help the Kiai in carrying out the duties of the pesantren and the housekeeping and economy for the sake of achieving a goal, namely getting blessings or benefits from a Kiai or teacher, although there are some khodam from outsiders who have never studied at the pesantren, khodam is an alternative for students who want to study at the pesantren but do not have sufficient costs to live it, so that by becoming a khodam, they can get an education with the help of their education costs by the Kiai. The view of the pesantren community regarding the existence of khodam basically, they are very helpful in the success of the educational process, with their existence, the students, ustad and even the general public find it easier to communicate with the caregiver or Kiai, Kiai sees khodam not as a marginalized santri, even, on the other hand, the khodam is already considered part of the pesantren's extended family so there is no difference between regular santri and santri who concurrently become this khodam

    This study aims to determine the program of daily habituation activities in shaping the character of students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekalongan City, looking for what characters are to be formed in each daily habituation activity program, and concepts in psychological learning theory in explaining the process of habituation activities in shaping student character. This research is included in the field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study of daily habituation programs in SMP Negeri 6 Pekalongan City are scheduled and conditional, namely tadarus and prayers before KBM (religious and disciplinary), duha prayer (religious and responsibility), dzhuhur prayers (religious and responsibility), canteen honesty (honesty), orderly coming and going home (discipline and responsibility), orderly appearance (discipline and responsibility), respectful flags singing the national anthem, and folk songs (love of the motherland and national spirit), group class picket (care about the environment and responsibility), conditioning the cleanliness (care for the environment), separation of organic and non-organic waste (care for the environment and responsibility). From the daily habituation program can be explained psychological approach, especially with learning theories, including (1) changes in student behavior with habituation activities and carried out repeatedly will be a reinforcer in student behavior in addition to reward and punishment as a reminder process for students, (2 ) students' self-awareness in behaving because of changes in student behavior needs to be seen from the cognitive development of students. Some students are still in the level of concrete operations and most have entered the formal operational stage so students are able to think more mature and able to think logically and logically. In addition, changes in student behavior are formed due to the process of imitation and demonstration from teachers in particular, and friends at school in general. So the role of the teacher, the school environment and the cognitive abilities of students is an important key in shaping behavior
