    PENGUKURAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU DARI PERSPEKTIF KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN KEPEGAWAIAN

    The success of an educational institution (school) is largely determined by the success of the principal in managing the teaching staff itself. Staffing management (teachers) in schools aims to utilize the teaching staff effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results. In terms of staffing management must be supported by the principal who has managerial expertise in managing an educational institution, in other words good management of staffing will be supported by managerial skills of qualified principals. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an effect of the effectiveness of staffing management on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang? 2) Is there an effect of the principal's managerial competence on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang? 3) Is there an effect on the effectiveness of staffing management and school principals' managerial competencies on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang? The objectives to be achieved are 1) To find out whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of staffing management on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang. 2) To find out whether there is an influence on the principal's managerial competence on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang 3) To find out whether there is an effect on the effectiveness of staffing management and the principal's managerial competence on teacher job satisfaction in MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative method using correlation analysis and regression. The population is 44 teachers. Because the total population is below all, then the total population is taken. Data before testing the hypothesis using several steps and procedures namely the validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test. And then the significance test, correlation test, and the coefficient of determination test. The first hypothesis results show there is an effect of the effectiveness of staffing management on teacher job satisfaction by 69.72%. The second hypothesis results show there is an influence of principals' managerial competence on teacher job satisfaction by 21.96%, and the results of the third hypothesis show that there is an effect of the effectiveness of staffing management and principals managerial competence on teacher job satisfaction by 54.46%. Improved teacher job satisfaction can be done through increasing the effectiveness of staffing management and managerial competencies of school principals

    The purpose of Qur'ani education is to cultivate human beings personally and in groups so as to be able to explain their functions as servants of Allah and their caliphs, in order to build this world according to the concept set by Allah Almighty, or in a shorter word and often used by the Qur'an, to be devoted to Him. The target of education is students, therefore educational activities are obliged to provide opportunities to be able to follow the sustainability of all educational activities by not sorting out students based on their level of intelligence and social status background. So that it can produce potential and functional human resources (HR) to raise the level of self-welfare in society. This study uses the method of literature study by making a number of the results of previous researchers' studies as the main data source. The results of this study show that in Arabic literature there are several terms encountered, which are often used to indicate their meaning in learners such as; talib, disciple, tilmidz, al-mudarris, murabba, and thifli. In talking about students, there are two things that are important for educators to pay attention to. First, the nature of students as humans so that the educational process can create humans who can maximize all their potential. Second, the needs of students, which include the need to have life skills and ethics or akhlaq in carrying out the wheel of their lives

    Sufism as the core of Islamic teachings arises by providing solutions and therapies for human problems by getting closer to Allah the Creator. The opportunity of Sufism in dealing with psychological diseases of all human problems, increasingly widespread in this modern era. However, Sufism has been perceived as an inner practice that breaks away from worldliness, as well as in terms of leadership that is currently loaded with worldliness. however, if the teachings of Sufism are interpreted into the context of the nature that must be possessed by a leader, it will be visible the urgency of leadership with the framework of Sufism, as in the sufi teachings of Al-Jilli. This study uses the method of literature study by making a number of the results of previous researchers' studies as the main data source. The results of this study show that leadership is a process by which a person can become a leader (leader) through continuous activities so that it can influence the one he leads (followers) in order to achieve common goals. Although the perception that exists so far about Sufism is not so fixated on the world, it is not so with the interpretation of Sufi values in the conceptual framework of leadership. If referring to the doctrine of Sufi al-Jilli, namely his concept of the kamil man, then a leader should have criteria: (a) have the nature of jamal, (b) be aware of his duties as a servant and caliph, (c) simple, (d) attach importance to the principle of balance, (e) trust, (f) closely related to Allah, and (g) noble character

    HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP MUJAHADAH TERHADAP PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasi melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner skala likert dan pilihan ganda secara online menggunakan Google Form terhadap 47 responden mahasiswa. Hasil data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa, yang menunjukkan besar nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.507, kedua variabel berhubungan secara negatif dengan kategori hubungan yang diperoleh yakni sedang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, semakin tinggi nilai sikap mujahadah yang ditanamkan seorang mahasiswa maka semakin rendah sikap prokrastinasi mereka. Adapun beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya sikap prokrastinasi di antaranya sinyal, lingkungan yang mendukung, motivasi belajar, dosen pengajar, dan mata kuliah

    METODE PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN AKHLAK DI MASA NEW NORMAL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pendidikan akhlak perspektif al-qur’an dan implementasinya pada pembelajaran akhlak di sekolah pada masa new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dan metode analisisnya, menggunakan analisis tafsir maudhu'I dan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Surat Al-Naḥl ayat 125 mengandung metode hikmah, metode nasehat, dan metode diskusi. Surat Al-Aḥzab ayat 21 mengandung metode keteladanan dan Surat Al-Aḥqaf ayat 13 mengandung metode pembiasaan.  Adapun implementasi Metode Pendidikan Akhlak Perspektif Al-Qur’an Pada Pembelajaran Akhlak Di Masa New Normal, yaitu: 1). Metode hikmah, dilakukan melalui proses uswah, pendidik harus mengupayakan agar materi dapat diterima oleh peserta di dik melalui interaksi yang kuat. 2). Metode Nasehat, memberikan nasehat dengan memasukkan nilai Qur’ani, serta hal yang kongkret seperti pandemi Covid-19, memberikan tugas mencari kisah-kisah melalui media online yang mengandung nilai pendidikan akhlak. 3)Metode Diskusi, mengajak peserta didik berdiskusi yang berkaitan dengan perilaku manusia sehingga memiliki kemampuan Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration dan Creativity and innovation. 4). Metode Keteladanan, dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh seperti menerapkan protokol kesehatan, melalui e-learning dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan keteladanan terkait penggunaan media sosial secara bijak. 5).     Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar pembaca dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai kesalahan kesalahan sosial patriarki dalam sebuah rumah tangga yang akan disampaikan dari perspektif Al – Qur'an dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Patriarki adalah sebuah sistem konstruksi sosial yang telah melekat dan berkembang di masyarakat dimana kaum laki – laki mendominasi segala aspek kehidupan dan sebagai pengatur kaum wanita. Tidak sedikit jurnal yang membahas mengenai permasalahan sosial ini, tetapi minimnya literasi dari perspektif Islam menjadi latar belakang dan tujuan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis ayat-ayat mengenai gender. Juga melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak yang bersangkutan untuk mendapatkan informasi konkret.Â

    The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of parents in instilling the value of honesty in children in the family environment. As we know that there are many dishonest practices that are carried out in both small and large cases. Therefore, to make honest adults, it is necessary to nurture them from the age of children, especially in the family environment and as parents, they must be able to become the center of education for their children at home. This research is a qualitative field research where the research subjects are parents. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive data analysis techniques Miles & Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity technique used in this study is the degree of confidence test in which there is a triangulation technique, in this case is source triangulation, namely re-checking the data obtained through different data sources. The results of the study show that in general the parents in Pingku Village have understood their role in the family, especially in instilling the value of honesty in children. In general, the implementation is quite good, but not perfect, this is due to several factors that affect parents, namely limited knowledge, environment, economic conditions, gender and so on

    A writer or poet must be familiar with the term diction or word choice. Diction is an important element in literary works that the author uses to convey a message to the reader, another meaning is that the existence of diction or vocabulary selection will make it easier for the reader to accept what the author conveys. Word selection is used so as not to cause different views between the author and the reader, as well as the suitability of words in a piece of writing. The appropriate word will build an atmosphere in a literary work, besides the excessive use of vocabulary will make it difficult for the reader to interpret the message of the author. The term use of diction is not very well known by the general public. For this reason, with this research, it is hoped that it will be able to introduce and enrich vocabulary through diction to the general public. In most of the verses asy-Syafi'i contain life instructions, noble behavior for a Muslim, wisdom, various favors, and the nature of zuhud in the world. The purpose of this writing is to find out and describe the use and type of diction in the verses of Diwan Imam Syafi'i, with a qualitative descriptive method using stylistic studies. The results of this study show that translators use words that are synonymous with the original verse to simplify the meaning of each translation

    Development of awareness of the importance of the environment is a journey that must be pioneered for the sake of the survival of the next generation so that it is not threatened due to irresponsible human behavior today. Environmental education aims at introducing various values and explaining concepts to develop the ability of attitudes and skills needed to understand and appreciate the mutual relations between humans, culture, and the biophysical environment. This study aims to dig deeper about the development of environmental awareness in Islamic education. This study uses the literature study method by making a number of the results of the studies of previous researchers as the main data source. The results showed that the development of environmental awareness can be implemented through religious values with an environmental perspective in Islamic educational institutions. The religious climate in the environment in Islamic educational institutions can be realized through approaches: the creation of a religious education environment; the realization of worship facilities; the realization of the learning method by using the approach of religious values in every learning, especially religious values with an environmental perspective; dan the realization of the example of educators who have noble morals in particular having a concern for theenvironment

    Fakta yang terjadi dilapangan memberikan bukti bahwa orang tua belum bisa memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik bagi anaknya. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kekurangpahaman orang tua bahwa memiliki tanggung jawab dan peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan. Mereka masih menganggap bahwa cukup menyekolahkan anak dilembaga pendidikan saja. Namun paradigma ini menjadi senjata makan tuan bagi mereka yang belum siap ketika pembelajaran dilaksanakan di rumah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Dengan melihat latar belakang tersebut, penulis terdorong untuk menyajikan dan mengkaji hadis yang berkaitan dengan peran orangtua dalam mengokohkan pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga dalam rangka mencetak anak yang berkualitas baik dari segi agama, sosial, dan pengetahuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian penelitian kepustakaan (library Research), yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menghimpun data penelitian dari literatur yang ada. Dari hasil penelusuran penulis, setidaknya penulis menyajikan tiga hadis. Dari hadis-hadis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa keluarga yang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang besar dalam mendidik generasinya merupakan keluarga yang benar-benar mengerti peran vitalnya yang harus diberikan kepada anaknya yaitu berupa pendidikan yang terbaik. Oleh sebab itu, perbaikan pola pendidikan anak dalam lingkungan keluarga merupakan sebuah kewajiban dan membutuhkan perhatian yang serius
