CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE A INSERÇÃO DE TECNOLOGIA SOCIAL EM UMA COOPERATIVA DE CATADORES DE MATERIAIS RECICLÁVEIS SOB A PERSPECTIVA DE COOPERAÇÃO, PRODUTIVIDADE, SAÚDE E MEIO AMBIENTE
Get PDFThe generation of urban solid waste (USW) is closely related to historical factors, such as the Industrial Revolution and the urbanization process of cities. The growth in the amount of waste in recent years is latent. The main difficulty lies in handling and managing these wastes in an environmentally correct way. In this context, recyclable material collectors' cooperatives are a viable solution from an economic and environmental point of view. They perform sorting, reuse, recycling and reinsertion into production chains. To strengthen these organizations, in terms of productivity and health, a prototype of a project for a “Modular System” was built, conceived within the concept of social technology applicable to self-managed organizations. The use and effectiveness of this technology are linked to cooperation, collectivity, and knowledge of those involved. Through the use of the “Modular System” it was possible to have a discussion about the work process, resources and the interactions involved in it.

A geração de resíduos sólidos urbanos (RSU) está intimamente relacionada a fatores históricos, como a Revolução Industrial e ao processo de urbanização das cidades. O crescimento do montante de resíduos nos últimos anos é latente. A principal dificuldade reside no manejo e gerenciamento desses resíduos de maneira ambientalmente correta. Nesse contexto, as cooperativas de catadores de material reciclável são uma solução viável do ponto de vista econômico e ambiental. Elas realizam a triagem, reuso, reciclagem e reinserção em cadeias produtivas. Para fortalecimento dessas organizações, em termos de produtividade e da saúde foi construído um protótipo de um projeto de um “Sistema Modular”, concebido dentro do conceito de tecnologia social aplicável em organizações autogestionárias. O uso e eficácia dessa tecnologia estão atrelados a cooperação, coletividade, e saberes dos envolvidos. Por meio do uso do “Sistema Modular” foi possível tecer uma discussão sobre o processo de trabalho, recursos e as interações nele envolvidos.

A MEDIAÇÃO NA RECUPERAÇÃO JUDICIAL: DO SIGILO À PUBLICIDADE
Get PDFThe present paper addresses the theme of mediation in judicial reorganization. It has the objective of analyzing the conflict between the principle of secrecy, mediation principles, and publicity which is essential in the judicial reorganization processes. For that, it was made use of the method of analytical-comparative and descriptive procedures, based mainly on literature review, with a qualitative approach. As for the research results, it was found that although the principles are opposite, both can reconcile efforts to preserve the company. Even before the amendments promoted by Law No. 14,112/2020, the procedures of mediation were used in the process of Judicial Reorganization, authorized by recommendations of the National Council of Justice. It is understood that because the modification is recent, there are still a few gaps that need to be filled as to how to apply mediation in an incidental character, and mainly antecedently, however, the questions must be addressed during the validity and application of the Law.O presente trabalho aborda o tema mediação na recuperação judicial. Tem por objetivo analisar o conflito entre o princípio do sigilo, pilar da mediação, e o princípio da publicidade que é essencial nos processos de recuperação judicial. Para tanto, fora utilizado o método de procedimento analítico-comparativo e descritivo, embasado principalmente em revisão bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa. Quanto aos resultados da pesquisa, averiguou-se que embora os princípios sejam opostos, ambos podem conciliar esforços em busca da preservação da empresa. Mesmo antes das alterações promovidas pela Lei nº 14.112/2020 o mecanismo da mediação era utilizado nos processos de recuperação judicial, autorizado por recomendações do Conselho Nacional de Justiça. Entende-se que pelo fato de a alteração ser recente, ainda há lacunas que precisam ser preenchidas quanto a forma de aplicação da mediação em caráter incidental, e principalmente antecedente, todavia, os questionamentos devem ser supridos pela jurisprudência a partir dos casos suscitados
REFLEXÕES SOBRE METACOGNIÇÃO E ESTRATÉGIAS METACOGNITIVAS NO ENSINO DE MATEMÁTICA: ALGUMAS INDICAÇÕES SOBRE SUAS POSSIBILIDADES PARA A APRENDIZAGEM
Get PDFThis theoretical study was carried out with the objective of reflecting on Metacognition and metacognitive strategies in the teaching of Mathematics, based on some indications about its possibilities for the learning process. This is a review article of the theory of Metacognition postulated by Flavell and taken up by other scholars who have focused on the subject and related it to the teaching of Mathematics. In the findings we recorded the visited texts brought subsidies for the development of the study provoking concerns about related topics such as observations on metacognitive strategy in Mathematics textbooks and that Metacognition and metacognitive strategies, from the concepts presented and the methodological assumptions for employment, they are impulse tools for the development of the habit of thinking about one's own thinking, in an exercise of reflecting on what one thinks and what one does. In this movement, we understand that students benefit from achieving a critical and conscious sense of the learning and self-assessment process.
Este estudo teórico foi realizado com objetivo de refletir sobre a Metacognição e estratégias metacognitivas no ensino de Matemática a partir de algumas indicações sobre as suas possibilidades para o processo de aprendizagem. Trata-se de um artigo de revisão da teoria da Metacognição postulada por Flavell e retomada por outros estudiosos que se debruçaram sobre a temática e relacionaram com o ensino de Matemática. Nos achados registramos os textos visitados trouxeram subsídios para o desenvolvimento do estudo provocando inquietações sobre temas relacionados como observações sobre estratégia metacognitivas nos livros didáticos da Matemática e que a Metacognição e as estratégias metacognitivas, a partir dos conceitos apresentados e dos pressupostos metodológico para o emprego, são ferramentas de impulso para o desenvolvimento do hábito de pensar sobre o próprio pensamento, num exercício de refletir sobre o que se pensa e o que se faz. Nesse movimento, compreendemos que os estudantes são os beneficiados por alcançarem senso crítico e consciente do processo de aprendizagem e autoavaliação
PARTICIPAÇÃO ORGANIZACIONAL E COMUNITÁRIA EM DIREÇÃO AO DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL LOCAL
Get PDFThis literature review aims to identify how digital inclusion can influence the socio-economic development of a territory, as well as to emphasize the importance of participatory organization in issues that encompass the implementation of inclusive policies in support of local progress. It seeks to highlight the need for accessibility to information and communication technologies by the marginalized population demanded by globalization. In the proposed investigations, bibliographic research was used, consulting references that dialogued with the central axis of the study. Through such reflections, it was found that public policies for digital inclusion in Brazil are actions that have been in place since the mid-1990s and have been implemented over time. With this, it is understood that such an initiative depends on the joint actions of the public power and the spheres of civil society, making efforts to consolidate this social policy. This prerogative refers to the issues of participatory governance, raised in the theme raised. Through this study, it was also possible to verify that digital inclusion promotes community insertion in the means and processes present in information and communication technologies, as a right to equitable and universal enjoyment of global information networks. In this way, it is emphasized that digital inclusion must be understood as a propelling element of economic development, solution of social problems and as a tool for the multidimensional development of the subject, relating to the guarantee of citizenship rights. The study sought to fit in with the foundations of sustainable development, which advocates the structuring of a fairer society; the fight against inequalities in peripheral and underdeveloped places, according to the 2030 Agenda.Esta revisão de literatura objetiva identificar como a inclusão digital pode influenciar no desenvolvimento socioeconômico de um território, bem como enfatizar a importância da organização participativa nas questões que abarcam a implementação de políticas inclusivas em apoio ao progresso local. Busca-se evidenciar a necessidade da acessibilidade pela população marginalizada à Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) demandadas pela globalização. Foi empregada, nas investigações propostas, a pesquisa bibliográfica consultando-se referenciais que dialogavam com o eixo central do estudo. Mediante tais reflexões constatou-se que as políticas públicas de inclusão digital no Brasil são ações existentes desde os meados de 1990 e têm sido implementadas ao longo do tempo. Com isto entende-se que tal iniciativa depende das ações conjuntas do poder público e das esferas da sociedade civil empreendendo esforços na consolidação desta política social. Tal prerrogativa remete às questões da governança participativa, levantada na temática alçada. Por meio deste estudo também se pôde constatar que a inclusão digital promove a inserção comunitária aos meios e processos presentes na TIC, enquanto um direito ao desfrute equitativo e universal às redes mundiais de informação. Sublinha-se desta forma que a inclusão digital deve ser entendida como elemento propulsor do desenvolvimento econômico, solução de problemas sociais e como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento multidimensional do sujeito, relacionando-se com a garantia de direitos de cidadania. DESIGN PARA ADAPTABILIDADE E DESMONTAGEM (DfAD): UMA REVISÃO DOS CRITÉRIOS PARA TORNAR AS EDIFICAÇÕES CIRCULARES
Get PDFO Design para Adaptabilidade e Desmontagem (DfAD) é um método eficaz para reduzir a geração de resíduos de construção e demolição (RCD), cargas de aterros sanitários, geração de gases de efeito estufa, preservar recursos naturais e aumentar a consciência ambiental na indústria da construção. No entanto, é uma estratégia pouco explorada devido à falta de cultura e de diretrizes padronizadas para orientar a desconstrução de edifícios. Este estudo visa compreender como o DfAD pode apoiar a transição do setor para a circularidade. Por meio de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, este estudo analisou as publicações acadêmicas atuais e levantou 69 critérios do DfAD para orientar a desconstrução dos edifícios. Os critérios enfatizaram a necessidade de padronização, modularização e pré-fabricação de materiais e componentes de construção. O estudo destacou a necessidade de ampliar o conhecimento e a capacitação da equipe de projeto, estabelecer políticas públicas e incentivos fiscais e desenvolver ferramentas, métodos e indicadores circulares para viabilizar a implementação de estratégias de desconstrução de edificações
A RELAÇÃO DAS MULHERES COM O MEIO AMBIENTE: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DAS MULHERES CAIÇARAS DE ILHABELA
Get PDFO presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a relação das mulheres com o meio ambiente, por meio do estudo do ecofeminismo e das comunidades tradicionais, com foco nas comunidades caiçaras. Apesar de o estudo ser focado nas mulheres, serão abordadas questões sobre a relação de outras minorias sociais, que fazem parte da luta guiada pelas mulheres. Além do estudo de textos e documentos, retirados de livros e da internet, foram realizadas algumas entrevistas com mulheres caiçaras do município e arquipélago de Ilhabela, localizado no Litoral Norte do Estado de São Paulo. O intuito é observar de que forma se apresenta a relação das caiçaras com o meio ambiente, dentro de uma sociedade tradicional e patriarcal, e comparar com os estudos sobre ecofeminismo e ecologia. Diante disso, foram realizadas entrevistas com mulheres de diferentes comunidades da Ilhabela, para comparar com as informações obtidas nas referências bibliográficas utilizadas no desenvolvimento do trabalho

O DESAFIO DA SALA DE AULA, EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA, SOB O OLHAR DO PROFESSOR
Get PDFThe purpose of this article is to present the teacher's view of the challenge of being in the “classroom”, in a reality where one tries to apply old formulas mixed with new ingredients to deal with recent and uncertain challenges, with the purpose of maintain the “normality” of face-to-face teaching in online form. In addition to checking how the use of these technologies and concepts are worked on and assimilated by these professionals. Thus, an exploratory research with a qualitative nature was carried out with teachers of basic and higher education, affiliated to a class association in the State of Rio de Janeiro, in the first months of isolation by COVID19, in 2020. It can be verified a distinct reality between these groups (higher education teachers and basic education teachers), with regard to the domain of technology, adaptation of the classroom to the new virtual reality and domain of the concepts and description of the teaching modality used. Among these differences are: the lack of training, the lack of knowledge about the technologies, insecurity, lack of adequate equipment for the installation of the technologies, lack of interest, the low frequency or maturity of the student for this type of class and the duration of the classes. classes. However, there was a prospect of behavior change in relation to the use of technologies associated with the moment, such as: more than 85% of respondents plan to continue using these tools and platforms in some way,since they claim that after the initial scare they managed to adapt, even if in a shy way, to the new reality, and in addition they were able to see some facilities resulting from the use of the tool, such as speed in talking to students, accessibility to the example for the class, among others.
O presente artigo tem por finalidade apresentar a visão do professor frente ao desafio de estar em “ sala de aula”, numa realidade onde tenta-se aplicar fórmulas antigas misturadas a ingredientes novos para se tratar de desafios recentes e incertos, com a finalidade de se manter a “normalidade” do ensino presencial sob a forma online. Além de verificar como o uso destas tecnologias e conceitos são trabalhados e assimilados por estes profissionais. Desta forma, realizou-se uma pesquisa de cunho exploratório com natureza qualitativa com professores de educação básica e superior, filiados a uma associação de classe no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, nos primeiros meses de isolamento pela COVID19, em 2020. Pode-se verificar uma realidade distinta entre estes grupos (professores de ensino superior e professores de educação básica), no tocante ao domínio da tecnologia, adaptação da sala de aula para a nova realidade virtual e domínio dos conceitos e descrição da modalidade de ensino utilizado. Entre estas diferenças estão: a falta de treinamento, o desconhecimento sobre as tecnologias, insegurança, falta de equipamento adequado para a instalação das tecnologias, falta de interesse, a baixa frequência ou maturidade do aluno para esse tipo de aula e o tempo de duração das aulas. Porém, verificou-se uma perspectiva de mudança de comportamento em relação ao uso das tecnologias associadas ao momento, como: mais de 85% dos respondentes planejam continuar usando de alguma forma estas ferramentas e plataformas, uma vez que alegam que após o susto inicial conseguiram se adaptar, mesmo que de forma tímida, a nova realidade, e além disso conseguiram ver algumas facilidades advindas do uso da ferramenta, como rapidez para falar com os alunos, acessibilidade a exemplo para a aula entre outros
LOCAIS DE VENDAS DE BEBIDAS ALCOÓLICA: DIMENSÕES FACILITADORAS PARA O COMPORTAMENTO DE BEBER – O CASO DE COSTA RICA - MS
Get PDFThe alcohol industry promoted transformations in the society, because it has provoked, on the one hand, in the collective sphere, the creation of workplaces in the labor market, whether formal or informal, the supply and distribution in several local of the Brazilian states, from the metropolis to the most remote place, and even international places; and, on the other hand, caused problems in the individual sphere, in the social, physical and mental dimensions, as far as the consumer is affected by the ingestion of the alcoholic product. In the case of Costa Rica, a city located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, there was a continuous consumption of alcoholic beverages by Costa Rican society. It was found empirically that many family members seek psychological and psychiatric help to combat alcoholism. Faced with this fact, a problematizing question emerged: consumption is facilitated by the internal dimensions of the subject or by easy access. To answer it, was developed a field study supplemented by a bibliographic study with quanti-qualitative techniques for data analysis. To guide this research, have been drawn up the following objectives, the general one: to survey the local of sales of alcoholic beverages, and the specific ones: to characterize the local in its geographical dimension; describe de local of sales of alcoholic beverages; identify the facilitating dimensions for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.A indústria de bebida alcoólica promoveu transformações na sociedade, porque provocou, por um lado, no âmbito coletivo, a criação de postos de trabalho no mercado, seja ele formal ou informal, o fornecimento e distribuição em diversos locais dos estados brasileiros, desde a metrópole o mais remoto lugar, e até mesmo locais internacionais; e, por outro lado, provocou, no âmbito individual, problemas nas dimensões sociais, física e psíquica, na medida em que o consumidor é afetado pela ingestão do produto alcoólico. No caso da cidade de Costa Rica, situada no estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, observou-se um continuo consumo de bebidas alcoólicas pela sociedade costa-riquense. Verificou-se empiricamente que muitos familiares buscam ajuda psicológica e psiquiátrica para combater o quadro de alcoolismo. Diante desse fato surgiu uma indagação problematizadora: o consumo é facilitado pelas dimensões internas do sujeito ou é pelo fácil acesso? Para responde-la foi elaborado um estudo de campo complementado de um estudo bibliográfico com técnicas quanti-qualitativa para análise dos dados. Para nortear esta pesquisa, foram elaborados os seguintes objetivos, o geral: levantar os locais de vendas de bebidas alcoólicas, e os específicos: caracterizar o local em sua dimensão geográfica; descrever os locais de vendas de bebidas alcoólicas; identificar as dimensões facilitadoras para o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas
O DUQUE DE CAXIAS NA GUERRA DO PARAGUAI: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A APLICABILIDADE DA TEORIA DO GRANDE HOMEM PARA A COMPREENSÃO HISTÓRICA
Get PDFThe current work has the purpose of analyzing the applicability of the Great Man Theory to comprehend history. This paper will show how it could the human path starting from the actions of the great people over it, exposing how their personalities, by their own scale, can change the course of the events. For this, it will be presented the trajectory of the Brazilian military man Luis Alves de Lima e Silva, the Duke of Caxias (1803-1880) in the Paraguayan War (1864-1870), showing how he was determinant to the progress of the conflict, finalizing with a favorable outcome for the Triple Alliance which opposed itself to Paraguay. To make this thesis, this work will also bring the biography’s importance as a factor of the historiographical study, without neglecting the weaknesses of this approach. Starting from that, it will be displayed the Great Man Theory as conceived by Thomas Carlyle (1795-1881), explaining this thought with its fundamentals, critics and defenses. So on, it will be made a synthesis about the Paraguayan War, showing its main characteristics, and situating the Duke of Caxias and his role in the course of the conflict. For this research, the method utilized will be the deductive, which will start from the abstract ideas about the importance of the biography in the study of history and the Great Man Theory, until its demonstration in the concrete plan, versing about the Caxias qualification as a character from this category by his action in the Paraguayan War, and the proceeding adopted will be the historical, with researches in diverse and specialized sources about the proposed thematic. The final result presented is that the Great Man Theory is a completely valid idea for the explanation of history, and the presentation of the Caxias role at Paraguay is a good demonstration of it.O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar a aplicabilidade da Teoria do Grande Homem para compreender a história. Este artigo mostrará como se pode entender a caminhada humana a partir dos atos dos grandes personagens sobre ela, expondo como as suas personalidades, pela própria escala, podem alterar o curso dos acontecimentos. Para isso, será apresentada a trajetória do militar brasileiro Luís Alves de Lima e Silva, o Duque de Caxias (1803-1880), na Guerra do Paraguai (1864-1870), mostrando como ele foi determinante para o progresso do conflito, terminando com um resultado favorável à Tríplice Aliança que se opunha ao governo do Paraguai. Para construir essa tese, o artigo trará também a importância da biografia como elemento de estudo historiográfico, sem negligenciar as vulnerabilidades dessa abordagem. A partir daí, será apresentada a Teoria do Grande Homem, tal como concebida por Thomas Carlyle (1795-1881), explicando o pensamento com seus fundamentos, críticas e defesas. Então, far-se-á uma síntese sobre a Guerra do Paraguai, mostrando suas principais características, e situando Duque de Caxias e seu papel no andamento do conflito. Utilizou-se no estudo, o método dedutivo, que parte das ideias gerais sobre a importância da biografia no estudo da história e da Teoria do Grande Homem, até sua demonstração no plano concreto, ao versar sobre a qualificação de Caxias como um personagem dessa categoria por seus atos na Guerra do Paraguai. Quanto ao procedimento adotado no trabalho foi o histórico, com pesquisas em fontes diversas e especializadas sobre a temática proposta. O resultado final apresentado é o de que a Teoria do Grande Homem é uma ideia plenamente válida para a explicação da história, e a apresentação do papel de Caxias no contexto da Guerra do Paraguai
