No full textThis study investigates the impact of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at a prominent printing company in Indonesia. The research utilized a census sampling method to select a sample of 52 permanent employees. Data were gathered via survey, with a structured questionnaire serving as the primary research instrument. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) Version 4 software was employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. Similarly, the work environment positively influences both employee performance and motivation. Furthermore, motivation is positively related to employee performance. Conversely, the study found that leadership style does not have a direct impact on motivation. These results underscore the importance of a supportive work environment and intrinsic motivation in enhancing employee performance, while suggesting that leadership style's impact on performance does not extend directly to motivational aspectsStudi ini menyelidiki dampak gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di sebuah perusahaan percetakan terkemuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus untuk memilih sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei, dengan kuesioner terstruktur sebagai instrumen penelitian utama. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Partial Least Squares (PLS) Versi 4 digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi karyawan. Lebih lanjut, motivasi berhubungan positif dengan kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, studi ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berdampak langsung terhadap motivasi. No full textThis study examines the transformation of Toko Roti Enak, South Tangerang branch, toward a Product-Service System (PSS) based business model by analysing the opportunities offered through Quadrant 2 (Product Related Service) and Quadrant 4 (Product Related Software). The research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach supported by interviews and direct observations to understand the bakery’s current conditions and its potential to integrate service and digital innovations. The findings show that implementing Product Related Service can enhance customer experience through additional offerings such as delivery services, pre-order systems, loyalty programmes, and product consultation. These service enhancements are expected to strengthen customer engagement, improve convenience, and support long-term loyalty. Meanwhile, the application of Product Related Software provides opportunities to modernise operational processes through the use of ordering applications, CRM systems, digital stock management, and integrated cashier databases. These technological tools contribute to more efficient workflows, reduced operational errors, and data-driven decision-making. The combined implementation of both quadrants indicates that Toko Roti Enak can create a more integrated, customer-focused, and digitally adaptive business model. The adoption of the PSS approach not only improves service quality and operational performance but also strengthens the bakery’s competitiveness and supports sustainable growth in the increasingly digitalised F&B sector
Kewirausahaan Islam di Selatan Thailand: Integrasi Etika Islam, Koperasi Syariah, dan Literasi Keuangan dalam Penguatan Ekonomi Umat
No full textThis article examines the dynamics of Islamic entrepreneurship in Southern Thailand, particularly in the provinces of Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat, which are predominantly inhabited by Malay Muslims. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach, integrating findings on the business practices of Muslim entrepreneurs, the role of Islamic cooperatives, Islamic financial literacy, and community access to halal financing. The results indicate that while the community demonstrates a strong commitment to conducting business in accordance with Islamic principles, Islamic entrepreneurship in the region faces several structural challenges. These include a limited understanding of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh Muamalah), low levels of Islamic financial literacy, restricted access to formal Islamic financial institutions, and external economic shocks such as the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the existence of the Pattani Islamic Cooperative, community-based business initiatives, and the optimization of Islamic social finance instruments such as zakat, waqf, and sadaqah provide significant opportunities to strengthen the ecosystem. This article concludes that the sustainable development of Islamic entrepreneurship in Southern Thailand requires a strategic integration of ethical reinforcement, institutional support from cooperatives, and enhanced financial literacy.Artikel ini mengkaji dinamika kewirausahaan Islam di Selatan Thailand, khususnya di provinsi Pattani, Yala, dan Narathiwat, yang mayoritas penduduknya adalah Muslim Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yang mengintegrasikan temuan mengenai praktik bisnis pengusaha Muslim, peran koperasi syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, dan akses masyarakat terhadap pembiayaan halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun masyarakat menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat untuk menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam, kewirausahaan Islam di wilayah tersebut menghadapi sejumlah tantangan struktural. Tantangan-tantangan ini meliputi pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai Fikih Muamalah, rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, terbatasnya akses ke lembaga keuangan syariah formal, serta guncangan ekonomi eksternal seperti pandemi COVID-19. Namun, keberadaan Koperasi Islam Pattani, inisiatif bisnis berbasis komunitas, dan optimalisasi instrumen keuangan sosial Islam seperti zakat, wakaf, dan sedekah memberikan peluang signifikan untuk memperkuat ekosistem tersebut. No full textThis study examines the effect of influencer marketing on purchase intention for Ventela shoes on the TikTok Shop platform, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. The rapid expansion of social media, particularly TikTok, has driven businesses to utilize influencer marketing strategies to attract consumers and enhance brand perception. This research aims to provide empirical evidence on the role of influencer marketing in shaping brand image and increasing consumers’ purchase intention. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 16 statement items representing influencer marketing, brand image, and purchase intention constructs. The study population included active TikTok users who had seen Ventela shoe promotions by influencers. A total of 112 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis to outline respondent characteristics and inferential analysis using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that influencer marketing has a positive and significant impact on both brand image and purchase intention. Additionally, brand image was confirmed to mediate the relationship between influencer marketing and purchase intention for Ventela shoes on TikTok Shop.Studi ini meneliti pengaruh influencer marketing terhadap minat beli sepatu Ventela di platform TikTok Shop, dengan citra merek sebagai variabel mediasi. Perkembangan pesat media sosial, khususnya TikTok, telah mendorong bisnis untuk memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran influencer guna menarik konsumen dan meningkatkan persepsi merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang peran pemasaran influencer dalam membentuk citra merek dan meningkatkan niat beli konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 16 item pernyataan yang mewakili konstruk pemasaran influencer, citra merek, dan niat beli. Populasi penelitian meliputi pengguna TikTok aktif yang telah melihat promosi sepatu Ventela oleh influencer. Sebanyak 112 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data melibatkan analisis deskriptif untuk menguraikan karakteristik responden dan analisis inferensial menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran influencer memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dan niat beli. Selain itu, citra merek dikonfirmasi sebagai faktor yang memediasi hubungan antara pemasaran influencer dan niat pembelian sepatu Ventela di TikTok Shop

This study examines how AI can simplify a company's work and help solve problems related to supply chain performance, thereby improving company performance with the support of information quality, information technology, and information sharing, which helps the smooth running of the supply chain for the advancement of the company. This research facilitates the identification of key problems and their effective and efficient resolution for issues that arise in companies. This research uses quantitative data obtained from a survey of the community in the city of Batam. The results obtained from the survey show that AI can simplify various aspects for companies. The results of the study show that the influence of information quality and information technology on supply chain performance through the application of information sharing has a significant effect. This study shows that using current technology can improve company performance. KETERLIBATAN PEREMPUAN DALAM AKSI TERORISME DI INDONESIA: ANALISIS MELALUI PERSPEKTIF TEORI PILIHAN RASIONAL
Get PDFPada masa kini jumlah perempuan yang terlibat dalam jerat terorisme semakin meningkat. Kekeliruan dalam menafsirkan makna jihad membuat mereka terjebak dalam lingkaran terorisme. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan-alasan perempuan untuk terlibat dalam aksi terorisme di Indonesia kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori pilihan rasional. Hasilnya perempuan yang terlibat dalam aksi terorisme di Indonesia dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal yakni ajakan orang terdekat, iming-iming surga, balas dendam, krisis identitas. Analisis teori pilihan rasional menunjukkan bahwa aktor memiliki suatu tujuan dan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan. Perempuan yang terjerat kasus terorisme memiliki tujuan salah satunya mendapatkan surga. Perempuan sebagai aktor akan melakukan apapun untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan perempuan dalam aksi terorisme di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor personal, sosial, dan ideologis, serta didorong oleh keputusan rasional berdasarkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.Pada masa kini jumlah perempuan yang terlibat dalam jerat terorisme semakin meningkat. Development of Enzyme Production Technology with Double Protease Immobilization Method (Calotropin and Papain)
Get PDFAbstract—Enzymes are biocatalysts widely applied in agriculture, food processing, chemical industries, and medical fields. Enzymes can be used singly or immobilized within a matrix. However, free enzymes often exhibit lower stability compared to immobilized enzymes. Therefore, this research aimed to evaluate the combined two proteolytic enzymes for extracting protein hydrolysates. The objective was to analyze enzymes' immobilization characteristics using carrageenan and determine the optimal concentration combination. Calotropin and papain were applied at concentrations of 2.5 mL, 3.5 mL, and 4.0 mL, respectively. The analysis parameters included yield, enzyme activity, soluble protein content, specific enzyme activity, stability, and kinetic parameters (Km and Vmax). The results showed that the combined proteases exhibited yields ranging from 44.43% to 48.63%; enzyme activities of 9.23–53.63 U/mL; soluble protein contents of 2.40–2.89 mg/mL; and specific enzyme activities of 3.54–18.62 U/mg protein. The enzymes were maintained stability at temperatures ranging from 30 to 60 °C. The kinetic parameters were determined as Km = 0.0034 g/mL and Vmax = 17.094 U/min.
Biscuit Formulation Substitutes Wheat Flour with Tempeh Flour and Nile Tilapia Fish Flour as Complementary Food to Prevent Stunting
Get PDFAbstract— Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia. One of the specific interventions for stunting is nutritional support in the form of protein-rich complementary foods, both animal and plant-based protein. This research is expected to provide an alternative to high-protein complementary foods for toddlers, thereby contributing to efforts to reduce stunting problems in Indonesia. The biscuit formulation consists of four treatments of the ratio of wheat flour: tempeh flour: Nile Tilapia fish flour, namely (F1) 100:0:0, (F2) 50:15:35, (F3) 50:25:25, and (F4) 50:35:15. The test parameters in this study were organoleptic tests, chemical tests in the form of proximate analysis, calcium, zinc, dietary fiber, amino acid, and fatty acid content, as well as physical tests in the form of texture and color. The results of the study showed that the best treatment based on the organoleptic test was a ratio of 50:25:25. Chemical tests showed that proximate analysis, calcium, dietary fiber, essential and non-essential amino acid composition, and fatty acid composition of selected biscuits were higher than those of control biscuits. The zinc content of selected biscuits was the same as that of control biscuits. The results of physical tests showed that selected biscuits had the same color description as the control, but had a softer texture than the control. The conclusion obtained was that, based on the composition of nutritional and non-nutritional content, selected biscuits with a 50:25:25 formulation have the potential as complementary food ingredients for breast milk that can help prevent stunting in toddlers.
Perceptions of Health Workers on the Implementation of Polio Immunization in Manokwari District, Indonesia
Get PDFBackground: Polio immunization remains a crucial strategy for polio eradication in Indonesia. Understanding health workers’ perspectives is important for strengthening program implementation and ensuring optimal community participation.
Method: This qualitative study was conducted in Manokwari District in 2024. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 health workers selected purposively. The interviews explored perceptions, challenges, and strategies related to the polio immunization program. Data were analyzed thematically.
Result: The analysis revealed two overarching themes. The first was health innovation, encompassing knowledge, perceived susceptibility and severity, observability, and complexity of the immunization program. Health workers emphasized the importance of clear information and simple procedures to increase acceptance. The second theme was social communication strategies, highlighting the crucial role of interpersonal communication, health worker commitment, and family support in motivating communities to participate. Barriers such as misinformation and limited resources were also identified.
Conclusion: Health workers’ perceptions underline the significance of innovation and communication in enhancing community involvement in polio immunization. Strengthening health workers’ communication capacity and engaging family support are recommended to improve program effectiveness
The Influence of Institutional Support and Digital Self Efficacy on Teacher Motivation and Work Engagement at SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi
No full textThis study examines how institutional support and digital self-efficacy influence teachers’ motivation and work engagement, using SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi as the research site. Amid the rapid integration of digital technologies into education, it is essential to understand how both organizational factors and individual capabilities affect teaching dynamics. Adopting a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 53 teachers using structured questionnaires and analyzed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings reveal that both institutional support and digital self-efficacy significantly enhance teacher motivation. Additionally, teacher motivation is found to be a strong predictor of work engagement, while institutional support also shows a direct positive relationship with engagement levels. Interestingly, digital self-efficacy does not directly influence engagement, suggesting its role is mediated through motivation. The originality of this research lies in its comprehensive model that integrates both institutional and personal resources to explain teacher engagement in a vocational education context during ongoing digital transformation. The insights from this study offer valuable input for educational stakeholders in developing strategies to strengthen teacher support systems and digital competencies
