Designing a multidimensional profiling framework for English learners
This research presents the design of a multidimensional profiling framework to support adaptive and personalized English language learning at Universitas Terbuka (UT). A qualitative research method was used in designing the profiling framework. Data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs) and institutional observations to examine the current realities within the university. Thematic analysis was then employed to interpret the data. Two key results were a learner profiling framework and an institutional readiness mapping. The framework included four phases: (1) Input: collecting data on learners’ digital readiness, learning styles, English proficiency, and self-regulated learning; (2) Processing: analyzing the data to create learner profiles; (3) Adaptation: using profiles to suggest personalized support; and (4) Interpretation: presenting results through dashboards and feedback tools. The institutional mapping found that each phase required a clear governance structure to ensure ethical use, transparency, and alignment with Universitas Terbuka’s policies and stakeholder capacities.

CAPTURING RANDOM-EFFECT META-ANALYSIS TOWARD SCIENTIFIC INQUIRY LEARNING APPROACH IN SCIENCE EDUCATION
Implementing scientific inquiry as a learning approach has accounted for most discussion topics and research areas in science education. Numerous studies have been conducted for decades; therefore, synthesizing the updated results will be worthwhile. Diverse needs require effective implementation of the vision of scientific inquiry for scientists, and various forms of learning output pose a challenge for scholars to provide a systematic summary of evidence regarding its role in science teaching and learning. Therefore, the random effect model was suitable for this paper to capture the impact of scientific inquiry on science learning comprehensively. A meta-analysis study using a random-effects model was chosen to systematically synthesize 22 academic articles gathered from the Scopus and Web of Science indexing databases. An individual paper was first extracted for its sample size, mean, and corresponding standard deviation, which were then calculated to measure the effect size of each piece of evidence using the JASP program. In summary, we highlight the positive and moderate impact of scientific investigation on student learning outcomes as a promising approach to enhancing science learning. This study fills the gap in the previous literature by providing a cross-cultural systematic synthesis of Indonesian and non-Indonesian literature, as well as comprehensively measuring the effects of scientific inquiry interventions. These findings support scientific inquiry as a promising approach to learning and encourage the sustainability of efforts to enhance the quality of science learning in various educational contexts

STRENGTHENING THE IDEOLOGY OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN THE ERA OF TECHNOLOGICAL DISRUPTION
This study aims to analyze the ideological strengthening of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in the era of technological disruption within Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Medan City. Amidst rapid digital transformation and the growing influence of globalized information, educational institutions face new challenges in preserving and transmitting religious values to students. Using a qualitative method and a case study approach, this research explores how teachers adapt pedagogical strategies to maintain the relevance of IRE in a digital age. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that teachers utilize several key strategies to reinforce Islamic ideology, including the clear and contextual delivery of curriculum content, sufficient instructional time, and utilization of available facilities and teaching staff. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on developing students’ critical thinking and reasoning abilities, nurturing civic awareness, promoting tolerance and appreciation for diversity, and aligning learning with students’ interests and talents. These strategies aim to balance religious values with the demands of 21st-century competencies. A novelty contribution of this study is its focus on the intersection between religious education and digital disruption, an area that remains underexplored in existing literature. Additionally, the research highlights structural challenges such as the absence of computer laboratories in several MAN institutions in Medan, which hampers equitable access to digital resources and creates information gaps among students and teachers. The study recommends future research employing mixed methods with broader samples across different regions to provide a more comprehensive understanding of IRE adaptation in the digital era
ADOPTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN STEM LEARNING: EXAMINING THE EFFECTS OF PERFORMANCE, EFFORT, AND SOCIAL FACTORS
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has recently gained prominence in higher education, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines, offering transformative potential for learning and innovation. However, students’ adoption of AI tools is influenced by multiple psychological and contextual factors. This study aims to examine the effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on students’ behavioral intentions to integrate AI into STEM education. A quantitative research design was employed, involving 203 undergraduate students from the University of Jambi and Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 3.3 to identify direct and mediating relationships among variables. The findings revealed that performance expectancy significantly influenced students’ behavioral intentions, indicating that perceived usefulness of AI outweighs ease of use in determining adoption. Effort expectancy also had a substantial effect and mediated the relationship between performance expectancy and behavioral intentions, while social influence showed no significant impact. These results highlight that students’ engagement with AI in STEM learning is driven more by perceived academic and functional benefits than by peer or social reinforcement. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework with the STEM education context in developing countries, providing new empirical insights into AI adoption behavior. The study recommends designing AI-supported learning environments that emphasize practical benefits, user-friendly interfaces, and pedagogical integration to enhance students’ learning outcomes and technological readiness
SUPPLY MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS AND MARKETING STRATEGIES FOR MSME SUSTAINABILITY: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
This research aims to present a systematic literature review addressing the development of supply management, operations, and marketing strategies which can sustain the success of the sustainability implementation for MSMEs. Several papers is collected from the scholarly journals published in the last five years. The findings indicate that digital entrepreneurship assistance, which can help develop digital skills and create more sustainable business flows, plays a significant role for MSMEs to sustain their business sustainability. A sustainable marketing strategy can help MSMEs increase market access, especially using digital strategies, making it easier for MSMEs to reach a wider market. Our systematic literature review has a limitation. The discovery of the sustainability practice on MSMEs only focuses on three aspects including supply management, operations, and marketing strategy. To complement the limitation of the current study, future research lies on the comparative analysis of sustainability practice on MSMEs and larger enterprises by considering other essential aspects including finance, human resources, and competitiveness. Operational management for MSMEs, especially MSMEs in the food sector, is also key in maintaining business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study discuss, further using the Systematic Literature Review method to highlight Supply management, operations and marketing strategies for the sustainability of MSMEs so that they become a reference for business actors in developing their businesses and also for new business actors, of course, especially for policymakers in empowering and MSME development
