認知症グループホームにおける利用者の看取りの意思決定支援の実態：管理者とスタッフの支援内容の比較と在宅看取り移行事例への支援
Get PDFThis study aims to clarify the actual conditions of decision-making support for attendant care in dementia group homes, comparing the support provided by supervisors and staff, and support for cases of transition to home care. A self-administered questionnaire was mailed to 468 facilities (468 supervisors and 2,340 staff) randomly selected from dementia group homes throughout Japan, and responses were obtained from a total of 471 persons (16.8% response rate). On comparing supervisors and staff, supervisors scored significantly higher than staff with respect to the quality of life of patients receiving attendant care, attitudes of staff toward terminal care, and methods of providing support for decision-making. Regarding the collaborators before moving in and after leaving the dementia group home, the Community Comprehensive Support Centre, which is an important formal service, they dropped to 78.4% before moving in and 26.7% after leaving the home. In addition, in supporting cases of transition to home care, facility staff provided continuous care support and ultimately ensured satisfaction of all those involved in attendant care.

Get PDF本研究の目的は，大学野球投手が投じるストレートの高低差と打撃結果の関連性を検証し，低めが配球の基本と考えられている中で，高めストレートの有効性について新たな知見を提供することであった．ストレートの投球の高低差と打撃結果の間に有意な関連性が認められた．高めストレートは空振りを奪う高さとして有効であることが示唆された．特に2ストライク時に，高めストレートは見逃しおよび空振りの結果が多く，三振を奪う高さとして有効であることが示唆された．今後は，機器による投球コースの判定により高精度なデータを得られることが期待でき，さらに有益な知見が得られるのではないかと考える．departmental bulletin pape
