    Udang pempek merupakan makanan khas Palembang. Pempek biasanya disajikan dengan saus cuka. Persaingan dalam bisnis pempek udang semakin merajalela karena semakin banyak kompetitor yang mengikuti bidang kuliner ini. UMKM Yuksum merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pempek udang, untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan eksistensi perusahaan, namun perusahaan belum mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dari pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keluhan pelanggan yang tidak menyukai kemasan Pempek Udang Yuksum. Oleh karena itu, Yuksum membutuhkan evaluasi dan perbaikan desain kemasan produk sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang kemasan baru dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Pemilihan metode QFD didasarkan pada keterlibatan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan desain kemasan cuko yang dapat menjamin kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mewawancarai pelanggan, mengidentifikasi Voices of Customer (VOC), menyebarluaskan kuesioner, menentukan karakteristik teknis, membuat matriks House of Quality (HOQ), mengembangkan konsep desain, memasang spesifikasi kemasan, membuat matriks Part Deployment, dan membuat visualisasi desain. Desain kemasan yang lebih baik terbuat dari plastik PET/SPE food grade dan kemasan cuko yang dapat digunakan kembali, melengkapi label kemasan dengan informasi penting tentang cuko (Logo, Merek, Komposisi, Metode Penyajian, Tanggal Kedaluwarsa, Logo Halal, Nomor Layanan Pelanggan dan Penggunaan 3 warna pastel sehingga pelanggan dapat dengan mudah melihatnya

    Asset management has been running so far, but has not been implemented as expected to achieve maximum results. Asset management at PT. Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam still uses the Microsoft Excel application so that problems are encountered in managing assets such as number writing errors, no direct asset report notification, no history of data changes, unable to display data as a whole. The purpose of this research is to find out how to optimize assets and determine the appropriate asset management application for PT. Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. The selection of asset management applications uses the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method with the criteria of Multi User, Help Desk, Log Activity and Design, the priority weight of the criteria for the first rank is 0.405 in the Activity Log, the second rank is 0.372 Multi User, the third rank is 0.119 Help Desk, the fourth rank is 0.104 design. The highest Multi User criteria is on the Snipe IT alternative, the highest Help Desk criteria is on the TALENTA alternative, the highest Log Activity criteria is on the AssetTiger alternative, the highest Design criteria is on the ITDB alternative. The priority alternative is ranked first with a total score of 3.61 on Snipe IT, ranked second 2,947 AssetTiger, ranked third 2,631 ITDB, ranked fourth 1.58 TALENTA

    Paid leave is temporary absence commonly used in companies. The purpose of using paid leave is not to come to work for a predetermined period of time which does not cut salary. Naturally, this is quite significant, particularly in the workplace, as if a business has staff who are not disciplined like they want to not come to work anytime, then admin can cut their salaries. There are various methods for applying for paid leave, starting from recording data manually, and through the system. In general, companies apply for paid leave using manualy system or paper methods. This can increase operating costs and result in excessive paper usage. PT. BPR Dana Makmur initially used manual or paper methods as a means to apply for paid leave. The researchers attempted to create a web-based application based on this issue. with the Agile leave application procedure and made it a research project. It is anticipated that this application will be able to reduce the excessive use of paper and minimize office operational costs.     This study aims to determine the health level of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2021-2023 period in terms of Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, Capital, and RGEC (Risk profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital) as a whole. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data sources in the form of financial reports of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2021-2023 period. The data analysis technique used is bank health analysis with the Risk (Risk-based Bank Rating) RGEC approach. The results of the study show that during the 2021-2023 period: (1) The Risk Profile Aspect of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2021-2023 period was in a healthy condition with an average NPL value of 4.05%; 3.05%; 2.32% and LDR of 72.98%; 77.45% and 5% percent. The GCG aspect is in a healthy condition with a composite value of 2, (3) The Earnings aspect in the form of ROA and NIM is in the very healthy category with an average ROA value of 1.35%, 2.27% and 2.42%, and NIM of 5.5%; 6.22% and 5.87% with a very healthy category. The Capital aspect is in a very healthy condition with an average CAR value of 19.3%; 19.27% ​​and 21.95%. The RGEC aspect as a whole is in a Composite Ranking of 1, which is very healthy. Additionally, document storage media such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders are also recorded on paper and stored in folders, thus the encountered difficulties in tracing the data recording process flow due to lack of integration and requiring large storage space, and consumers needing relatively long time or having difficulty obtaining information about the required products. From these issues, this research produces a web-based operational sales information system to assist the company in business efficiency and effectiveness.     This study was conducted to study K-Means Clustering in knowledge retrieval. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the analysis of the application of clustering with the K-Means algorithm in determining the number of tourist interests in each travel agent that cooperates with PT Pulau Bintang Emas in Batam. The data used to support marketing strategy decisions include gender, age and travel agent, promos which are analyzed using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm so that the right customer cluster is known for the promotional approach. The data will be processed using Rapidminer data processing software with the K-Means Clustering Algorithm and a value of K = 3 so that the data will produce three clusters. The total data that has been tested using Rapidminer software is 398 records with 3 clusters obtained, namely: Cluster 0 totaling 130 items, Cluster 1 totaling 111 items and Cluster 2 totaling 157 items .     In previous research that the author conducted on practical work implementation, the author created a system that can carry out attendance using Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) which will read each RFID Identification (ID) or Unique Identifier (UID) owned by each employee. The UID has previously been stored in the program so that it can be detected when it is registered. However, this system has a few shortcomings, namely that it has not been integrated with each other between the main office and branch offices, so the existing systems still stand alone. Apart from that, the monthly absenteeism recapitulation process is also not optimal because it cannot automatically calculate the number of attendances for each employee. Given the problems above, the author developed a system that had previously been created by integrating the two attendance devices with a Web-based database system so that the attendance data for each employee would be directly stored in the database. This data will later be used to facilitate monthly recapitulation for each employee.
