THE MORAL DIMENSION REFLECTED IN THE SONGS TOMORROW AND WHALIEN 52 BY BTS
Get PDFMusic is an important component of human existence. It has the power to change the listener's mood and evoke emotions. This is a reflection of human love for the beauty of rhythm. To fully appreciate the beauty of music, the lyrics and rhythm must be in harmony with the listener's emotions. This research analyzes the moral meaning of BTS's "Tomorrow & Whalen 52". The approach of data collection adopted is observation, while the technique utilized involves listening and recording the outcomes of the analysis. In analyzing the data, data was taken from lyric quotes in the songs. The aim of this study was to explore the ethical implications of a particular song, and the researcher used qualitative methods for data collection. The data obtained will be analyzed using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory. Some of the moral messages the writer found in the songs "Tomorrow" and "Whalien 52", include the importance of perseverance, self-love, and self-disclosure with others. In writing this article, the writer hopes to achieve theoretical, academic, and practical significance for the writer and readers in at least three ways: personally, academically (literature), and practically (people in general). Personally, this article can provide insight from a literary perspective, especially regarding the meaning of morals, which we hope will be useful for other people

Get PDFThis research, titled “Decision Support System for Employee Salary Increase Using the TOPSIS Method Based on Web” addresse the issues of non-transparency and subjectivity in determining employee salary increases at Bintang Moro. Fair and objective salary adjustmentsare crucial for retaining and motivating employees, as well as ensuring the company’s sustainability and growth. Decicion support system (DSS) designed in this study uses the TOPSIS method, implemented as a web based application. TOPSIS method was selected for its ability to rank alternatives based ontheir proximity to an ideal solution, ensuring objective decision making.the research involved collecting data on employee performance and salary increases over thepast three months at Bintang Moro. This data was processed using the TOPSIS method and intergrated into a web-based system developed with PHP and Mysql. Finding indicate that the TOPSIS-based DSS provides more objective and transparent recommendations for salary increases. Web-based system also facilitates management in monitoring and evaluating employee performancemore efficiently. The system implementation leads to more equtable salary decisions, fostering a positive work environment. The research contributes to the field by offering a practical solution for decision support in employee salary management. It can serve as a refrence for developing similar system in other organizarional contexrsPenelitian ini, yang berjudul "Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kenaikan Gaji Karyawan Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Web," mengatasi masalah ketidaktransparanan dan subjektivitas dalam menentukan kenaikan gaji karyawan di Bintang Moro. Penyesuaian gaji yang adil dan objektif sangat penting untuk mempertahankan dan memotivasi karyawan, serta memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS) yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS, yang diimplementasikan sebagai aplikasi berbasis web. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk merangking alternatif berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal, memastikan pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data tentang kinerja karyawan dan kenaikan gaji selama tiga bulan terakhir di Bintang Moro. Data tersebut diproses menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem berbasis web yang dikembangkan dengan PHP dan MySQL. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa DSS berbasis TOPSIS memberikan rekomendasi kenaikan gaji yang lebih objektif dan transparan. Sistem berbasis web juga memudahkan manajemen dalam memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan dengan lebih efisien. Implementasi sistem ini mengarah pada keputusan gaji yang lebih adil, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada bidang tersebut dengan menawarkan solusi praktis untuk dukungan keputusan dalam manajemen gaji karyawan. Development is certainly not just about building infrastructure but development also refers to an action in the sense of creating and producing a government program in promoting welfare, prosperity, and providing good development for the growth of a region. If the development process can run well, the country's economic system will also improve and will be much more prosperous when the development of the region is prepared in a planned and well-implemented manner. However, if the course of regional development is accompanied by fairly dense population growth, the development process will be hampered, this is also due to the impact given by dense population growth. This study uses a descriptive method which is used to describe a situation that occurs and explain the situation through the impacts that exist due to population growth on regional development.

In writing this article using library research. Literary studies cannot be separated from scientific literature. Manpower regulates female workers based on Law no. 13 of 2003 article 76 paragraph 4. Then the rights and protection of child workers are also regulated in Labor Law no. 13 of 2003. Then it is also regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Migration of the Republic of Indonesia Kep. 235/MEN/2003 concerning work that endangers health. The results show that worker protection for women and children is not in accordance with regulations. This can be seen from working hours that do not take into account employee health with a morning, afternoon and evening shift system, division of work in several companies which endangers women

If there is no admin who is diligent in inputting, it is very possible that typos will occur which will result in redundancy or loss of data when inputting incoming goods. Redundancy or loss of data caused by the admin's lack of diligence can result in differences in the amount of inventory in the system and physically. When using applications currently, data cannot be stored centrally in a database, so the risk of data loss caused by admins may occur. Data loss in question is when the admin intentionally or unintentionally deletes data or overwrites data which can result in differences in the amount of inventory. With a focus on the respective governments, this research discusses and compares the water management approaches between the two countries. Singapore has used innovative technologies such as NEWater and seawater desalination, as well as a centralized and integrated water management system by the Public Utilities Board (PUB), to achieve water self-sufficiency despite its limited water resources. These methods have enabled Singapore to improve its water security and reduce its dependence on imports. However, with more than 270 million inhabitants, Indonesia, the world's largest archipelago, faces complex problems in water management. Some of the key issues include unequal water distribution, inadequate infrastructure, and widespread water pollution. In Indonesia, clean water management involves community-based programs and different levels of government to improve access and quality of clean water. Singapore demonstrates how centralized management and technology can overcome limited natural resources, and Indonesia seeks to address pollution and distribution through infrastructure development and international cooperation. . Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction of CUJK Batuaji using the Fuzzy Logic approach, focusing on four main variables: service quality, product quality, price quality, and atmosphere quality. The Fuzzy Logic approach was chosen because of its flexibility in handling uncertain and ambiguous data, as well as its ability to provide a more accurate picture of customer satisfaction levels. Data is collected through surveys filled out by customers, with each variable assessed on a scale of 1 to 5. The assessment results are converted into fuzzy values and analyzed using predefined fuzzy rules. The inference process was carried out using the Mamdani method, and the final results were defuzzified to obtain a representative crisp value. The research results showed that: Service quality received a score of 78.65, which is in the "High" category; The product quality received a score of 79.37, which is also in the "High" category; Price quality scored 79.13, with the same category, namely "High"; Ambience quality, with a score of 80, is also in the "High" category. With all variables in the "High" category, the overall satisfaction level of CUJK Batuaji customers can be categorized as "Very Satisfied". Based on these findings, several recommendations are provided to maintain and improve service quality, including regular monitoring, staff training, product innovation, competitive pricing, and maintaining comfortable facilities. The Fuzzy Logic approach has proven effective in providing a comprehensive picture of customer satisfaction, which is expected to help CUJK Batuaji achieve continuous improvement in service quality

Malaysia is among the countries that, along with New Zealand, Taiwan, and China, have the honorable ability to curb the spread of the virus and restore economic normality in the face of the Covid-19 epidemic. This article explains how the country's capacity is capable of becoming a major capital in dealing with the pandemic in Malaysia. Adequate state capacity will be able to generate public confidence so that that confidence can be a catalyst for successful policy implementation. In addition to national capacity, leadership aspects at the national and local levels play an important role in supporting the success of government policies. Effective leadership can promote a favourable atmosphere for public adherence to government policies. Like a common enemy, the support of community elements is crucial to success against the spread of the virus
