Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Flextronics Batam
Get PDFThe role of human resources (HR) is one of the most important resources in an organization. Many workactivities in the work environment experience problems which can result in a lack of coordination in organizinginformation or messages and tasks which are the needs of every employee, from superiors to subordinates,which sometimes do not work effectively. Situations like this affect employee performance at PT FlextronicsBatam. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the organizational communication climateon employee performance at PT Flextronics Batam and how much influence the organizational communicationclimate has on employee performance at PT Flextronics Batam. This research method uses a quantitativeapproach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of this research show that 58,7%of the employee performance variable will be influenced by the independent variable, namely CommunicationOrganizational Climate. PENGARUH KONTEN TIKTOK @REXI TERHADAP MINAT FOLLOWERS UNTUK MODIFIKASI MOTOR
Get PDFOne social media platform that is currently quite familiar to Indonesian society is TikTok. TikTok is a social networking platform used to create content in the form of short videos. Someone may become famous on TikTok because of their interesting content; these people are called "tiktokers". One of the most interesting Tiktokers is Rexi. His content has a unique characteristic because he makes motorbike modification videos that his followers are interested in. The research methodology used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling; The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Research data comes from the results of questionnaires. The data in this study was cleaned using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of the analysis of Rexi's TikTok account had a positive and significant effect on followers' desire to modify motorbikes. because the value of the influence of the content is significant, 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-calculated value of 15.616 is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is acceptedOne social media platform that is currently quite familiar to Indonesian society is TikTok. Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Dan Dana Perimbangan Terhadap Belanja Daerah Di Indonesia
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze and find out how much influence regional original income (PAD) and balancing funds have on regional expenditure in Indonesia. Research data comes from the Central Statistics Agency in 34 Provinces in Indonesia for the period 2018 - 2021 with 136 data. After data collection, there were several provinces in Indonesia whose data were incomplete so the data used was 100. The provinces with incomplete data were: Bengkulu, Bali, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Main Maluku and West Papua. Data analysis techniques use (1) Classic assumption tests, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation tests, (2) Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that partially original regional income has no effect on regional spending in Indonesia, balancing funds have no effect on regional spending in Indonesia, and simultaneously original regional income and balancing funds have no effect on regional spending in Indonesia
ANALISA PENGENDALIAN CACAT PADA PRODUK BORDIR KOPYAH SETENGAH JADI MENGGUNAKAN METODE STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL
Get PDFQuality is an important aspect in the sector of a business. There is severe competition between business actors in achieving customer satisfaction through the principle of prioritizing quality over quantity. A similar thing was also done by one of the business actors in the Gesik area, namely UD Sketsa Embroidery, which is engaged in making semi-finished embroidered skullcaps. In its production, this business never knows in detail the defect causes that occur in its products and how to control them. So in this research, researchers conducted research analyzing defect control and how to improve its quality using statistical quality control methods. Based on the research results, this method can classify the types of defects that often occur, namely wrong direction embroidery defects, stacked embroidery, and unequal embroidery spacing. Knowledge of the weekly defect percentage at the time of sampling in this study was 1.57%. From the Pareto diagram, stacked embroidery type defects are the defects that have the highest number of frequencies, so stacked embroidery type defects are explained further using a fishbone diagram. This analysis is reviewed from aspects of human, machines, methods, materials and the environment factors. To prevent these defects, proposed actions and process improvements are also mentioned in this research.Kualitas merupakan aspek penting dalam sektor suatu usaha. Terjadi persaingan yang ketat antar pelaku usaha dalam meraih kepuasan pelanggan melalui prinsip mengutamakan kualitas daripada kuantitas. Hal serupa juga dilakukan oleh salah satu pelaku usaha di daerah Gesik yaitu UD Sketsa Embroidery yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan kopiah bordir setengah jadi. Dalam produksinya usaha ini tidak pernah mengetahui secara detail penyebab cacat yang terjadi pada produknya dan bagaimana cara pengendaliannya. Maka pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian menganalisis pengendalian cacat dan cara peningkatan kualitasnya dengan menggunakan metode pengendalian kualitas statistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode ini dapat mengklasifikasi jenis cacat yang sering terjadi yaitu cacat bordir salah arah, bordir bertumpuk, dan jarak bordir tidak sama. Pengetahuan persentase cacat mingguan pada saat pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 1,57%. Dari diagram pareto, cacat jenis bordir bertumpuk merupakan cacat yang memiliki jumlah frekuensi paling banyak, sehingga cacat jenis bordir bertumpuk dijelaskan lebih lanjut menggunakan diagram tulang ikan. Analisis ini ditinjau dari aspek faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material dan lingkungan. Untuk mencegah cacat ini, tindakan yang diusulkan dan perbaikan proses juga disebutkan dalam penelitian ini

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris terdapat pengaruh independensi Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan subsektor Industri Food and Baverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018- 2022 Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 14 perusahaan subsektor industri Food and Baverages yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda uji statistik deskriptif, analisis model regresi data panel, uji pemilihan model yang terpilih Random Effect Model, uji asumsi klasik, uji linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan olah data statistik e- views version 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan pada Uji t menyatakan bahwa Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Pada variabel Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, pada variabel Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan
Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Keputusan Investasi dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
Get PDFThis study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Intellectual Capital, Investation Decision, and Dividend Policy on The Value of The Company. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used is secondary data. The population in this study were Properties & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange fot the period 2018 – 2022. The method in determining the sample use purposive sampling. Obtained a sampel of 7 company with a period 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The F test result show that simultaneously Intellectual Capital, Investation Decision, and Dividend Police have a significant effect on the Value of The Company. The t test results show the Intellectual capital and Investation Decision partially no significant effect on The Value of The Company, while Dividend Policy partially has a significant effect on Company Value.

No full textThis research aims to provide emprical evidence that there is an influence of the Managerial Ownership Structure, Institusional Ownership Structure, Sales Growth and Capital Structure on Company Value in preoperties and real estate sector companes listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 – 2022 period. The number of research samples was 18 companies in the properties and real estate sector based on the purposive sampling method. The methode used in multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical test, panel data regression model analysis, the selected model selection rest is the Random Effect Model (REM), classical assumption test, multiple linear test and hypothesis testing with the help of e-views version 12 statistical data processing. The result of this research show that simultaneousy Managerial Ownership Structure, Institusional Ownership Structure, Sales Growth and Capital Structure have influence Company Value. Partially state that the Managerial Ownership Structure has an effect on Campany Value. The Institusional Ownership Structure has no effect on Company Value. Institusional Ownership Structure has no effect on Company Value. Sales Growth has no effect on Company Value, and the Capital Structure variable has no effect on Company Value

No full textUsaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, memberikan kontribusi besar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Namun, UMKM juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) pada K2kha Studio, sebuah studio olahraga yang mengalami permasalahan likuiditas akibat penurunan pendapatan serta beban kewajiban tetap yang tinggi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah praktik pencatatan keuangan yang belum memadai dan tidak mencerminkan kondisi keuangan yang sebenarnya, seperti pencatatan aset dan penyusutan yang tidak teratur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen keuangan untuk menggali lebih dalam praktik pencatatan keuangan K2kha Studio serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengelola arus kas dan kewajiban. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa K2kha Studio masih mengandalkan pencatatan keuangan manual dan sederhana, yang berdampak pada kurangnya informasi akurat mengenai posisi keuangan dan arus kas. Disarankan agar K2kha Studio menerapkan pencatatan sesuai standar SAK EMKM, mencatat aset secara terperinci, serta mengeksplorasi strategi peningkatan pendapatan seperti penyewaan alat olahraga dan penawaran paket pelatihan bagi perusahaan. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan likuiditas dan memastikan keberlanjutan usaha K2kha Studio

Therefore it is suggested to the W-Elektrik Service Shop to further develop network security so that it is not easily hacked and attacked like a trojan

The results obtained the packaging design criteria that have the highest priority are the shape of the packaging and the basic materials of the packaging with an importance value of 5, while the packaging design criteria that have the lowest priority are the spacing label area with an importance value 3. The technical response with the highest priority is the availability of a seal on the packaging cover with technical importance rating 216, the absolute importance 72, relative importance 10.23%. The technical response with the lowest priority is the appropriate label layout so that the product label is easy to see the technical importance rating 72, absolute importance 24 and relative importance 3.41
