Get PDFThe water hyacinth plant is a type of aquatic plant flora that is considered a weed or pest because of the damage it does to water systems and the water supply. To a large extent, reservoirs with an influx of garbage are to blame for the rapid expansion of water hyacinth. Water hyacinth has a rapid growth rate at Batam City's Duriangkang reservoir. The hyacinth population will double in size in a couple of days. Ultimately, this study aims to inform the creation of a cutting-edge bag style made from water hyacinth. Research suggests that asking a representative sample of young people what kinds of bag products they would be interested in buying would be the best method to inform the design of a bag product catering to the needs of this demographic. Based on the survey data collected, a plan of action is developed for manufacturing bag products that both meet consumer demand and stay within budget. To meet the company's vision and objective, the correct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) must be used to reduce negative affects on the environment and society. However, in these companies, awareness and comprehension of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the handling of B3 medical waste remains a concern that must be addressed. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research technique was utilized for software development, and application development in this study was done with Adobe Illustrator, Visual Studio Code, and Flutter. The resulting application is compatible with Android smartphones running at least version 8.0 (Oreo). The waterfall method is applied in this scenario. Get PDFThe current rapid technological advancement allows companies to increase production speed through the use of machinery. However, this often leads to monotonous and physically demanding work, especially in Manual Material Handling (MMH) activities. Inappropriate MMH activities can result in Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), involving disruptions to muscles and joints. To address this issue, the design of ergonomic work aids is necessary.The NIDA method (Need, Idea, Decision, Action) is employed to design work aids by considering needs, innovative ideas, design decisions, and implementation actions. The REBA method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) to assess the working position or posture of an operator’s neck, back, arms, wrists, and legs . Research results indicate that the use of specialized aids in activities such as measurement can reduce MSDs complaints, where the score on employee body posture analysis is obtained on averange 3 and the NBM questionnaire date shows an averange score of 30, whwere this score included in the low risk category. And before the work facility design was carried out, the score was for REBA 6 and with NBM questionnaire data 41, the category indicates medium risk. Previous research has also utilized the NIDA method in designing work aids with positive outcomes. In conclusion, the use of the NIDA method in designing ergonomic work aids can alleviate MSDs complaints and enhance productivity at PT Citra Tubindo TBK and similar industries

However, the Merdeka curriculum provides a glimmer of hope for history teachers in creating more interesting and meaningful history learning. This novelty can be used to insert local-based knowledge into students. For history teachers, this can be done by integrating local history into learning materials. Integration of local history can be a way out of the problem of weak history education strategies at the school level. This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of using YouTube as a medium in integrating local history into history subjects to improve students' critical thinking skills. The method used is the Kemmis and McTaggart model of classroom action research carried out in two cycles. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and written tests. The results of this study indicate that the use of YouTube as a learning medium equipped with the integration of local history can improve students' critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the increase in the quality of analysis, understanding of the material, discussions, and answers given when the test is given. The success of this research is also inseparable from the influence of several factors such as (1) the relevance between the discussion theme and the background of the students; (2) the needs of the students; (3) the availability of learning materials; and (4) the use of digital media as part of learning activities

Land and building tax (PBB) is a potential source of revenue for Indonesia and Malaysia. Apart from that, this journal discusses regional taxes, as well as discussing factors in society that have minimal awareness of paying taxes, especially Land and Building Tax. This journal uses qualitative analytical research because it aims to investigate or describe comparisons of the land and building tax systems of Indonesia and Malaysia. PBB or Land and Building Tax is a Regional Tax which is a regional income system, one of which is regional income from PBB, income from PBB is used to stabilize regional autonomy so that it becomes broad, real and responsible. The results and discussions written in this journal discuss the differences or similarities regarding Land and Building Tax, not only that but there is also a discussion regarding where the tax calculations are obtained. Non-parametric statistics are statistical formulas that are used when the sample taken is likely to be relatively small.
