    Pengaruh Brand Trust, Celebrity Endorse dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Vaseline di Kota Batam

    Consumer purchasing decisions are actions taken by consumers before making a purchase of a desired product. This study aims to determine the influence of brand trust, celebrity endorsement , and brand image on purchasing decisions for Vaseline products in Batam City. This study uses quantitative techniques. The population used is users who have used Vaseline products. The sampling technique uses the Lemeshow formula with a calculation of 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique . Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model with data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that brand trust and celebrity endorsement variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, the brand image variable shows a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables influence purchasing decisions with a contribution of 62.1%. This finding underscores the importance of strengthening brand image as a key factor in marketing strategies, while the effectiveness of celebrity endorsement and brand trust on purchasing decisions needs to be reviewed by the company. Keywords: Brand Trust, Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Image, Purchasing  DecisKeputusan pembelian konsumen adalah tindakan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian terhadap produk yang di inginkan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust, celebrity endorse dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Vaseline di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pengguna yang pernah menggunakan produk Vaseline. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow dengan jumlah perhitungan sebesar 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sacara purposive sampling. Data di analisis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand trust dan celebrity endorse tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya, variabel brand image menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,1%. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya memperkuat brand image sebagai faktor kunci dalam strategi pemasaran, sementara efektifitas celebrity endorse dan brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian perlu di tinjau ulang oleh perusahaan.     PERBAIKAN PROSES SEWING JUMBO BAG PADA PT SUTAN MORA TEKNOLOGI

    PT  Sutan Mora Teknologi  is manufacturing company engaged in the industry of making jumbo bags. The problem in this study is the result of curly stitch defects, stitches too edge, stitches not according to the pattern, broken stitches, jumping stitches, so it is not strong to withstand the load on the jumbo bag. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the defects of curly stitches, stitches too edge, stitches not according to the pattern, broken stitches, jumping stitches, so that it cannot withstand the load on the jumbo bag and to improve the sewing process of the jumbo bag. The method used in this research is the Six Sigma method with the DMAIC approach. From the results of this study, it is found that the cause of defects in curly stitches is that the lifeboat is often damaged, with an RPN value of 336, the seam is too edge is the seam position does not fit with an RPN value of 245, the seam does not fit the pattern is the seam pattern does not fit with an RPN value of 210, the seam breaks is the operator lacks knowledge with an RPN value of 256, the seam jumps is the work method is difficult to apply with an RPN value of 336. Improvements made to reduce the causes of curly stitch defects are to perform machine maintenance and replace the lifeboat with a new one, stitches too edge is to double check the stitches after completion of production and make a standard stitch distance against the edge of the jumbo bag, stitches not according to the pattern is to double check the stitches after completion of production, broken stitches is to accept sewing operators who are experienced enough, jumping stitches is to provide education / coaching to operators to provide easier working methods

The application is targeted at mosque treasurers, incorporating essential features like transaction logging, financial reporting, and graphical analysis. The research approach consists of data gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.     RANCANG ULANG MESIN PENCETAK BATAKO PADA PT BODEM MAS JAYA

    PT Bodem Mas Jaya is a company engaged in concrete block production. However, the company faces challenges in meeting production targets due to the limitations of its block-making machine, which can only produce two blocks per process. This study aims to redesign the block-making machine to improve efficiency and production capacity. Kansei Engineering was applied to identify user needs, resulting in 16 Kansei words such as ergonomic, productive, precise, and modern. The redesign features a four-mold system, enabling the machine to produce four blocks simultaneously, doubling production capacity. Additional features such as rubber barriers, tray holders, and mold lifters enhance stability, minimize material waste, and maintain block quality. The new design also emphasizes ease of maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. With this redesign, the company is expected to meet the increasing market demand effectively

    PERANCANGAN FASILITAS KERJA YANG ERGONOMIS PADA AKTIVITAS PENGEMASAN KERUPUK DI UKM KERUPUK LATANSA

    Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia continue to experience rapid growth, including Kerupuk Latansa SME in Batam City. However, the packaging activities at this SME are still performed using non-ergonomic work facilities, causing physical complaints among workers. This study aims to identify the level of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced by workers and to design ergonomic work facilities to improve posture and enhance work comfort. The methods used in this research include posture analysis using RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and identification of physical complaints through the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. Workers' anthropometric data were used as the basis for designing the work facilities. The results of the study revealed that the most common MSD complaints occurred in the neck, shoulders, back, upper arms, waist, knees, and calves, with a high-risk category. The total percentage of MSD complaints was 64% for Worker 1, 43% for Worker 2, 63% for Worker 3, and 64% for Worker 4. As a solution, an ergonomic worktable was designed with specifications of 90.6 cm in height, 250 cm in length, a partition height of 20 cm, and a table tilt angle of 100°, adjusted according to workers' anthropometric data

    ANALISIS PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE PADA MESIN WELDING POLARIS DI PT EXCELITAS

    This study aims to analyze the performance of the Polaris Welding machine at PT Excelitas using the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Overall Availability methods. The Polaris Welding machine often experiences downtime, so that productivity is disrupted. The results of the study showed an average MTBF value of 3.24 hours, MTTR of 0.55 hours, and overall availability of 84.66%, which is still below the global standard (≥ 90%). The main causal factors are lack of operator training, unscheduled machine maintenance, and material mismatch. To improve machine performance, planned maintenance standards and autonomous maintenance are recommended. This approach is expected to minimize downtime and increase the effectiveness of the production process at PT Excelitas

    PERANCANGAN FASILITAS KERJA YANG ERGONOMIS PADA PROSES PEMOTONGAN MATERIAL DI DEPARTEMEN STORE DI PT PEGAUNIHAN TECNOLOGY INDONESIA

    This study is a study conducted on the Department Store operator at PT Pegaunihan Tecnology Indonesia, in the manual handling work process workers have a high risk of mulculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The study was conducted by observation and distributing questionnaires to workers, the results of the Nordyc Body Map (NBM) questionnaire showed a total of 24 workers complained of upper neck body parts, stiff neck with a percentage of over 90% of workers feeling these complaints. Furthermore, calculations with Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) resulted in 3 workers with the highest risk with a high risk category. From this situation, improvements need to be made. To make improvements, anthropometric data is used, the body dimension data needed in the design is PTD (Front Arm Length), TSB (Standing Elbow Height) and Arm Span. After the calculation, the dimensions of the table were obtained with a width of 70 cm, a length of 110 cm and a height of 103 cm, the complaint value decreased from initially high risk to low risk

    DESAIN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PEMANTAUAN KUALITAS UDARA DALAM RUANGAN BERBASIS ARDUINO

    In this research, a prototype is designed to detect indoor air quality. The designed system will display indoor air quality data on an LCD screen and provide a warning via a buzzer if the air quality reaches an unhealthy threshold. The LED indicator will light up as a visual indication of the air quality based on the concentration of detected pollutants, such as dust particles, harmful gases, temperature, and humidity. The MQ-135 sensor is used to detect harmful gases such as carbon dioxide that can affect air quality. The GP2Y1010AU0F sensor is used to detect particles, while the DHT22 is used to measure temperature and humidity. In the final stage, conclusions will be drawn based on the results of the system tests that have been carried out. It is hoped that through this research, the developed system can provide solutions to indoor air quality problems and contribute to creating a healthier environment for residents

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload and communication on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City. The type of research that will be used in this study is Associative research using quantitative data from primary data sources. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire sheet with a population of 48 employees consisting of 27 civil servants, 3 PPPK, 14 Regional Honorary employees and 4 voluntary honorary employees. The sample in the study was 30 employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City consisting of 27 civil servants and 3 PPPK. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. Data in this research were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 help. The results of the study show that employee workload and employee work communication have a significant effect on employee work performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bima City

    PERANCANGAN WEBSITE MONITORING GANGGUAN INTERNET DAN MENGGUNAKAN UML (STUDI KASUS: PT. FAZNET)

    This research brings to light an urgent dilemma pervading the broadband service supplying sector exemplified by PT. Faznet.Presently, clients have difficulties effectively communicating interruptions owing to manual processes providing scant network performance information. Addressing this communication vacuum, we propose a wireless network monitoring web portal engineered to dynamically present internet conditions in real time (speed, signal quality, status) and enable two-way interactions through disturbance reporting, maintenance advisories, and status updates. The developmental approach applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML), starting with Use Case Diagrams to model user requirements, progressing to Activity Diagrams detailing work processes, Sequence Diagrams sequencing intercomponent operations, and lastly Class Diagrams outlining software structure. It is expected that implementing this system will notably amplify transparency and responsiveness to better serve customers of PT. Faznet. This paper investigates a key challenge in sharing network performance data and service issues with subscribers of an internet provider. The suggested remedy involves designing an online dashboard displaying current network metrics and a feedback mechanism for users and technicians to exchange information on problems, repairs, and network status. System architecture and evolution adheres to modeling best practices to map workflows, message passing, and class relationships with the goal of vastly improving availability of network intelligence to customers while strengthening support reactivity. This aims to boost satisfaction levels among the user base of the featured broadband corporation.Penelitian ini menyoroti permasalahan mendesak yang terjadi di sektor penyedia layanan internet, yang dicontohkan oleh PT. Faznet. Saat ini, pelanggan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyampaikan gangguan layanan secara efektif karena proses pelaporan masih dilakukan secara manual dan informasi mengenai performa jaringan sangat terbatas. Untuk mengatasi kekosongan komunikasi ini, kami mengusulkan sebuah portal web monitoring jaringan nirkabel yang dirancang untuk menampilkan kondisi internet secara real-time (kecepatan, kualitas sinyal, status), serta mendukung interaksi dua arah melalui fitur pelaporan gangguan, pemberitahuan pemeliharaan, dan pembaruan status. Pendekatan pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dimulai dari diagram Use Case untuk memodelkan kebutuhan pengguna, dilanjutkan dengan diagram Aktivitas untuk menggambarkan proses kerja, diagram Sekuens untuk mengurutkan interaksi antar komponen, dan diagram Kelas untuk merancang struktur perangkat lunak. Diharapkan implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan responsivitas layanan guna memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan PT. Faznet. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan utama dalam menyampaikan informasi performa jaringan dan permasalahan layanan kepada pelanggan penyedia internet. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa perancangan dashboard daring yang menampilkan metrik jaringan terkini serta mekanisme umpan balik antara pengguna dan teknisi dalam menangani gangguan, perbaikan, dan status layanan. Arsitektur sistem dibangun berdasarkan praktik pemodelan terbaik guna memetakan alur kerja, pengiriman pesan, dan hubungan antar kelas, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan informasi jaringan dan memperkuat kecepatan respons teknis.
