PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PENJUALAN DILENGKAPI PROMOSI DAN CASHBACK BERBASIS ANDROID
In the context of Android-based sales applications, these two features can be integrated to provide added value and greater competitiveness in the digital era. The aim of this research is to design a strategy to increase online sales through designing a sales application equipped with Android-based promotions and cashback at CV Abang Putra Grosir. This research uses the Scrum method to develop the required applications including the stages of problem identification, data collection, program design using UML, system building, system testing, as well as results and conclusions. The research object used was the Abang Putra Jaya retail and wholesale store. The research results state that the new application-based system is much more efficient than the old system. Older systems, such as recording sales transactions in books or spreadsheets, are prone to human error, very time-consuming and often take a long time, especially searching for previously recorded data or reports. In terms of effectiveness, the new system is also better than the old system. Manual systems, which rely on physical record keeping or use spreadsheets, are prone to human error in data input, which can impact the quality of reports and decisions made. In contrast, the new system records transactions automatically and in an integrated manner, which reduces the risk of errors and increases data accuracy.In the context of Android-based sales applications, these two features canbe integrated to provide added value and greater competitiveness in thedigital era. KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI CRYPTOCURRENCY PADA KAUM MILLENIAL DI KOTA BATAM
This study was conducted to examine the factors influencing Cryptocurrency Investment Decisions among Millennials in Batam City. These factors include Overconfidence, Risk Tolerance, and Financial Experience. The research approach used is quantitative, with primary data collected through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is 443,180, and the sample size is 100 people, determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. This study uses probability sampling with a random sampling method. The analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, with data processing using SPSS version 25. The results show that Overconfidence, Risk Tolerance, and Financial Experience have a significant impact on Cryptocurrency Investment Decisions. In conclusion, H1 is accepted, H2 is accepted, H3 is accepted, and H4 is accepted.Keywords: overconfidence, risk tolerance, financial experience, cryptocurrency investment decision.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Investasi Cryptocurrency pada kaum Millenial di Kota Batam. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain Overconfidence, Risk Tolerance, dan Financial Experience. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 443.180, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis, dengan pengolahan data melalui SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Overconfidence, Risk Tolerance, dan Financial Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Cryptocurrency. Kesimpulannya, H1 diterima, H2 diterima, H3 diterima, H4 diterima.Kata Kunci: overconfidence, risk tolerance, financial experience, keputusan investasi cryptocurrency
PENGARUH KEAMANAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MAXIM DI KOTA BATAM : PENGARUH KEAMANAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MAXIM DI KOTA BATAM
Maxim is an online transportation service that has grown rapidly in various countries, including Indonesia. The service offers a variety of transportation options, from taxis to motorcycle taxis, and even includes goods and food delivery services. This study aims to determine the influence of security, trust, and satisfaction on customer loyalty. Maxim in Batam City. This type of research is a quantitative research, the population of this study is the people of Batam City with a sampling technique using the Jacob Cohen formula so that a sample of 204 people was obtained and data processing using SPSS 25. From this study, the results were obtained that security had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a calculated t value greater than the table t, which was 6.019 >1.971 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The trust variable had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a calculated t value greater than the table t, which was 7>3271.971 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and the satisfaction variable also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a t-value of 6.050>1.971 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Maxim adalah sebuah layanan transportasi online yang telah berkembang pesat di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Layanan ini menawarkan berbagai pilihan transportasi, mulai dari taksi hingga ojek, dan bahkan mencakup layanan pengiriman barang dan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keamanan , kepercayaan, dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Maxim di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Kota Batam dengan teknik pengambilan sampeln mengunakan rumus Jacob Cohen sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 204 orang serta pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 6,019 >1,971 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 7,327>1,971 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05, Serta variabel kepuasan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung 6,050>1,971 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05,

ANALISIS PENJADWALAN SISTEM PERAWATAN PADA MESIN PADA CV RING TECH ENGINEERING
CV Ring Tech Engineering is a type of business in the field of fabrication that processes machine jigs and fixtures and manufacturing equipment consisting of milling machines, grinding machines and lathes. The problem that occurs at CV Ring Tech Engineering is that there is damage to the lathe, thus hampering the pace of the production process. Some of the damage that occurs on the lathe is: belting is often loose, spindle vibration is unstable, cutting edges are often damaged or worn and the sled is difficult to shift. The purpose of this research is to determine the form of maintenance system scheduling on lathe machines at Cv Ring Tech Engineering The method used in this research is the RCM (Realiability Centered Maintenance) method. The results obtained The maintenance action on machine 01 was carried out a maintenance interval of 144.4 hours or 20 days, on machine 02 a maintenance interval of 182 hours or 7 days and on machine 03 a maintenance interval of 97.32 hours or 4 days
IMPLEMENTASI DESIGN THINKING SERTA USABILITY TESTING PADA PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI STOCK BARANG TOKO RETAIL
Retail business has been on the rise in recent years with the consumer diversity of needs has been growing higher as well. One Retail business owner in Batu Aji named Abang Putra shop run the business without the support of an information system particularly in stock management in their warehouse. In this research the author tried to design software to support the stock management in this retail business to tackle the issue of their warehouse management. Currently using a convention or traditional old system which is using formal incoming and outgoing paper for their warehouse documentation and using Microsoft excel data entry for their database. The researchers propose to implement design thinking method to design the system. Using 5 phase of the methods the research conducted orderly following proper technique to ensure the research results is well accepted. The tools to design the system is using unified modelling language and a saas software design Figma. The result of the system is the user persona of the system user, journey map, activity diagram, sequence diagram and detailed system design of the stock management system
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI BAKSO FROZEN PADA UKM MULYA MANDIRI
Small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) Mulya Mandiri is a SMEs that produces frozen meatballs in Batam.In facing the challenges of maintaining the quality of their products with The limitations of resources, technology, capital, and human resources often become obstacles in implementing an effective quality control system. In the study, it was found that the reject or defect rate of frozen meatball products was quite high. The most common product defects found are the wrinkled texture of the meatballs, followed by the shape of the meatballs not being perfectly round, being flat, and the meatballs clumping together. From the obtained data, it will be processed using the Statistical Quality Control method, which has tools such as check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagrams. Then it can be analyzed using the Fault Tree Analysis method, which is useful for identifying the root causes of defects in the product, as well as the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, which is useful for determining potential failure modes, assessing the occurrence and severity of failures, calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN), and proposing corrective actions to reduce the RPN value
PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI CHATBOT BERBASIS NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING UNTUK REKOMENDASI LAPTOP
Technological advancements have significantly transformed the way people seek information, including in choosing electronic products such as laptops. However, consumers often face difficulties in making decisions due to the wide variety of laptops available, each with different specifications and price ranges. This study aims to design and implement a chatbot based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) that can automatically provide laptop recommendations according to users' needs. The chatbot is designed to understand users' queries in natural language and deliver relevant responses, such as laptop recommendations based on price ranges or specific needs like gaming, graphic design, or daily work. The development process utilizes NLP methods with machine learning algorithms to train the model to understand the context and intent of user inputs. The testing results show that the chatbot can provide recommendations that align with user requirements with a high level of accuracy. Moreover, the chatbot simplifies the process of obtaining information efficiently, thereby enhancing user experience in selecting electronic products. Future development may include expanding the laptop dataset, adding comparison features, and integrating with e-commerce platforms to deliver a more comprehensive solution

PERANCANGAN APLIKASI GRAVIDA MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE BERBASIS WEBSITE
This research aims to design and develop the Gravida application using the website-based Agile method. This application is designed to help increase efficiency in monitoring daily activities carried out by gravida, such as examination schedules, exercise, diet, and many more that were previously done manually. With this research, gravida activity data can be managed centrally and provide information that is easily accessible to health workers and gravida itself. System testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method to ensure that each feature developed is functioning properly according to user needs. The result of this study show that gravida application is able to provide an efficient and effective solution in managing pregnancy-related information. With this, Gravida application is expected to be a solution for maternity clinics, especially at the Yustina Midwife clinic, in improving work efficiency and service quality to Gravid
