    PENGARUH E-WOM, KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN DAN BRAND AWARENESS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SKINCARE MS GLOW DI KOTA BATAM

    This research aims to analyze the impact of e-wom, consumer trust and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Skincare products in Batam City. This study applies a quantitative research approach. This study involved 100 respondents consisting of people who have purchased and used MS Glow Skincare products in Sagulung District, Batam City. The data collection method applied was through a questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software version 26. According to the data and analysis that have been carried out, this study shows that e-wom has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Skincare products in Batam City. In addition, consumer trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Skincare products in Batam City. The brand awareness variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Skincare products in Batam City. Simultaneously, e-wom, consumer trust and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Skincare products in Batam City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-wom, kepercayaan konsumen dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skincare MS Glow di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang terdiri dari masyarakat yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk Skincare MS Glow di Kecamatan Sagulung Kota Batam. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah melalui kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-wom mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skincare MS Glow di Kota Batam. Selain itu kepercayaan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skincare MS Glow di Kota Batam. Variabel brand awareness mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skincare MS Glow di Kota Batam. Secara simultan e-wom, kepercayaan konsumen dan brand awareness mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skincare MS Glow di Kota Batam

    SMPN 16 Batam is one of the schools in the Riau Islands that implements the Smart Indonesia Program through the Smart Indonesia Card. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. To minimize errors and get fair results, a decision support system is needed to determine which students are worthy of receiving the Smart Indonesia Card. In this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity of Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). These two decision making methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is to see the differences in decision results from them. The criteria used in this study are parent’s income, parent’s completeness status, Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) data status, report grades, and achievements. The alternative data used was 77 datas from 344 datas from SMPN 16 Batam students who received the assistance. Based on the results, it was found that the student who deserved this assistance was Al Furqan Syarifuddin with a result of 0.93 on SAW and 0.206 on TOPSIS. These two methods produce slightly different decisions in the order of student priority but produce top recommendations for students receiving Smart Indonesia Cards

    ANALISIS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MESIN INJECTION MOLDING DI PT YEAKIN PLASTIC INDUSTRY BATAM

    PT Yeakin Plastic Industry is a company engaged in manufacturing plastic goods. The problem that occurs in this study is the high downtime that occurs on the injection molding machine. So that the amount of production does not reach the target. The purpose of this study is to determine the interval of preventive maintenance injection molding to minimize machine downtime. The method used in this research is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). From the results of the study, it was found that the results of the weibull distribution obtained the maintenance interval of the A200 injection molding machine with the longest downtime, where there were 11 breakdowns in 6 months, and maintenance actions were carried out at the maintenance interval for 100.55 hours. On the A201 injection molding machine there are 8 breakdowns in 6 months, and maintenance actions are carried out at maintenance intervals for 144.44 hours. On the A202 injection molding machine there were 8 breakdowns in 6 months, and maintenance actions were taken at the maintenance interval for 122.97 hours

    PT XYZ is a company engaged in Industry and provider of business areas and business support facilities. One of the facilities provided by PT XYZ is power plant construction. In power plant construction there are various types of work, one of which is the joint Medium Voltage (MV) panel process. The problem that occurs in this study is that there are cases of work accidents that occur in the Joint mv panel process so that it is necessary to control K3 risks to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and make control efforts to reduce the level of risk of hazards in joint mv panel work. The method used in this research is HIRADC (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Determining Control). The results of this study obtained a decrease in risk levels after control, where there are 2 jobs (29%) with extreme risk categories and 5 jobs (71%) with high-risk categories and no jobs with moderate and low risk levels. However, after controlling, there are no more jobs with extreme risk and high-risk levels, there are only 2 jobs (29%) with moderate risk and 5 jobs (71%) with low risk. Proposals given to carry out risk control are through affirming the work system and field work flow standards, improving the system, improving the control system through administration, developing human resources and improving the control system through engineering and PPE

    Optimizing the production process is an activity carried out by production to increase efficiency, productivity and quality of each product produced. This activity is carried out by preventing the occurrence of several factors, one of which is waste in each process flow. The impact of waste that occurs on the production process flow is in the form of a decrease in the quality of the product being worked on. PT Sanipak Indonesia is a company engaged in the plastic manufacturing industry. One of them is food storage plastic, this company uses a Make to Order system. Food storage plastic production at PT Sanipak Indonesia experienced problems with product quality decreasing by up to 15% from the previous month. This results in many defective and wasted products in the storage warehouse, so that optimizing the production process does not run smoothly. The accumulation of defective products due to the production process that has been carried out causes losses for the company. Many products do not achieve good quality, this factor also occurs due to the minimal placement area for products that have been processed. Because production did not reach the desired quality target, overall improvements were made from the start to the end of the process. This research aims to find out how to reduce the waste that occurs so that the production process can run optimally. This research uses an analytical method based on the lean manufacturing approach with value stream mapping. To analyze waste, this research uses a fishbone diagram. The results obtained from periodic inspections carried out for 6 days were the occurrence of waste overproduction with the highest level of waste with a weight of 51.02%, and the lowest waste defect with a weight of 48.98%. This problem can be solved in several ways, one of which is repairing waste defects and waste overproduction by regularly calibrating machines or work tools according to SOPs, as well as replacing machines that are no longer suitable for reuse, and expanding storage warehouses by providing labels. product indication in each storage area. Based on the results of the Future State Mapping mapping carried out, a Process cycle efficiency value of 79.80% was obtained from 68.37%. These results showed that production had increased by 18.2%, which enabled the production process to optimize the production process again, so that the quality of the products produced increased again

The research employs a qualitative method. Through this qualitative approach, the study aims to provide deep insights into how digitalization can effectively increase the visibility of printing businesses through websites. To structure and organize the design process efficiently, the mind mapping method will be used. This method will help in systematically collecting and relating information, making the web application design more interactive and cohesive. Additionally, the prototype method will be incorporated to create a preliminary model of the web application. This approach allows for iterative testing and refinement based on user feedback, ensuring that the final product meets the needs and expectations of the business and its customers. The website design process will utilize PHP to achieve the goal of enhancing the visibility of the printing business

    Internet has experienced significant development. Increasing devices connected to internet makes security against cyber attacks a critical issue, thus creates opportunities for cyber attackers, one form of those attack is botnets. In Indonesia, Botnets is the highest traffic anomalies in 2022 by BSSN. High number of attacks because detecting botnet can be challenging, difficulty of detecting attacks and low level of detection accuracy means that normal data sometimes considered an attack, so choosing method that can handle this is very important. Machine learning algorithms are able to study network data traffic and identify suspicious activity, this makes machine learning an effective method. Machine learning based on feature selection has an accuracy of above 90% in detecting DDoS attacks on datasets and machine learning algorithms are also able to detect attack data and normal data. Thus, in this research machine learning algorithms such as K-Nearest Neighbors, Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes will be applied to dataset containing botnet and normal data to explore how machine learning algorithms can effectively detect botnet attack patterns and normal data. This research compares the performance of commonly used machine learning algorithms to find which one effective for detecting botnet attacks in existing datasets

    Information systems play a crucial role in data management and providing useful information, including in the context of higher education. Student achievement, as an indicator of study success, needs to be managed effectively and efficiently. This study aims to develop a website-based student achievement data collection information system in the Information Systems and Technology Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Kotabumi. Data collection methods used include literature studies to understand the concept of student achievement and information systems, as well as direct observation to analyze the current data collection process. The system development uses a waterfall model with stages of system analysis, design, implementation and system testing. The results of this website-based information system research are expected to be able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of student achievement data collection, as well as provide more complete and easily accessible information. This system is expected to support the improvement of the quality of student services in the Information Systems and Technology Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of KotabumiSistem informasi memegang peranan penting dalam pengelolaan data dan penyediaan informasi yang bermanfaat, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Prestasi mahasiswa sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan studi perlu dikelola secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pendataan prestasi mahasiswa berbasis website pada Program Studi Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi.     This system is designed to facilitate interaction between sellers, renters, and buyers of vehicles through an efficient, transparent, and easily accessible platform. The system development uses the Agile Development method, which allows development to be carried out in stages by involving user feedback at every stage. The main features of the system include vehicle search with dynamic filters, user rating and review systems, live chat between sellers and buyers, and a wishlist of vehicles. System testing was carried out using the Black-Box Testing method, which showed that all features functioned according to the designed specifications. The results of the study showed that this system succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the transaction process, providing better transparency, and strengthening trust between users. Web-based, this system can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so that it can reach more users and increase interaction. With proper implementation, this system is expected to be an effective solution to facilitate marketing, sales, and rental of vehicles in Batam City.Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan interaksi antara penjual, penyewa, dan pembeli kendaraan melalui platform yang efisien, transparan, dan mudah diakses. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Agile Development, yang memungkinkan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan melibatkan umpan balik pengguna di setiap tahap. Fitur utama sistem mencakup pencarian kendaraan dengan filter dinamis, sistem penilaian dan ulasan pengguna, obrolan langsung antara penjual dan pembeli, serta daftar kendaraan wishlist. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi yang telah dirancang.
