This study aims to analyze D. Kemalawati’s poem “Cutbang di Atas Awan” by integrating intrinsic and extrinsic approaches to reveal its social, cultural, and spiritual meanings. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, the analysis focuses on the poem’s theme, diction, figurative language, imagery, symbols, and message, as well as its relation to Aceh’s post-war sociocultural context. This study is the first to apply an integrated intrinsic-extrinsic framework to this poem. The findings indicate that the poem reflects both the trauma and resilience of the Acehnese society in the post-conflict period, as illustrated in the lines “disambut ceurana retak, ranup masak dan hidangan meulod tanpa zikir” and “ia menjadi gasing di kampung sunyi, bertahan kaki di lahan pecah.” Intrinsically, the poem employs local diction such as cutbang, ceurana, ranub, meulod, and saleum as cultural symbols that represent survival, identity, and spirituality. Extrinsically, these symbols are linked to the historical and religious dimensions of Aceh’s recovery, portraying the transformation of traditions and values in the face of social disruption. The integration of these two dimensions demonstrates that the poem functions both as an aesthetic expression and as a medium for social and cultural reflection. The research concludes that D. Kemalawati’s poetic voice embodies female perspectives on post-conflict identity and spiritual restoration, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of contemporary Acehnese literature as a site of cultural memory and resilience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis puisi “Cutbang di Atas Awan” karya D. Kemalawati melalui pendekatan integratif antara aspek intrinsik dan ekstrinsik guna mengungkap makna sosial, budaya, dan spiritual yang terkandung di dalamnya. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, analisis difokuskan pada tema, diksi, majas, citraan, simbol, dan amanat puisi serta keterkaitannya dengan konteks sosial-budaya Aceh pascaperang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puisi ini merefleksikan trauma dan ketahanan masyarakat Aceh setelah konflik. Secara intrinsik, puisi memanfaatkan diksi lokal seperti cutbang, ceurana, ranub, meulod, dan saleum sebagai simbol budaya yang merepresentasikan ketahanan hidup, identitas, dan spiritualitas. Secara ekstrinsik, simbol-simbol tersebut berkaitan dengan dimensi historis dan religius dalam proses pemulihan masyarakat Aceh, sekaligus menggambarkan transformasi nilai dan tradisi akibat disrupsi sosial. Integrasi kedua aspek ini memperlihatkan bahwa puisi berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai ekspresi estetika, tetapi juga sebagai medium refleksi sosial dan budaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa suara puitik D. Kemalawati merepresentasikan perspektif perempuan Aceh terhadap identitas pascakonflik dan pemulihan spiritual, serta memperkaya pemahaman tentang sastra Aceh kontemporer sebagai ruang ingatan dan ketahanan budaya
PENGARUH CITRA MEREK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN BOOTH PADA EVENT VINKOO JAKARTA FEST 2025 DI MEDAN
Vinkoo Jakarta Fest is one of the fashion and culinary bazaars regularly held in Medan by Vinkoo Event Organizer since 2019. This event showcases products from various major cities in Indonesia and even abroad. In 2025, during the Chinese New Year celebrations, Vinkoo Jakarta Fest experienced significant growth with the number of booths increasing to 300 from the previous 120-160 booths, even featuring booths from Penang, which influenced purchasing decisions. However, there was a problem with the prices being set at the same level without considering strategic locations, which caused dissatisfaction among some tenants. Booth purchase decisions are greatly influenced by brand image and price, where a positive brand image can increase tenant confidence in the quality of the event, while a price that is in line with the benefits encourages tenant interest in participating. This study aims to examine how brand image and price influence booth purchase decisions at the Vinkoo Jakarta Fest event, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research method with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 26 data processing program with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that brand image and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a booth at the Vinkoo Jakarta Fest 2025 event in Medan. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that brand image and price can influence the decision to purchase a booth by 67.9%, with the remaining 32.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this studyVinkoo Jakarta Fest is one of the fashion and culinary bazaars regularly held in Medan by Vinkoo Event Organizer since 2019. ANALISIS KESULITAN KEUANGAN PT SRITEX
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Sritex in the period 2014 to 2024, so that it was declared bankrupt in 2025. What factors caused the Company to go bankrupt. measurement of financial difficulties using the Grover, Springate and Zmijewski models. The three models are used because they are common or frequently used and the measurement method is simple but is able to provide a fairly strong picture of the potential bankruptcy of a Company. Based on the calculation of financial difficulties with three models namely Grover, Springate and Zmijewski, the three models produce the same conclusion that PT Sritex has been in financial difficulties from 2021 to 2024. Financial difficulties began in 2021 where the Company's working capital was in a minus position of 982,037,149 US but the Company's profits were unable to cover the debt which had reached 1,571,358,369 US $. In the case of PT Sritex, it can be concluded that the financial difficulties experienced by the Company were caused by two main factors, namely, a very large increase in the amount of debt in 2021 without being accompanied by the ability of the Company's management to earn sufficient profits to pay the Company's obligations, then another main factor is poor Corporate Governance, where debt that should have been used to increase the Company's productivity was actually misused by the Company's management.

PERANCANGAN DAN PENERAPAN APLIKASI PENJUALAN DENGAN QR CODE MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAD
The swift advancement of information technology has changed how businesses conduct their operations, particularly in the sales process. This research centers on designing and implementing a web-based sales application utilizing QR Code at PT. Megah Jaya Sakti, a company operating in the building materials industry. Although the company still employs conventional sales methods, there is an urgent need to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of transaction recording. QR Code, as a technology capable of storing information quickly and practically, is expected to facilitate product identification and transaction verification. Designing and developing a sales application that streamlines transaction management, utilizing QR Code technology for transaction identification and verification, and accelerating the application development process through the use of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method are the goals of this study. The RAD method is chosen for its focus on speed and flexibility, allowing for the early testing of QR Code features during development. The results of this research are expected to provide an efficient and accurate solution for transaction management at PT. Megah Jaya Sakti, as well enchance customer satisfaction through a faster and more modern transaction process
ANALISIS POLA PENJUALAN PRODUK ELEKTRONIK PADA E-COMMERCE MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA FP-GROWTH
This study explores the optimization of sales and inventory management for electronic products in e-commerce platforms by applying the FP-Growth algorithm within data mining techniques. Amid the rise of digital transactions, many businesses still struggle to uncover hidden patterns in consumer purchasing behavior. This research analyzes 163 transaction records collected through questionnaires, with 30 transactions selected as the primary sample. The FP-Growth method was chosen for its efficiency in identifying frequent itemsets without generating candidate sets, making it suitable for large-scale data analysis. Significant findings from this study reveal strong associations between certain products, such as the itemset “Refrigerator is frequently followed by Microwave” with a support value of 23% and a confidence of 92%, as well as “Washing Machine is often purchased together with Iron” with 43% support and 100% confidence. These results indicate that consumers tend to purchase these items together. Understanding these patterns allows businesses to design more targeted bundling and promotional strategies, while also improving stock management. This research offers practical insights for data-driven decision-making, ultimately enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency in the e-commerce sector
ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT KESADARAN K3 KARYAWAN PADA INSTALASI ARCHITECTURAL FURNITURE DI PT CANDI GUNA MANDIRI
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in ensuring the well-being of workers and supporting productivity and the continuity of work processes. However, at PT Candi Guna Mandiri, particularly within the Architectural Furniture installation division, there are still indications of low employee awareness regarding OSH practices, which may increase the risk of workplace accidents. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing employee awareness of OSH, including knowledge, attitude, training, managerial supervision, age, and work experience. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytic design and total sampling involving 79 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman correlation test. The results showed that among the six independent variables examined, only two had a statistically significant relationship with OSH awareness: training (r = 0.279; r = 0.013) and managerial supervision (r = 0.410; r = 0.000). Other variables - knowledge, attitude, age, and work experience - did not show a significant correlation. It can be concluded that OSH awareness among employees is more influenced by institutional approaches, such as effective training and consistent supervision. Therefore, the company is advised to strengthen its training and supervision systems to foster a work culture that is more aware of occupational safety and health
ANALISIS PERFORMA INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM SNORT DAN SURICATA TERHADAP SERANGAN SQL INJECTION
Web application security is becoming increasingly important due to the rise of threats such as SQL Injection, which exploits vulnerabilities to access sensitive data. As one of the most severe types of attacks, SQL Injection compromises the confidentiality, integrity, and access control of a system. Intrusion Detection Systems such as Snort and Suricata are used to detect and mitigate this. This study compares the effectiveness of Snort and Suricata in detecting SQL Injection using an experimental setup. The vulnerable web application (DVWA) was installed on Ubuntu, while attacks were launched from Kali Linux. Both IDS tools were configured to monitor network traffic and detect intrusions based on predefined rules. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. Suricata outperformed Snort in all metrics, Suricata also demonstrated faster detection. These results indicate that Suricata is more accurate and efficient at detecting SQL injection attacks in the test environment
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PIPA MARINE HOSE PADA PT YOKOHAMA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING INDONESIA
This study explores the impact of integrating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on marine hose quality at PT Yokohama Industrial Products Manufacturing Indonesia. Driven by a defect rate that exceeded the 5% threshold (5.13% from June 2024 to May 2025), the research employed a descriptive quantitative design, using observation, documentation, and interviews. Among 937 defective units, surface cracks (468 cases, 39.8%), joint leaks (281 cases, 23.4%), and pipe deformations (188 cases, 15%) were most prevalent. FMEA assigned Risk Priority Numbers (RPNs), identifying cracking (RPN = 270), leakage (240), and deformation (144) as top risks. RCA with the 5 Whys revealed root causes: irregular vulcanization machine calibration, substandard raw materials, and inconsistent temperature control. Following corrective measures scheduled calibrations, raw material verification, and standardized vulcanization processes the defect rate dropped significantly. Over three months, defective units fell from 243 to 97 (a 40% reduction), and RPNs decreased: cracking to 120 (−55.6%), leakage to 90 (−62.5%), and deformation to 60 (−58.3%). These results confirm that combining FMEA and RCA effectively reduces failure risk, enhances product quality, and improves manufacturing efficiency
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, KEPERCAYAAN DAN E-WOM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SKINCARE ELFORMULA DI KOTA BATAM
This research aims to analyze the extent to which product quality, trust, and e-WOM influence the purchasing decision of Elformula Skincare products in Batam City. This study applies a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 204 respondents who are consumers who have purchased and used Elformula Skincare products in the Batu Aji and Sagulung areas, Batam City. Data were collected through primary sources. The data processing process was carried out using SPSS Version 29 software. The results of the analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Elformula Skincare in Batam City. Trust has also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise with e-WOM, which has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for the product. Overall, product quality, trust, and e-WOM together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Elformula Skincare in Batam City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas produk, kepercayaan, dan e-WOM berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Elformula Skincare di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 204 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk Elformula Skincare di wilayah Batu Aji dan Sagulung Kota Batam. Data dikumpulkan melalui sumber primer. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 29. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Elformula Skincare di Kota Batam. Kepercayaan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Begitu pula dengan e-WOM yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Secara keseluruhan kualitas produk, kepercayaan, dan e-WOM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Elformula Skincare di Kota Batam
PENGARUH PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT HARASOON BATINDO
Human resources are a critical factor in improving organizational performance, especially in the logistics sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee empowerment, work motivation, and communication on employee performance at PT Harasoon Batindo, Batam. The research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale distributed to the entire population of 121 employees. The instrument tests included validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 27. The results show that employee empowerment, work motivation, and communication have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.759 indicates that 75.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, terutama di sektor logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Harasoon Batindo, Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 121 karyawan. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,759 menunjukkan bahwa 75,9% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
