ANALISIS PERBAIKAN POSTUR KERJA PADA UKM DELTA MEBEL BATU AJI
Delta Furniture UKM is an SME engaged in the furniture product industry in Batam. The purpose of the study is to analyze and identify the work posture of employees using the REBA method and provide suggestions for improvement in the most risky work processes based on REBA assessments. It is important to correct poor posture and working position because poor posture can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The methods used in this study are Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Based on the results of interviews conducted with delta furniture employees, workers complained of pain in the waist and neck because the size of the table was too low so that employees worked in a squatting position and lowered their heads for a long time. In the wood cutting process, the REBA score was obtained 7.3 so that it was in the medium category and needed to be repaired, in the wood boring process the REBA score was obtained 5.6, in the medium category and needed to be repaired. The proposed improvement given is to improve work facilities in the form of desks that are in accordance with the anthropometric size of the worker, namely the dimension of the length of the lateral hand reach of 148.3 cm and the height of the standing elbow 88 cm. After repairing the work facility, the posture of the workers in the wood cutting section gets a REBA score of 2 and for the wood cutting part gets a REBA score of 3, so it is in the small category and no more repairs are needed
SISTEM DETEKSI POLUSI UDARA BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS
Air pollution is one of the most pressing environmental issues, especially in urban and industrial areas such as Batam City, which experiences high pollution levels due to vehicle and industrial activities. This condition significantly impacts public health, including an increased potential for respiratory diseases, asthma, and lung cancer. Therefore, an effective solution is required to monitor air quality in real-time. This research aims to develop an air pollution detection and monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that can provide accurate and easily accessible information. The methodology employed in this study includes prototyping and literature review to understand air pollution concepts, IoT, and sensor technologies. The system is designed using MQ-2, MQ-135, and GP2Y1010AU0F sensors to detect harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and particulate matter. The data collected by the sensors is transmitted through an IoT network and displayed on the Telegram application. This application enables users to monitor Track air quality in real-time and get alerts when the air quality changes reaches unhealthy levels. The test results show that the system effectively detects air quality changes. Notifications sent via Telegram align with measurement results displayed on the hardware. This system provides a practical and efficient solution for monitoring air quality in various locations, including industrial areas, urban settings, and public spaces. This research is expected To enhance public awareness of the hazards of air pollution and motivate action to reduce its impact
ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER TOU DI PT FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA
The manufacturing industry's growing competition demands efficient supply chain management to maintain a competitive edge. An integrated supply chain reduces costs, removes barriers, and ensures fast, accurate product distribution. Supplier relationships and adherence to Supplier Terms of Use (TOU) are crucial for optimization.This study focuses on supplier selection for PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia, a Batam-based semiconductor manufacturer established in 1991. As a key player in the global semiconductor supply chain, the company supports industries like electronics and industrial equipment.Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the research prioritizes supplier selection criteria: Accuracy, Delivery Accuracy, Flexibility, Cost, and Responsibility. AHP results show Oshiba Technology Sdn Bhd as the top supplier with a 28% priority score, followed by Flextronics International Ireland Ltd at 21%. Meanwhile, TOPSIS evaluates supplier performance, identifying Flextronics International Ireland Ltd as the closest to the ideal solution (0.651).The findings highlight that while Oshiba ranks highest in strategic priority, Flextronics International Ireland Ltd excels in operational performance, reflecting alignment between qualitative and quantitative assessments

Ensuring proper and regular feeding is an important aspect of maintaining the health and well-being of pets. However, pet owners sometimes face challenges in consistently providing food to their pets, especially when they are busy with work or other activities. To address this issue, an automated feeding system can be an effective solution. This abstract highlights the implementation of an automated pet feeding system using Arduino Uno, a popular open-source microcontroller board. The system is designed to dispense the appropriate amount of food at scheduled times, ensuring that pets receive their meals on time. The Arduino Uno acts as the brain of the system, controlling various components such as a motorized food dispenser, a digital display for programming and monitoring, and sensors for detecting the presence of pets and food levels. By utilizing a programmable microcontroller, the system can be easily customized to accommodate specific feeding requirements and pet schedules. Overall, the automated pet feeding system using Arduino Uno offers a practical and reliable solution for pet owners who struggle to maintain consistent feeding routines. Thus, it is hoped that today's advanced technology can help make the work of nurses easier and can help the medical field work in diagnosing patients quickly and precisely, and can be reached by all people, such as health monitoring tools based on body temperature. This tool can diagnose normal or abnormal heart conditions based on detection sensors connected to the device using network media and uses Android as a platform that provides an intuitive interface so that it can be adjusted to the needs or desires of a client or researcher. ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER SPAREPART MOTOR PADA BENGKEL CV. AGUS MOTOR BATAM
Suppliers play an important role in providing quality products and in ensuring the availability of goods needed by the company. Supplier selection is a critical activity because the supplier will supply the company's raw materials in the long term so that it has a significant impact on the company's productivity. CV. Agus Motor is a motorcycle repair shop. The problems that often occur in CV. Agus Motor repair shops are delivery time, inconsistent quality, spare part prices, and warranties. This study aims to determine the right supplier of manual or automatic motorcycle chains at CV. Agus Motor. The methods used in this study are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Topsis. From this study, the results obtained The most optimal supplier based on the calculation of the AHP method which is the first priority is the Cahaya Motor Batam supplier with a weight value of 0.603 and a percentage of 60.30%, the Surya Mega Teknik supplier is the second priority with a weight value of 0.232 and a percentage of 23.2%, and the Sarana Motor supplier is the third priority with a weight value of 0.164 and a percentage of 16.4%. And with the TOPSIS method, the first priority is Supplier Cahaya Motor Batam is a superior alternative with a value of 1,000, Supplier Surya Mega Teknik is the second priority with a value of 0.092, and Supplier Sarana Motor as the third priority with a value of 0.089. PENGARUH DIGITAL MARKETING, CITRA MEREK DAN E-WOM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SKINTIFIC DI KOTA BATAM
This study aims to determine digital marketing, brand image and E-WOM on purchasing decisions for Skintific products in Batam City. This research is used with quantitative techniques. The sampling technique used the lemeshow formula which amounted to 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. Descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests were carried out using the SPSS 29 program. The results of the analysis of the lienar bergnada on digital marketing variables have an influence on purchasing decisions. brand image variables have an influence on purchasing decisions. and E-WOM variables have an influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that digital marketing, brand image and E-WOM together can explain in purchasing decisions. the T test shows that digital marketing and E-WOM have an effect on purchasing decisions, but not brand image
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK HAK TERSANGKA DALAM SISTEM PENYIDIKAN BERKEADILAN BERBASIS HAK ASASI MANUSIA
This research discusses the legal protection of the rights of suspects in the investigation process based on human rights principles. The main issue discussed is how the implementation of legal protection of the rights of suspects in Indonesia, including the obstacles faced in practice. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which existing regulations, such as KUHAP, Law No. 39/1999 on Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), can protect the rights of suspects, as well as to identify obstacles in their implementation. This research uses normative legal methods with legislative, conceptual, and analytical approaches. The results show that although existing regulations have provided a strong legal foundation, violations such as torture, discrimination, and lack of access to legal aid still occur frequently. In addition, weak oversight and limited resources exacerbate the protection of suspects' rights. Therefore, reforms are needed in the aspects of legal implementation, strengthening supervision, and expanding access to legal aid to realize a fair investigation that respects human rights.
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak tersangka dalam proses penyidikan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia. Pokok permasalahan yang dibahas adalah bagaimana implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak tersangka di Indonesia, termasuk kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam praktiknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana peraturan yang ada, seperti KUHAP, UU No. 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Kovenan Internasional tentang Hak-Hak Sipil dan Politik (ICCPR), dapat melindungi hak-hak tersangka, serta untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peraturan yang ada telah memberikan landasan hukum yang kuat, namun pelanggaran seperti penyiksaan, diskriminasi, dan kurangnya akses terhadap bantuan hukum masih sering terjadi. Selain itu, pengawasan yang lemah dan sumber daya yang terbatas memperburuk perlindungan hak-hak tersangka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformasi pada aspek implementasi hukum, penguatan pengawasan, dan perluasan akses bantuan hukum untuk mewujudkan penyidikan yang adil dan menghormati hak asasi manusia
PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEGUNAAN,PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN DAN PERSEPSI RESIKO TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN INTERNET BANKING DIKOTA BATAM
The development of digital banking technology, particularly internet banking, has rapidly advanced in the digitalization era. However, the adoption of this service still faces various challenges, especially those related to user perception. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the interest of Batam City residents in using internet banking services. This research employs a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to potential internet banking users in Batam City. The obtained data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use internet banking, while perceived risk has a negative and significant effect. These findings suggest that increasing awareness of the benefits and ease of use of internet banking can encourage its adoption, while concerns about risks should be minimized by banks to enhance user trust.
Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Intention to Use Internet Banking.Perkembangan teknologi perbankan digital, terutama internet banking, semakin pesat di era digitalisasi. Namun, adopsi layanan ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan persepsi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat masyarakat Kota Batam dalam menggunakan layanan internet banking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna potensial internet banking di Kota Batam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan internet banking, sedangkan persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap minat tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman tentang manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan internet banking dapat mendorong adopsi layanan ini, sementara kekhawatiran terkait risiko perlu diminimalkan oleh pihak perbankan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna
