PENGARUH MEDIA EXPOSURE, KINERJA LINGKUNGAN, DAN PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP CARBON EMISSION DISCLOSURE
This study aims to determine the effect of Media Exposure on Carbon Emission Disclosure, Environmental Performance on Carbon Emission Disclosure, Company Growth on Carbon Emission Disclosure This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study are LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 by taking Sustainability Report and Annual Report for the 2019-2023 period using purposive sampling. The sample of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2023. The population used in this study were 65 companies with a selected sample of 20 companies with a total of 100 data observations. This study uses four variables, namely Media Exposure, Environmental Performance, and Company Growth as independent variables while the dependent variable is Carbon Emission Disclodure. The test used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that the Media Exposure and company growth variables have no effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure, the results of this study indicate that the Environmental Performance variable has an effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure. Simultaneously, the results of this study indicate that Media Exposure, Environmental Performance, and Company Growth together have an effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure.
 
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PAKAR UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT PADA KULIT DENGAN METODE FOWARD CHAINING
This study aims to develop an artificial intelligence-based expert system to help diagnose skin diseases. This system is designed to help users, especially the general public, identify the type of skin disease based on the symptoms they experience. By collecting data from dermatologists and medical literature, this system is built using the forward chaining method. The system's knowledge base contains rules that link symptoms to certain skin diseases. System testing shows high accuracy in diagnosing various types of skin diseases, such as psoriasis, eczema, and fungal infections. With this expert system, it is expected to increase public access to skin health information and help early detection of skin diseases
PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI GAME IQRO’ SEBAGAI MEDIA EDUKASI PADA ANAK MENGGUNAKAN CONSTRUCT 2
Learning to read the Qur’an is a fundamental component of early Islamic education, with the Iqro’ method being one of the most widely used approaches in Indonesia. However, traditional implementations often lack interactivity and engagement, which can reduce their appeal to young learners. In response to this challenge and the increasing digital exposure among children, this study aims to develop an educational game application using Construct 2 as a supplementary medium for teaching Iqro’ reading skills to first-grade students at SD IT Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Ciajeng. The application presents material from Iqro’ Volume 1 in an interactive format, incorporating audio pronunciation, multiple-choice quizzes, writing simulations, and immediate visual and auditory feedback. The implementation results indicate that the application fulfills both functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, black-box testing confirms that all features perform as intended. This application is considered a suitable and engaging tool to support early Qur’anic literacy and has the potential to redirect children’s screen time toward educational and spiritually enriching activities.Learning to read the Qur'an is a fundamental aspect of early Islamic education for children, with the Iqro’ method being one of the most widely adopted approaches in Indonesia. Analisis Tingkat Kelelahan Pada Mahasiswa yang Bekerja di Batam
The phenomenon of students choosing to work while completing their studies has become increasingly common in recent years. The decision to work while studying often presents unique challenges for students. Fatigue resulting from academic and work pressures is a common risk faced by students who are employed. On the one hand, students must fulfill their academic obligations, such as assignments, exams, and projects, which require significant time and concentration. On the other hand, work demands additional time and energy, often involving heavy targets and responsibilities. The combination of academic and professional demands can lead to fatigue among students who are not working. In this context, analyzing fatigue among working students is crucial. This study was conducted on students at one of the universities in Batam. Fatigue was measured using the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire. The results of data processing and analysis showed that 2.57% of students were in the very low fatigue category, 9.65% experienced low fatigue, 27.33% experienced moderate fatigue, 47.27% experienced high fatigue, and 13.18% experienced very high fatigue. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that only the level of education had an effect on fatigue, while gender, age, and program of study did not have a significant relationship. Studi Pengaruh Berbagai Metode Treatment Pada Karakteristik Tepung Rumput Laut Sargassum Sp.
This research aims to determine the effect of the Sargassum sp soaking method. using fresh water, salt water and distilled water to determine the characteristics of the flour produced. The analysis results showed that the highest flour yield was obtained by soaking using distilled water at 4.6%, followed by salt water at 4%, and fresh water at 3.73%. The highest protein content of flour was found in fresh water treatment at 30.6%, while the highest fat content was found in flour soaked in salt water reaching 20.59%, much higher than fresh water (5.03%) and distilled water (10.57%). The highest ash content was also observed in the saltwater treatment (32.57%). Soaking in fresh water produces the highest crude fiber content, namely 17.16%, followed by salt water 11.24% and distilled water 5.3%. The carbohydrate content in flour varies between 32.84% to 39.6%. This difference in composition is thought to be caused by variations in salinity and water chemical properties which affect the extraction of nutrients and fiber in seaweed. This research provides important insights in optimizing the Sargassum sp flour processing process. for food and feed industry applications, as well as the potential for maximum utilization of seaweed as an alternative nutritional source

PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS DOC LAUNDRY BATAM
This research aims to examine the business development of laundry services in Batam, focusing on Doc Laundry. The main issue identified is to enhance operational efficiency and marketing through SWOT analysis. The research methods include literature review, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and SWOT analysis to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Findings indicate potential for increased use of social media and digital payment as opportunities, alongside threats from competitors employing similar marketing strategies. Business development recommendations based on SWOT analysis are proposed to enhance competitiveness and efficiency in the laundry business in Batam. This study is expected to contribute to the development of SMEs in the laundry service sector
ANALISIS PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI DI PT EXCELITAS TECHNOLOGIES BATAM
ABSTRACT
Employee workloads vary depending on their specialized fields. For example, in the production area, workers are required to work swiftly due to the constant operation of production machinery. Certain positions, like the Hercules section operator assisting with the depanelizing process, are not appropriate for people in those professions. Support staff members have to put in extra hours because of the incoming and unloaded items. There are challenges due to data mistakes, the human calculating method, and the manual lifting of 5–10 kg objects. At PT Excelitas Technologies Batam, the goals of this research were to ascertain the effects of workload and work stress on manufacturing employee performance, as well as the results of measuring workload utilizing the NASA-TLX technique and measuring work stress using the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) technique. Using the technique of multiple linear regression, the HSE method, and the NASA-TLX approach, the study methodology is quantitative. The High mental load group's average score was 70.20 according to the data. Mental Needs is the most prominent measure of mental workload, with an average score of 5509.87. The average result of the job stress measurement was 142.3 and 81.31%. Employee performance is negatively but negligibly impacted by workload. Employee performance is negatively and significantly impacted by work stress. At PT Excelitas Technologies Batam, the performance of production staff is negatively impacted by workload and work stress

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN ALAT BERAT BERBASIS WEB DI PT ROFENNI PRIMAJAYA
In the digital era, information systems play an important role in improving operational efficiency, accelerating the decision-making process, and providing competitive advantages for organizations. PT. Rofenni Primajaya, which is engaged in the construction and heavy equipment rental sector, faces challenges in managing and monitoring the availability of heavy equipment, which is still done manually and takes a long time. The process of recapitulating the availability of heavy equipment using lobo reports and manual recording often takes 10 to 60 minutes, with the risk of errors that cause information on the availability of heavy equipment goods to not be provided quickly. In addition, there are errors in creating invoices caused by typing errors by administrative employees when using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based information system that is able to provide information on the availability of heavy equipment quickly and create invoices automatically. This study uses a system design method using UML and a system interface design method, namely Design Thinking
