    The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a crucial step for accounting students to enhance their credibility and career prospects in the accounting field. However, the low interest of students in taking the CPA exam remains a challenge. This study aims to analyze the influence of career motivation, financial rewards, and labor market considerations on the interest of accounting students in pursuing CPA certification. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey design targeting accounting students from various universities in Batam City. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence student interest, both partially and simultaneously. These findings have implications for universities and stakeholders to raise awareness and motivate students to pursue CPA certification.   Keywords: Career Motivation, Financial Rewards, Labor Market Considerations, Certified Public Accountant, Student Interest

    Batam is one of the cities with a high economic growth rate in Indonesia. MSMEs in Batam City can be seen from various sector developments, both through economic, social, and government policies. Batam City is often known as a city of industry and international trade, because of its proximity to Singapore and Malaysia which makes Batam City a strategic economic center. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational readiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits on the adoption of MSME E-commerce on operating income. The sample in this study is MSME actors in Batam Kota District, Batam City. Hereby, the researcher uses quantitative research methods by collecting and disseminating data. The data in question is the filling out of a questionnaire, where in the study with 163 respondents. After the data is obtained, it will continue to be tested using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that organizational readiness affects operational income, external pressure affects operational income, and benefits are felt in the adoption of E-commerce MSMEs. Simultaneously, the three variables can be known as the value of f-table is 3.05, the f-count is 1.414, and the significant value obtained is <0.001 where the value is less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be said that the variables of Organizational Readiness (X1), External Pressure (X2), and Perceived Benefits on MSME E-commerce Adoption (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Operating Income (Y). The conclusion based on the research states that H1 is Accepted, H2 is Accepted, H3 is Accepted, and H4 is Accepted.Batam merupakan salah satu kota dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesar di Indonesia. UMKM di Kota Batam ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai perkembangan sektor, baik melalui segi ekonomi, sosial, maupun kebijakan pemerintah. Di Kota Batam ini sering dikenal sebagai kota industri dan perdagangan internasional, karena kedekatannya dengan Singapura dan Malaysia yang membuat Kota Batam menjadi pusat ekonomi strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kesiapan organisasi, tekanan eksternal, dan manfaat dirasakan pada adopsi E-commerce UMKM terhadap pendapatan operasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Batam Kota, Kota Batam. Dengan ini penelitina menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan dan menyebarkan data. Data yang dimaksud ialah pengisian kuesioner, di mana pada penelitian dengan 163 orang responden. Data setelah diperoleh akan dilanjutkan untuk melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesiapan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan operasional, Tekanan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan operasional, dan Manfaat dirasakan pada adopsi E-commerc UMKM. Secara simultan ketiga variable dapat diketahui nilai f-tabel sebesar 3,05, f-hitung sebesar 1,414, dan nilai signifikan yang diperoleh sebesar <0,001 yang dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Kesiapan Organisasi (X1), Tekanan Eksternal (X2), dan Manfaat Dirasakan pada Adopsi E-commerce UMKM (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (Y).     The Goods Inventory Website is a website-based application used to manage and track stock of goods or assets in an agency in Kober Aulia, an important means to provide convenience for teachers to record goods in Kober Aulia. Managing goods data is often a challenge for Kober.Kober today, which still uses the manual method of recording one by one through books. This study aims to design a website-based application that can do bookkeeping or recording of goods neatly and make it easy to see stock or new goods to be submitted to the center for reporting learning facilities and infrastructure. To overcome this problem, it can be overcome by CMS (Content Management System). CMS is a system that can change data content dynamically. This inventory website is made using Laravel which is easy to use and also uses Visual Studio Code as a supporting application and uses MySQL as a database to store data. This application will certainly be very easy to use by users with clear information and is not difficult to operate.     The Free Meal Program is one of the government’s strategic policies that has received various public responses, especially on social media Platform X (formerly Twitter). This study aims to analyze the level of public sentiment toward the Free Meal Program on Platform X. The classification method used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm, with model validation performed using the K-Fold Cross Validation technique. A total of 3,600 Indonesian-language tweets relevant to the Free Meal Program were collected through a web scraping process, followed by text preprocessing steps such as case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming. Data labeling was carried out semi-automatically using the IndoBERT model, and the tweets were then classified into two sentiment categories: positive and negative. The Naïve Bayes model was trained using the TF-IDF representation and tested on a test set comprising 20% of the total dataset. The evaluation results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy of 86.46%, precision of 86.55%, recall of 95.25%, and an F1-score of 90.77% on 458 test tweets. Validation using 10-fold cross-validation yielded an average accuracy of 86.74%. These results indicate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm demonstrates good classification performance and stable generalization in classifying public sentiment regarding the Free Meal Program.     This research aims to design and develop an e-commerce application using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language, targeted at empowering SMEs under the guidance of Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung. The methodology employed is the Waterfall model, allowing for systematic and structured application development. The research results indicate that this application can add products, manage stock, process transactions, and facilitate consumer access, ultimately enhancing the operational efficiency of the SMEs' sales system. Application testing showed satisfactory results with performance meeting expectations.     The South Sumatra Provincial Communication and Informatics Office continues to experience challenges in its leave application process, which is considered inefficient. This process relies heavily on manual data processing, particularly in the personnel department, using physical documents and lacking the support of a centralized database. This often leads to errors in recording employee leave data. This study applies the Design Thinking method to improve the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) through five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The purpose of designing the UI/UX for this leave application website is to minimize obstacles, reduce administrative errors, increase the efficiency of leave management by the agency, and facilitate more structured and effective documentation of employee leave data. Based on the results of testing conducted by distributing a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to five respondents, an average SUS score of 73 was obtained, which falls within the Acceptable category within the acceptance range. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the study explores the subjective interpretations of informants regarding feminine energy content on social media. The results reveal that @feminiyou’s content serves beyond mere entertainment or information, acting as a platform for emotional, spiritual, and social reflection for young women. Through themes of self-love, healing, and empowerment of feminine identity, informants integrate these values into their personal lives. The portrayal by @feminiyou reflects a dynamic gender construction, redefining femininity as an authentic and empowering inner strength, unbound by conventional stereotypes.     Since the outbreak of Covid-19, many countries have decided to adopt strict health regulations and implement working from home as part of the telecommuting scheme. In the midst of the pandemic, the working world underwent a significant transformation. Flexibility and balance between work and personal life became a top priority, especially for Generation Z employees. Generation Z has entered productive age and started joining the workforce. The digital technology environment that accompanies their growth makes Gen Z have various advantages. However, this generation also faces new challenges. Gen Z frequently switches workplaces even within months. At the same time, hybrid working emerged as a work model considered to provide comfort. The lack of social interaction and direct collaboration in this system poses challenges because it can lead to decreased team harmony. The implementation of hybrid working requires greater attention from companies to maintain Generation Z’s loyalty. If companies are unable to adjust their work systems to the need for flexibility and psychological support, they are likely to lose young potential talents. The world of work is now required to adapt to the expectations and characteristics of the new workforce, especially Generation Z, who are starting to dominate the labor market.     Mathematics learning, especially the topic of fractions, is often a challenge for 5th-grade students. An Android-based mathematics learning Application with gamification elements was developed to address the low interest of these students in the topic of fractions. This research aims to develop a gamified Android-based mathematics learning Application for the topic of fractions. The development methodused the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Application was designed with the integration of gamification features such as levels and challenges to enhance student motivation and understanding. The Application was tested through five stages: black box testing, compatibilitytesting, media expert testing, material expert testing, and user testing. The results of the black box test showed that all features functioned as planned. The functionality test results indicated that the Application can run properly on all devices with at least Android version 11. The media expert testing showed an average of 100%, and the material expert testing also showed an average of 100%. User testing conducted on 20 5 th grade students at MI Ma’arif surodikraman, Ponorogo, showed a very positive outcome. Based on a 1 to 5 rating scale, the average percentage of user satisfaction reached 90.1%, indicating a high level of acceptance.
