Meningkatkan Komunikasi Pemerintah Melalui Digitalisasi Strategis di Indonesia: Peta Jalan untuk Peningkatan Keterlibatan Publik dan Penyampaian Layanan
This study aims to analyze the role of strategic digitalization in enhancing government communication in Indonesia, with a focus on improving public engagement and service delivery. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature analysis and policy review, the study maps out key strategies such as the optimization of social media, the development of public service portals, the utilization of e-participation platforms, and the provision of interactive and user-friendly digital content. The findings indicate that digital tools, including official government accounts, chatbots, and identity-based service applications, not only accelerate the flow of information but also strengthen transparency and accessibility of public services. Furthermore, online forums, feedback mechanisms, and crowdsourcing initiatives foster greater public participation in the policymaking process. The study concludes that strategic digitalization not only improves government–citizen communication but also provides a roadmap toward responsive, inclusive, and transparent governance in the digital era
AN ANALYSIS OF DIRECTIVE SPEECH ACT IN THUNDERBOLT MOVIE: PRAGMATIC APPROACH
The purpose of this study is to investigate the types of directive speech acts found in the movie Thunderbolt. This descriptive qualitative research focuses on the utterances produced by characters in the film, with direct speech acts serving as the main data source. Data were collected through an observational method using a non-participatory technique. The data analysis applied Sudaryanto’s (2015) method of identifying language elements, while the theoretical framework was based on Searle’s (1979) classification of directive speech acts. The findings show that the characters frequently employed directive speech acts to influence others’ actions. Out of 57 identified utterances, 20 were categorized as asking, 15 as requesting, 5 as ordering, 5 as commanding, 5 as giving advice, 5 as begging, and 2 as inviting. The most dominant type was asking. These speech acts were primarily used to give instructions, request help, and express urgency, especially in high-pressure scenes. This research offers insights into the use of directive speech acts in film dialogues and highlights their relevance to real-world communication and interaction
Pengaruh Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan MR.DIY Pada Mahasiswa Program Study Manajemen, Universitas Negeri Medan
This study examines the effect of price on customer satisfaction among Management Program students at the State University of Medan who shop at MR.DIY. Using a quantitative design with convenience sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of validity, reliability, and normality tests confirmed that the instrument was appropriate for analysis. Simple linear regression showed a positive and significant effect of price on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.634 and a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.617 indicates that price explains 61.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of aligning pricing strategies with students’ purchasing capacity to enhance satisfaction and support long-term customer loyaltyPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Negeri Medan yang berbelanja di MR.DIY. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan convenience sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas mengkonfirmasi bahwa instrumen tersebut layak untuk dianalisis. Regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,634 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,617 menunjukkan bahwa harga menjelaskan 61,7% varians dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menyelaraskan strategi penetapan harga dengan kapasitas pembelian mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan mendukung loyalitas pelanggan jangka panjang
DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS ON POST-COVID MSME RECOVERY: INTEGRATING TEXT AND REVENUE ANALYSIS IN WEST SUMATRA
This research examines how media narratives frame the condition of MSMEs during the crisis and post-pandemic recovery by utilizing topic and sentiment analysis from 1422 online news stories containing the keyword MSMEs. The main problem raised is the lack of empirical understanding of how media reports reflect changes in MSME performance and whether the dynamics of these narratives move in the same direction as business recovery. This research aims to map topic patterns, measure news sentiment using a special MSME–crisis sentiment dictionary, and link it with MSME income trends as an business indicator. Through the stages of text preprocessing, LDA topic modeling, and lexicon-based sentiment calculations, this research found that in the early phase of the pandemic, the news was dominated by crisis topics and had a negative tone in line with the decline in MSME income. Entering the recovery phase, the proportion of government support topics, economic programs and market activity increased, followed by a shift in sentiment to become more positive. In the post-pandemic period, the media narrative has become increasingly stable and growth-oriented, consistent with the trend of increasing MSME income. These findings show that the dynamics of media narratives move parallel to the economic conditions of MSMEs and can be a supporting indicator for reading the crisis, transition and recovery phases. In conclusion, text mining in local news can provide strategic insight for local governments and MSME actors in understanding public perceptions and directing communication strategies and economic recovery policies
Orientasi Pemasaran Hijau dan Kemasan Ramah Lingkungan Menuju Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan: Studi Empiris Konsumen Makanan Organik di Kota Bandung
This study examines the impact of green marketing orientation and eco-packaging on sustainable consumption behavior among organic food consumers in Bandung. The research investigates six dimensions of green marketing orientation (green product orientation, green promotion orientation, and green ethical commitment) and three dimensions of eco-packaging (material sustainability, packaging functionality, and environmental information on packaging). Data were collected from 120 respondents who had purchased organic food products using a structured questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that green product orientation, green promotion orientation, green ethical commitment, material sustainability, and environmental information on packaging significantly influence sustainable consumption behavior. However, packaging functionality did not show a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of product-related sustainability attributes, ethical communication, and eco-friendly packaging in influencing consumer behavior. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from an Indonesian urban context and offers insights for businesses to enhance their sustainability strategies.Studi ini meneliti dampak orientasi pemasaran hijau dan kemasan ramah lingkungan terhadap perilaku konsumsi berkelanjutan di kalangan konsumen makanan organik di Bandung. Penelitian ini menyelidiki enam dimensi orientasi pemasaran hijau (orientasi produk hijau, orientasi promosi hijau, dan komitmen etika hijau) dan tiga dimensi kemasan ramah lingkungan (keberlanjutan material, fungsionalitas kemasan, dan informasi lingkungan pada kemasan). Data dikumpulkan dari 120 responden yang telah membeli produk makanan organik menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi produk hijau, orientasi promosi hijau, komitmen etika hijau, keberlanjutan material, dan informasi lingkungan pada kemasan secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi berkelanjutan. Namun, fungsionalitas kemasan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya atribut keberlanjutan terkait produk, komunikasi etis, dan kemasan ramah lingkungan dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan memberikan bukti empiris dari konteks perkotaan Indonesia dan menawarkan wawasan bagi bisnis untuk meningkatkan strategi keberlanjutan mereka
PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN MEDIA PENGUJIAN BPW DENGAN METODE EOQ DAN MIN-MAX DI LABORATORIUM INDUSTRI MAKANAN OLAHAN
This research aims to analyze the inventory control of Buffered Peptone Water (BPW) testing media in a food industry laboratory. The company currently applies a conventional method in managing its inventory, which often leads to inefficiencies in both ordering and holding costs. Two quantitative approaches, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Min-Max, are compared with the company's existing method to determine the most efficient alternative. Data utilized in this study consist of annual demand, ordering cost, holding cost, and lead time. The EOQ method provides an optimal order quantity of 11 units, with a total inventory cost of Rp2.506.750, while the Min-Max method recommends maintaining inventory levels between 2 units. Compared to the company’s current approach, EOQ is proven to minimize total cost and achieve cost savings of approximately 51%. PENGEMBANGAN FRAMEWORK EVALUASI KINERJA GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MENGGUNAKAN MODEL GSCOR DAN PENDEKATAN AHP
Automotive industry holds a crucial role within the supply chain, including its impact on the environment. Thus, through the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) became a relevant method to improve result and sustainability. This research aims to evaluate GSCM through developing the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (Green SCOR) framework based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. CVT-producing companies are the object of this research. This research began with literature studies, observation, and interview to establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), followed with performance evaluation with the Three-level GSOR method through Snorm normalization calculation and AHP weighting method. Results shown indicates final GSCM Score for the CVT manufacturing company to be 134.14, categorized as excellent. Such score indicates a good overall implementation of Green Supply Chain Management. Even so, several KPIs are to be improved, such as Percentage Quality Accuracy by Supplier and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), while also enhancing the return and market claim aspectsIndustri otomotif memiliki peran penting dalam rantai pasok sekaligus memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) menjadi strategi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekaligus mendukung keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja GSCM dengan mengembangkan kerangka berbasis Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (Green SCOR) berbasis metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi komponen CVT. Metode penelitian dilakukan diawali oleh studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara untuk menentukan Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Kemudian dilanjutkan evaluasi kinerja dengan model GSOR tiga level, dengan perhitungan normalisasi Snorm dan pembobotan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai akhir kinerja GSCM perusahaan manufaktur CVT sebesar 134,14 yang termasuk kategori Excellent. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan implementasi Green Supply Chain Management telah berjalan baik. Meski demikian, masih terdapat beberapa KPI dengan nilai rendah, seperti: Percentage Quality Accuracy by Supplier, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), serta aspek pengembalian dan klaim pasar yang perlu ditingkatkan
IMPLEMENTASI PELAPORAN ESG DALAM AKUNTANSI MANAJEMEN
This study aims to examine the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting in management accounting using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The Watase Uake platform is employed as a supporting tool for collecting, selecting, and analyzing relevant literature. Data were obtained from national and international scientific publications from 2015 to 2025 that discuss the integration of ESG into management accounting practices. The findings reveal that ESG reporting plays a significant role in enhancing transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making toward sustainability. Management accounting serves a crucial function in providing relevant information for performance measurement and organizational sustainability reporting. However, several challenges remain, including the absence of unified reporting standards, differences in regulatory frameworks, and limited organizational readiness to integrate ESG aspects into internal accounting systems. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of sustainability-oriented management accounting systems and enriches the body of literature concerning the relationship between ESG reporting and management accounting practices
ANALISIS TEMUAN AUDIT BERDASARKAN LAPORAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN (LHP) BPK DI PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA TA 2018-2022
This study aims to analyze the audit findings of the Audit BPK that occurred in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analysis carried out is generally carried out in four parts starting from the Analysis of Accounts Based on the Findings of the BPK Audit Report on the Regional Government Financial Report, then the frequency analysis of findings will be analyzed based on the Type of Regional Government Financial Report on the same account, conducting problem analysis of the findings accounts, and analyzing recurring findings in the accounts of the Regional Government Financial Report in Southeast Sulawesi Province for the 2018-2022 Budget Year. The study uses secondary data obtained from the Audit Report of the Audit Board of Indonesia in Southeast Sulawesi Province during the period 2018 to 2022. The type of research used is qualitative research with an analysis method using content analysis. The results of the study show that the pattern of findings occurs due to lack of supervision by each level in each Regional Apparatus Organization and non-compliance with laws and regulations carried out by government officials, and not all findings that occur more than once in the same account have indications of repeated findings, but the results of this study analysis show several accounts that have indications of repeated findings. Based on the frequency of findings based on the type of financial report, weaknesses in the internal control system and non-compliance with laws and regulations in the management of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government Finance are still found, which are caused by weak internal control systems in each Regional Apparatus Organization, non-compliance with laws and regulations, the role of other parties that are not optimal, and incomplete follow-up
ANALISIS PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT PUMP
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and job stress on employee performance using a quantitative descriptive approach. Workload was measured using the NASA-TLX method, while job stress was measured using the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) indicator. Data were collected from 15 employees working at PT Prathama Usaha Mandiri Perkasa through a questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on performance (t = -3.505; p < 0.05), as well as job stress (t = -2.917; p < 0.05). The results of the F test (F = 9.016; p < 0.05) also proved a simultaneous influence. This study states that high workload and unmanaged stress can reduce employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to manage the division of tasks and provide support in stress management to improve employee performance
