Analisis Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Workload is a few tasks given by the company to employees; workload is one of the things that affects employee performance. Company X is a company involved in manufacturing, has 45 employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the workload of the production department in Company X, the high workload given affects the realization of production results. This study method uses quantitative and is analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) SEM PLS method. The results of the study show that the workload that occurs in Company X, can have a positive influence on employee performance with work standards that encourage employees to achieve the results that have been achieve
Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Artificial Intelligence Fuzzy Logic Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Petani Biji Kakao
The distribution chain of plantation commodities continues to encounter persistent structural challenges, particularly effecting the bargaining position of farmers, who remain at a disadvantage when negotiating with intermediaries. This issue is notably experienced by cocoa bean farmers in Southeast Sulawesi. In response to this, the present study examines the development and implementation of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based information system utilizing fuzzy logic algorithms to predict and recommend cocoa bean selling prices in real time. The system also visualizes real time market price fluctuations through dynamic graphs. Designed not only to enhance farmersβ acces to timely and accurate market information, the system also aims to improve their bargaining power and contribute to more transaparent and equitable pricing practice. Furthermore, the system serves as decision support tool for local governments by providing reliable, data driven insights for policy formulation. Research used SWOT approach and was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The prediction system achieved an accuracy rate of 92%, determined by comparing product price values calsulated using fuzzy logic algorithms with actual market prices. Price prediction information system is implemented as a mobile application, making it accesible to farmers, buyers and relevant government agencies. This innovation represents a strategic digital intervention to promote price transparency, enhance farmer welfare and support evidence based policymaking in the agricultural sector
Sistem Informasi Layanan Internship Mahasiswa Pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
The student internship services at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Secretariat of South Sumatra Province are still conducted manually, covering registration, proposal submission, logbook recording, certificate issuance, and assessment. This process often causes delays, risks of document loss, and limited transparency and data accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Student Internship Service Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, emphasizing speed and direct user involvement at each stage. Data were collected through field observations, informal interviews, document analysis, and literature review, then processed through requirement planning with a fishbone diagram, system design using UML and ERD in the design workshop stage, and implementation with the Laravel framework. The system includes modules for registration and authentication, document uploads, daily logbook recording and printing, an admin dashboard for participant management, and digital certificate and grade generation. Black-box testing was applied to all modules, including registration, authentication, document uploads, logbook recording, participant management, and certificate and grade generation. Tests with various input scenarios verified that each function worked according to specifications. Results show that all modules functioned well, with no errors in core processes, providing accurate feedback and supporting real-time tracking of internship status. This research contributes a comprehensive internship information system model for a regional legislative environment, serving as a reference for digitalizing public services in other local governmen
Deteksi Dini Autisme Anak Menggunakan Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP)
Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often face significant challenges in conventional educational settings. This is exacerbated by the lack of accurate early detection and often leads to delayed diagnosis. This results in academic difficulties for children with autism spectrum disorder. The research team proposed a Fuzzy Logic-based conceptual model, specifically applying the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), as a tool for early detection of autism potential in children. The FAHP approach was chosen due to its ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity that are closely related to the assessment of child characteristics, thus enabling more objective identification. The data used in this research is sourced from the Kaggle dataset which consists of 6075 records, 14 attributes, and 1 label. The dataset obtained is cleaned and then processed using FAHP. The results of this study are FAHP scores and autism risk levels. The findings indicate that a fuzzy logic-based approach can be used for early detection of autism, although wider empirical validation is needed from experts such as psychologists
THE PORTRAYAL OF ALTRUISTIC BEHAVIOR IN THREE SELECTED PICTURE BOOKS
This study aims to analyze altruistic behavior represented in three selected picture books. All three picture books have a common thread in building children's awareness of helping others and entering into the discussion of altruistic behavior. The objects of this study are three picture books entitled Little Miss Mary and the Big Monster Makeover by G.G. Toropov and Cleone Cassidy (2008), Harold Loves His Woolly Hat by Vern Kousky (2018), and My Brother's Wheelchair by Salil Chaturvedi (2019). The researchers conducted qualitative research by examining the image of pictures and the texts available in the picture books. The data were collected through close reading and content analysis, focusing on both textual and visual narratives. According to Ary et al. (2010), close reading in literature involves examining the formal elements. In doing so, the researchers use the theory of Ricard (2015) as the basis of the results of the analysis, which then finds this altruistic behavior related to the discussion. By observing the plot in the story and exploring the implicit message of the author in fostering social awareness in children as readers, these three picture books instill understanding to help others without asking for reciprocity and are only based on a simple desire oneself to help others selflessly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku altruistik yang terwakili dalam tiga buku bergambar terpilih. Ketiga buku bergambar tersebut memiliki benang merah dalam membangun kesadaran anak untuk membantu sesama dan masuk ke dalam pembahasan perilaku altruistik. Objek penelitian ini adalah tiga buku bergambar berjudul Little Miss Mary and the Big Monster Makeover karya G.G. Peneliti melakukan penelitian kualitatif dengan menelaah citra gambar dan teks yang tersedia dalam buku bergambar tersebut. Dalam melakukannya, peneliti menggunakan teori Ricard (2015) sebagai dasar hasil analisis, yang kemudian menemukan perilaku altruistik ini terkait dengan pembahasan. Dengan mencermati alur dalam cerita dan menggali pesan tersirat pengarang dalam menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial pada anak sebagai pembaca, ketiga buku bergambar ini menanamkan pemahaman untuk menolong sesama tanpa mengharap balasan dan hanya dilandasi oleh keinginan sederhana diri sendiri untuk menolong sesama tanpa pamrih
ANALISIS HUMAN ERROR DI DEPARTEMEN BUBUT DENGAN METODE SHERPA
Manual work activities are more dependent on the operator's ability which still makes frequent Errors. One of the mistakes that occurs is due to human negligence or human Error. Human Error in manual work can result in work accidents. Even if human Error occurs frequently, it can result in a decrease in the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Lathe activities at PT. C still uses the machine manually. Lathe work activities include the process of installing the lathe tool, picking up the workpiece, setting up the workpiece and the turning process. However, in these activities, there are still many human Errors that occur so that they affect the production of lathes. So it is necessary to improve operator performance in order to reduce human Error. For this reason, it is necessary to identify activities that have the potential for human Error. Work activities are broken down into task levels. Task levels are used as inputs to identify and analyze human Error qualitatively. This method is known as the SHERPA method. This study aims to find out the type of Error in each sub-task of the lathe process and provide recommendations to reduce the human Error that occurs. This research involved all lathe operators at PT. C. and validity is carried out to practitioners to produce consensus. The results of human Error analysis using the SHERPA method found three types of human Errors in the lathe process, action Error, selection Error and information communication Error. So, to reduce the prediction of Errors, it is recommended to train operators, relayout the production floor, increase K3 awareness, increase accuracy and comprehensive communication.Aktivitas kerja manual lebih banyak bergantung pada kemampuan operator yang masih sering melakukan Error. Salah satu kesalahan yang terjadi adalah karena kelalaian manusia atau human Error. Human Error pada pekerjaan manual dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja. Human Error yang sering terjadi pun dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya efisiensi dan efektifitas perusahaan. Aktivitas pembubutan pada PT. C masih menggunakan mesin secara manual. Aktivitas kerja pembubutan meliputi proses pemasangan pahat bubut, pengambilan benda kerja, penyetelan benda kerja dan proses pembubutan. Namun pada aktivitas tersebut masih banyak terjadi human Error sehingga mempengaruhi hasil produksi mesin bubut. Maka dari itu perlu adanya peningkatan kinerja operator agar dapat mengurangi human Error. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi aktivitas yang berpotensi terjadinya human Error. Aktivitas kerja dijabarkan menjadi task level. Task level digunakan sebagai input untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis human Error secara kualitatif. Metode tersebut dikenal dengan metode SHERPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis Error pada setiap sub task proses pembubutan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi human Error yang terjadi. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh operator mesin bubut di PT. C. dan validitas dilakukan kepada praktisi untuk menghasilkan konsensus. Hasil analisis human error menggunakan metode SHERPA ditemukan tiga jenis human error pada proses pembubutan, yaitu action error, selection error dan information communication error. Maka untuk mengurangi prediksi error, disarankan untuk melakukan pelatihan operator, menata ulang lantai produksi, meningkatkan kewaspadaan K3, meningkatkan akurasi dan komunikasi yang komprehensif
PENGARUH AWARENESS OF CONSEQUENCES, PERIKLANAN DAN SELF IDENTITY TERHADAP STRATEGI DIGITAL MARKETING PADA UMKM KERAJINAN DI KOTA KEDIRI
This study aims to determine the influence of factors such as awareness of concequence, advertising, self-identity, and digital marketing strategies in improving marketing decisions in Handicraft MSMEs in the city of Kediri and provide benefits in terms of functionality and policies of the Mayor of Kediri in prioritizing these factors. A quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was used to collect primary data with a direct survey of all MSME owners in the handicraft product category in the city of Kediri. The results of the analysis show that the Awareness Consequence strategy should adopt an ethical approach in doing business, expand the reach of the local base, and focus on customer satisfaction. The Advertising Strategy must choose the optimal platform, understand the needs of the customer, and implement the right design, advertise with a relevant local base, and understand the needs of the customer. Meanwhile, the Self Identity strategy must make ethical marketing decisions, increase environmental awareness, and give an identity to the brand by understanding what the needs of users are. PENGARUH MEDIA EXPOSURE, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP CARBON EMISSION DISCLOSURE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris apakah ada pengaruh antara Media Exposure, Corporate Governance, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Carbon Emission Disclosure pada Perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Corporate Governance yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepemilikan Institusional. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan mengambil Sustainability Report dan Annual Report periode tahun 2019-2023 dan dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel yaitu media exposure,kepemilikan institusional, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan sebagai variabel independen sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Carbon Emission Disclodure. Uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel media exposure dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan institusional tidak berbepngaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure. Secara simultan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media exposure,kepemilikan institusional, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara bersama- sama berpengaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure.

IMPLEMENTASI SAK EMKM UNTUK PENINGKATAN LABA USAHA UMKM
The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in preparing financial reports on Broiler Duck Farming MSMEs in order to help MSMEs in increasing business profits. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, literature and interviews with MSME owners. The results showed that butcherΒ Duck MSMEs have implemented recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM, the reports prepared include profit and loss statements, statements of financial position and also notes to financial statements (CALK). With the application of SAK EMKM, business profits have increased from May to June 2024. The previous revenue of Rp 8,600,000 increased to Rp 10,200,000 while the operating profit increased from Rp 3,025,000 to Rp 4,530,000. This shows the successful implementation of improved financial management according to SAK EMKM, which is driven by more effective management of cost of goods sold and optimization of operational costs
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Brand Image, dan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Glory Royal Residence di Kota Batam: Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Brand Image, dan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Glory Royal Residence di Kota Batam
This study investigates the influence of product quality, brand image, and marketing communication on purchasing decisions for houses at Glory Royal Residence, Batam City. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 110 respondents selected through simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results show that product quality, brand image, and marketing communication collectively explain 70.6% of the variation in purchasing decisions, with brand image contributing the most significant effect (32.9%), followed by product quality (31.8%) and marketing communication (23.2%). Hypothesis testing confirms that all variables have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.
