ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI DALAM PEMILIHAN KARIR SEBAGAI AUDITOR DI KOTA BATAM
The objective of this research is to identify what motivates accounting majors in Batam City to seek out auditing jobs. Workplace dynamics, formal education, and individual traits are all taken into consideration. Data was gathered using a quantitative research technique, with questionnaires being sent to accounting students at many institutions in Batam City. To figure out how the dependent and independent variables were related, the data were run via multiple linear regression.Based on the findings, students are more enthusiastic about pursuing a career in auditing if they have the right personality traits, access to sufficient professional training, and a welcoming workplace. If students find a welcoming workplace, get enough training to improve their skills, and have personal qualities that are a good fit for the auditing profession, they are more likely to pursue a career as an auditors. IMPLEMENTASI DATA MINING PADA PREDIKSI PENJUALAN PRODUK TERLARIS DENGAN METODDE K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR
Jesindo Mitra Prakarsa stores in Batam City include stores that offer a range of toys for kids. Lack of information about which items clients buy frequently or infrequently leads to an overabundance of inventory, which is a common issue for the store selling toys. Therefore, a projection that makes use of data or historical sales information is needed to assist the store in stocking the goods. The goal of this study is to use the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm to predict the sales of the most popular toys among kids in Jesindo Partners Prakarsa stores. Data will be gathered through observation techniques, in-store interviews, and literature reviews relevant to the study's subjects. In order to forecast sales for the following month, the author used the Euclidean Distance formula with a value of k=3 and RapidMiner software to predict sales of the best-selling product, Tricycle Happy. The formula had a target of seven products, but it was predicted to sell as many as six. Based on the results of RMSE testing, which showed a value achieved close to zero at 2.035 +/- 0.000 means, the author's algorithm matched or was effectively applied to this study
IMPLEMENTASI DATA MINING UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP SEMANGAT BELAJAR ANAK
In the digital era, the internet has become essential to daily life for all age groups, including children. Social media platforms like WhatsApp, YouTube, and TikTok are now integral to daily life, serving communication, news dissemination, entertainment, and promotional purposes. However, excessive use can lead to addiction and negatively impact learning, especially among children at the Al-Ikhlas Orphanage. This study employs data mining with the Naïve Bayes algorithm to analyze survey data on social media usage and its impact on learning enthusiasm. Naïve Bayes was selected for its high classification and prediction accuracy. Using RapidMiner software, the study found that social media significantly influences children's learning enthusiasm, achieving an accuracy rate of 85%. For the "strongly agree" class, precision is 92.86% and recall is 86.67%, while for the "disagree" class, precision is 66.67% and recall is 80.00%. The results indicate a significant influence of social media on children's learning enthusiasm
ANALISIS PERBAIKAN VARIABILITAS KUALITAS PRODUK DONAT PADA UKM DONAT RAFAEL
Rafael Donut UKM is one of the small businesses that produce donuts with various kinds of toppings, along with the business of donut products experiencing problems, namely the high variability rate, so it is necessary to conduct research to reduce the product variability rate. The methods used to analyze variability, namely with Six Sigma and Taguchi Method to design quality improvements, are carried out by making Taguchi experiment designs as the right and optimal parameters. The parameter design used in this study is an orthogonal array matrix 16 with four level designs and five influencing factors. The results of the study show that these five factors can affect the variability number and design proposals generated from the Taguchi experiment based on the SNR of the effects, namely A4, B4, C4, D4 and E4. ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS MESIN PRESS HYDRAULIC WIRE ROPE PADA PT TOBACON BATAM
PT Tobacon is one of the distribution companies in Batam that offers quality and innovative coiling wire rope products to meet the needs of ship construction. The problem in this research is that the performance of the hydraulic wire rope press machine is not effective and the machine often experiences downtime, so that the output is not fulfilled. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause the ineffectiveness of the hydraulic wire rope press machine so that improvement recommendations can be determined on the hydraulic wire rope press machine. The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to get the value of availability, performance efficiency and rate of quality. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the main factors affecting the OEE value of the Hydraulic Wire Rope Press machine were availability with an average of 84% and performance rate with an average of 88%, caused by the lack of regular machine checks which resulted in engine interference. Improvement recommendations suggested to increase effectiveness are Planned maintenance by scheduling maintenance according to machine conditions, creating maintenance standards for components and machines and providing training to operators. Dewasa ini menuntut banyaknya perubahan. Suka ataupun tidak suka masyarakat dituntut agar dapat berapdatasi dengan zaman yang semakin canggih. Baik dalam dalam dunia nyata maupun dunia digital. Ditengah majunya industri 4.0 banyak aktifitas yang dilakukan dari jarak jauh. Hal ini terjadi sejak bumi diterpa wabah covid-19. Semua aktifitas yang melibatkan orang banyak dengan jarak berdekatan harus di hindari. Seperti meeting, belanja kebutuhan pokok, maupun olahraga yang dilakukan secara tim. Hal ini merupakan program dari pemerintah yang harus dilakukan demi mencegah penyeberan wabah covid-19 agar tidak semakin luas penyebarannya. Yang mana penyebarannya dapat melalui kontak fisik langsung, udara dalam ruangan, dan juga melalui benda yang digunakan lebih dari satu orang. Koperasi karyawan merupakan sebuah organisasi yang dibentuk dan dikelola oleh karyawan perusahaan, dimana pengurus dan anggotanya merupakan karyawan dari perusahaan itu sendiri. Banyak orang yang lebih memilih melakukan transaksi jual beli secara online setelah maraknya wabah covid-19. Para pengembang aplikasi berlomba-lomba membuat aplikasi baik mobile maupun web ditengah menigkatnya kebutuhan sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang kegiatan manusia agar dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh. Para pengembang aplikasi mendesign aplikasi nya semenarik mungkin agar dapat memikat para pengguna ditengah banyaknya persaingan aplikasi yang mendukung untuk berbelanja secara online. Digitalisasi sistem akan sangat membantu setiap orang yang ingin melakukan transaksi jual beli tanpa harus memakan waktu yang lama. Sistem ini berbentuk aplikasi berbasis Android agar mudah diakses melalui smartphone oleh karyawan. Android merupakan sistem operasi berbasis Linux dengan lisensi Apache 2.0 yang dirancang untuk perangkat layar sentuh seperti smartphone. PERANCANGAN FASILITAS PENYIMPANAN PRODUK TEMPE PADA UKM TEMPE TITIK 2
The redesign of storage facilities for tempe products at UKM Tempe Titik 2 using the Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique (CRAFT) is explored in this study. Facing challenges of inadequate storage space and disorganized product management, this research employs CRAFT to optimize storage layout considering factors such as distance, storage capacity, and operational efficiency. Data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis are analyzed using CRAFT to design an optimal storage facility. Results indicate significant improvements in storage efficiency and effective reduction in handling costs with the implementation of CRAFT. This study contributes to enhancing efficient storage facility design practices in SMEs, particularly in tempe production contexts

The tourism industry is one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing economic sectors in the world. Every year, millions of tourists travel to various destinations around the world, bringing a significant economic impact to destination countries. Apart from contributing to national income and job creation, this industry also encourages cultural exchange and understanding between nations. In the research process, researchers design research designs to provide structure to research activities from beginning to end. This includes steps such as determining the research problem, formulating research objectives, asking research questions, choosing research methods, collecting and analyzing data, and formulating conclusions and research results. This system uses Google MapsAPI to determine distribution points in the Tourism Geographic Information System in Mandailing Natal Regency. The system that has been built makes it easy for users to access distribution points and related information regarding natural tourist attractions in Mandailing Natal Regency. PERANCANGAN APLIKASI E-FOODCOURT DENGAN TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY BERBASIS WEB
With technological developments in various fields that influence human life, one of which is the culinary field. However, when showing the food and drink menu from a foodcourt, there aro no props available to display the menu. Currently, when showing food and drink menus to customers, only 2D images are used. By utilizing augmented reality technology, it is hoped that it can help foodcourt in presenting food and drink menus to make them more attractive because augmented reality can be a tool to display menus in 3D form. By using 3D visuals, it is also hoped that it can help customers to know more about the menus available at the foodcourt. With augmented reality supported by the markerless method, the foodcourt can display the available menus in 3D as well as details of each menu. In modelling 3D objects about the menus, software in the form of Blender will be used. For system development, the prototype method will be used so that the steps of development are known
SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT PADA TANAMAN JAGUNG DENGAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING BERBASIS WEB
Technology is used in the form of business to make decisions in solving problems. One form of utilizing information technology is an expert system. Seeing the many benefits of corn, and the increasing demand for corn production, many farmers are cultivating corn plants which are considered to be a business opportunity for farmers. The source of problems often experienced by farmers is that corn plants are easily attacked by plant diseases which can attack at any time. To overcome and reduce this risk, farmers need to take appropriate action in maintaining these plants. However, currently there is still a lack of knowledge from expert farmers in dealing with disease attacks to determine the appropriate treatment for infected corn plants. As a result of delays in handling, corn farmers often experience significant losses, some even have crop failures. To achieve this goal, a problemsolving method is needed, namely using the forward chaining method, where this method is a search method that obtains accurate results based on known facts which are then matched with existing facts so as to find valid data and lead to a final decision
