Get PDFPademawu termasuk kecamatan yang memberikan andil cukup besar dalam perolehan rapor pendidikan daerah khususnya di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Pada Rapor Pendidikan Publik tahun 2022, kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak-anak khususnya di sekolah dasar masih di bawah kompetensi minimum. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu adanya upaya yang selaras antara pendidikan formal dan pendidikan informal (keluarga) untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak-anak agar kelak mereka dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman yang begitu cepat. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pelatihan pemberdayaan dan pengoptimalan peran ibu sebagai madrasah pertama dan utama bagi anak-anaknya, dalam melatih kemampuan literasi dan numerasi sejak dini di lingkungan keluarga melalui pembiasaan dan pengenalan anak dalam lingkungan yang kaya teks (makerspace)
STUDENT’S DIFFICULTIES IN TRANSFORMATION GEOMETRY COURSE VIEWED FROM VISUALIZER VERBALIZER COGNITIVE STYLE
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the difficulties of students in the geometry transformation course in terms of visualizer and verbalizer cognitive style, especially in the concept of mapping a transformation. The research subjects were students of the transformation geometry class at the Mathematics Education Study Program at the University of Madura. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the difficulties of students with cognitive visualizer and verbalizer styles tended to be the same, which included (1) difficulty visualizing the definition of a transformation (2) difficulty in proving a transformation (3) difficulty determining the result area of a mapping. The Visualizer subject answers all the questions given and tries to describe the definition of the transformation given, although it is still not precise, it is better than the subject verbalizer. Verbalizer subjects, who are essentially easier to process information in the form of writing, are constrained by the arrangement of mathematical sentences and mathematical symbols which make the subject reluctant to try to answer questions. From the results of the analysis it was also revealed that the causes of the subject's difficulties were influenced by several aspects, namely, lack of mastery of basic geometric concepts, weak of reasoning ability and difficulties in mathematical operationsKeywords: Student Difficulties, Transformation Geometry, Visualizer Verbalizer Cognitive Styl
KEMAMPUAN MENELAAH STRUKTUR DAN KEBAHASAAN TEKS FABEL PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP N 22 MEDAN TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2021/2022
Get PDFThis study aimed to describe the ability of students in grade VII of SMP Negeri 22 Medan to analyze the structure and language of fable texts. The method used was a descriptive method. The population of this study was all students in grade 7 of the 2020/2021 academic year, consisting of 8 classes with a total of 240 students. The sample of this study was class VII-5, which consisted of 30 students. The research instrument used was a test of analyzing fable texts. The results of the study showed that the ability of students in grade VII of SMP Negeri 22 to analyze the structure and language of fable texts was considered good with an average score of 82. This result was obtained based on the structure aspect which obtained an average score of 86, and the language aspect which obtained an average score of 79. Furthermore, the distribution table of percentage values of the ability of students to analyze the structure and language of fable texts in grade VII of SMP Negeri 22 Medan showed that 33% of them were categorized as very good, while 67% were categorized as good

Akan tetapi dengan banyaknya jumlah pengguna dapat mempengaruhi kecepatan akses jika tidak dibarengi dengan penambahan suatu teknologi yang dapat mengatasinya dengan biaya yang dapat minimal. Berdasarkan kendala akses internet penelitian ini mengusulkan perlunya instalasi radius server linux ubuntu dengan menggunakan radius server pada sistem operasi linux ubuntu.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan memanajemen user jaringan hospot dengan menggunakan radius server sehingga dapat mempercepat akses internet. PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN BERBAGAI JENIS LITTER TERHADAP BOBOT HIDUP, BOBOT KARKAS, DAN BOBOT LEMAK ABDOMINAL BROILER FASE FINISHER DI OPEN HOUSE

This examination was led for 24 days from 01 Walk to 24 Walk 2022 in Gading Kulon Town, Dau Area, Malang Rule. The material utilized in this study were 27 DOC unsex oven chickens CP 707 strain, as well as starter and finisher stage grill proportions. KORELASI BOBOT BADAN DENGAN DIMENSI UKURAN TUBUH PEDET SAPI MADURA
Get PDFPertambahan bobot badan sapi memiliki hubungan yang relatif terhadap pertumbuhan dimensi ukuran tubuh ternak. Salah satu indikator untuk menilai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tersebut adalah dengan mengukur peningkatan dimensi tubuh dengan indikator berupa lingkar dada, panjang badan dan tinggi tubuh ternak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi bobot badan dengan dimensi ukuran tubuh pedet sapi Madura. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Desa Waru Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Pamekasan dengan metode survey. Ternak yang digunakan adalah pedet sapi Madura betina umur 7 – 8 bulan sebanyak 47 ekor. Peubah yang diamati yaitu lingkar dada (LD), Panjang badan (PB), tinggi badan (TB), dan Bobot badan (BB). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasar nilai koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan regresi linear sederhana. Lingkar dada memiliki koefisien korelasi paling kuat terhadap bobot badan diikuti tinggi badan dan Panjang badan (r = 0,97; r = 0,93; dan r = 0,95) dengan koefisien determinasi masing-masing R2 = 0,95; R2 = 0,87; dan R2 = 0,90. Hasil persamaan regresi berturut-turut BB = 4,56 + 0,99LD; BB = 5,07 + 0,90 PB; BB = BB = 2,37 + 0,97 TB. Secara keseluruhan lingkar dada memiliki keeratan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan panjang badan dan tinggi badan
ANALISIS KONSTRUKSI SINTAKSIS PADA SLOGAN KULINER

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, because this study will describe the forms of syntactic construction categories in culinary slogans on social media or print media and analyze the syntactic constructions on these culinary slogans. The data in this study are based on written data sources in the form of phrases, clauses, sentences, and the discourse of the culinary slogans that have been collected. This study uses documentation techniques, namely by listening, recording, and classifying the forms of syntactic construction found in culinary slogans to collect data. The analysis technique in this study uses a distributional basic technique, namely the Direct Elements Sharing Technique (BUL) (Segmenting Immediate Constituens Techniques) which is used to categorize a construction on the direct elements that make up the construction and the orthographic equivalent method or written language because it is based on the determining tool part of the language studied. in the form of written language, namely culinary slogans. No full textABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara laba per saham (EPS), harga terhadap nilai buku (PBV), dan volume perdagangan dalam kaitannya dengan harga saham. Perusahaan yang tergabung dalam IDX Value 30 dipilih sebagai sampel yang representatif untuk penelitian ini. Kinerja harga 30 saham yang memiliki valuasi harga rendah, likuiditas transaksi tinggi, dan kinerja keuangan yang solid diukur dengan indeks yang disebut IDX Value 30, dan indeks ini disebut IDX Value 30. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam hal ini. penelitian, dan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang tercatat di BEI Value 30 dijadikan sebagai sumber data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, selain uji asumsi tradisional dan uji hipotesis. Temuan membawa kita pada kesimpulan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen. Selain itu, variabel Earning Per Share (EPS), Price To Book Value (PBV), dan Volume Perdagangan masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang tercatat di IDX Value 30. Kata kunci: EPS; PBV; Volume, SahamABSTRACTThis study's objective is to investigate the relationship between earnings per share (EPS), price to book value (PBV), and trade volume in relation to stock prices. Companies that are part of the IDX Value 30 were selected as a representative sample for this study. The price performance of 30 equities that have low price valuations, high transaction liquidity, and solid financial performance is measured by an index called the IDX Value 30, and this index is referred to as the IDX Value 30. Quantitative research methods are utilized in this study, and the data from firm financial reports that are listed on the IDX Value 30 serve as the source of secondary data. The method of analysis that is utilized is multiple linear regression, in addition to the traditional assumption test and the hypothesis test. The findings lead us to the conclusion that each independent variable has an effect that is partially significant on the dependent variable. In addition, the Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price To Book Value (PBV), and Trading Volume variables each have a significant effect on stock prices in companies that are listed on the IDX Value 30.Keywords: EPS, PBV, Volume, Stock
IMPACT OF BEHAVIORAL ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB): THE MODERATION ROLE OF JOB SATISFACTION
No full textIn the current situation of inter-company competition, human resource development is key to the development and achievement of company goals. This study aims to examine the effect of behavior on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and examine the role of job satisfaction as a moderating variable in the influence of behavior on OCB in one of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture on the OCB and to determine the role of job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture with OCB. The sample consists of 4,062 employees at the company. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS application.The results showed that organizational commitment has an effect on OCB, leadership style has no effect on OCB, organizational culture has an effect on OCB. Furthermore, job satisfaction moderated the relationship between organizational commitment and OCB, but job satisfaction does not moderate the relationship between leadership style and OCB, as well as the relationship between organizational culture and OCB
ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIS SISWA DITINJAU DARI MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN TATAP MUKA (PTM) TERBATAS
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze students' mathematical understanding in terms of learning motivation in limited face-to-face learning. This type of research is qualitative research. Subjects were taken using a learning motivation questionnaire and a mathematical ability test. Students who meet the indicators of learning motivation and the characteristics of the category of mathematical ability are determined as subjects and then given a mathematical understanding test and then interviewed. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of data analysis show that students who have high learning motivation meet three indicators of mathematical understanding, namely the ability to classify objects according to certain properties (according to the concept), the ability to present concepts in various forms of mathematical representation and the ability to use, utilize and choose procedures or certain operations. However, students have problems in using and utilizing certain perating procedures. Subjects with moderate learning motivation only met two indicators of mathematical understanding, namely the ability to classify objects according to certain properties (according to the concept) and the ability to use, utilize and choose certain procedures or operations. However, students who are motivated to learn are having problems using and utilizing certain operating procedures. Subjects with low learning motivation fulfill one indicator of mathematical understanding, namely the ability to classify objects according to certain characteristics (according to the concept). Even though students do not work on the questions correctly, students still try to solve the questions given. It is recommended that teachers pay attention to students' mathematical understanding, especially in the new normal period
