Produk keripik kelor salah satu produk unggulan dan diminati oleh masyarakat di Desa Beku. Pemasaran keripik kelor masih secara konvensional, seperti dititipkan di warung, atau pembeli datang langsung ke lokasi produksi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, pelaku usaha membutuhkan pengetahuan mengenai manajemen usaha dan konsep komersialisasi produk khususnya yang berkaitan dengan desain kemasan dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu sosialisasi desain kemasan produk serta pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran melalui marketplace. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup teknologi tepat guna berupa desain kemasan yang inovatif, menarik, dan sesuai tren. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya kemasan melalui pelatihan pengembangan kemasan. Kegiatan ini juga membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan tentang promosi produk melalui platform e-commerce seperti Shopee. Dengan adanya pemahaman ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mampu secara mandiri memperluas jangkauan distribusi produk.Â

Get PDFMushroom farmers are part of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) involved in mushroom cultivation, established in 2019. Continuously engaging in development and ongoing improvements, this SME considers the geographical location of the Selorejo Blitar area highly suitable for mushroom cultivation. Efforts to improve management and administration are consistently made, with the hope that the business will operate smoothly alongside administrative compliance. Given these conditions and recognizing the importance of legality for business operators, the community service team contributes to mushroom farmers by providing training on obtaining the Business Registration Number through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The result of this community service activity is that mushroom farmers not only fulfill their administrative requirements but also legally register their businesses with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This registration brings additional benefits, such as access to government services, ease of banking ABSTRAKPetani Jamur merupakan salah satu UKM yang bergerak dibidang Pertanian Jamur dan berdiri pada tahun 2019. UKM ini terus menerus melakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan berkelanjutan mengingat lokasi geografis area Selorejo Blitar sangat sesuai dengan komoditas Jamur ini. Upaya perbaikan manajemen dan adminstrasi juga selalu dilakukan dengan harapan usaha akan berjalan seimbang dengan pemenuhan administrasi. Berdasar kondisi tersebut dan mengingat pentingnya legalitas bagi pelaku usaha, maka tim pengabdi hadir dengan berkontribusi terhadap Petani Jamur dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha melalui sistem OSS (Online Single Submission). Hasil dari kegatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pelaku Petani Jamur tidak hanya melengkapi kebutuhan administrasi tetapi juga secara legal usahanya terdaftar di Kementrian Perindustrian dan Perdagangan serta memperoleh kemudahan-kemudahan lain seperti akses layanan pemerintah, kemudahan transaksi perbankan, kredibelitas, kepatuhan regulasi, peluang pasar, fasilitas pajak serta integrasi data
APLIKASI TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN DOMPET DIGITAL DANA
Get PDFIndonesia ranked 2nd (24.3%) among the countries where mobile payment app adoption is growing fastest. One of the newcomers from a startup fintech company, called Dompet Digital Indonesia  (DANA). DANA officially released in 2018 and in less than a year, has reached 20 million users. However, the total active daily users is only 1.5 million, which means the users who are loyal to using DANA are only about 7% of the total users. Therefore, to oversee the market acceptance and effectiveness of DANA as an E-Wallet from the level of user’s attitude and perspective  Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will be used in this research. The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness(X1), perceived ease of use (X2), and perceived risk (X3) towards the intention to use E-Wallet DANA. The method used in this research is quantitative with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire from 100 respondents who are between 19-35 years old and DANA users. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use DANA, meanwhile perceived risk (X3) has a negative and significant effect on the intention to use DANA with determination coefficient value of 66.6%. DANA can increase the security factor in order to reduce the level of risk that is perceived by the users
Pengembangan Model Self Regulation Berbasis Protection Motivation Theory Terhadap Manajemen Perawatan Diri Pada Pasien Gagal Jantung: A Literature Review
Get PDFFactors affecting recurrent hospitalization in patients with heart failure are non-compliance with medication, fluids, and diet. Compliance with medication, dietary and fluid restriction, and weight of the body are part of self-care management. The study aims to improve self-care management in heart failure patients. Literature reviews are used to identify articles through Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, and CINAHL databases. The inclusion criteria are open access, in English, with full-text articles published between 2016 and 2022 with the keywords "self-regulation", "protection motivation theory" and "heart failure". A total of fifteen articles were reviewed to answer research questions. The data is analyzed by the PRISMA chart. The results of the literary study showed that there were 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. There are eight studies that use randomized controlled trial designs; seven titles use cross-sectional designs; and one study uses qualitative designs. Results show that better self-care can improve outcomes, reduce the incidence of recurring hospitalizations, and reduce the burden of treatment for heart failure patients. Self-efficacy can also be predicted from self-care behavior. It can be concluded that self-regulation is significantly linked to self-management behavior, and self-adjustment programs are known to be effective in improving self-care behaviors in heart failure patients
ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN PIUTANG USAHA PADA PT. XYZ BANDUNG
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya risiko keterlambatan pembayaran piutang usaha yang melebihi batas waktu ketentuan umur piutang pada PT. XYZ Bandung yang disebabkan karena adanya pembayaran yang dilakukan secara termin. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan piutang dan pengendalian internal. Teknik yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui informasi secara langsung/wawancara dan observasi. Teori yang mendukung tahapan manajemen dalam siklus piutang dan pengendalian komponen internal berbasis COSO menjadi dasar penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PT. XYZ Bandung telah berhasil menerapkan pengendalian internal dan prosedur pengelolaan piutang, tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam penyiapan dokumen, pencatatan akuntansi secara manual, dan birokrasi perusahaan pelanggan. Dalam hal pengendalian internal, dapat terlihat pada persentase jumlah piutang tak tertagih selama periode 2018-2021 yang semakin mengecil yaitu tahun 2018 sebesar 3,9 %, tahun 2019 sebesar 2,5%, tahun 2020 1,7%, dan tahun 2021 sebesar 1,5%. Hal ini terjadi karena PT. XYZ Bandung melakukan addendum kebijakan pada sistem pembayaran termin yang semula tiga termin menjadi empat termin. Dengan demikian perusahaan lebih diuntungkan karena dana yang diinvestasikan dalam piutang lebih kecil dan umur piutang lebih pendek.Kata Kunci : Piutang Usaha; Pengelolaan Piutang; Pengendalian Internal; Pembayaran Termin; Teori COS
ANALISIS POTENSI LANSKAP CANDI PENINGGALAN KERAJAAN SINGOSARI DI KABUPATEN MALANG SEBAGAI OBJEK WISATA SEJARAH

One of the relics whose existence is preserved and can be visited is the temple landscape of the heritage of the Singosari kingdom which has the character and identity of the characteristics of the heritage of the Singosari kingdom. The Singosari Kingdom has several temples including Singosari Temple, Kidal Temple, Jago Temple, and Sumberawan Temple which are Hindu Buddhist temples based on the function, shape, and reliefs that exist in these temples. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of the temple landscape from the Singosari kingdom in the hope that it can be developed as a historical tourist attraction in Malang Regency, there are actions to preserve the temple landscape, and improve the economy of the local community around the temple. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis of existing path aspects, historical aspects, objects and attractions aspects, and visual aspects of the landscape in the landscape of the Singosari Temple, Kidal Temple, Jago Temple, and Sumberawan Temple, it shows that the four temples have the potential to be developed as historical tourism relics of the Singosari Kingdom in Malang Regency

Get PDFThe purpose of this article was to discusses the application of lecture collaboration as an effort to improve the pedagogical competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners in the Professional Ethics course in the Biology Education Study Program. The research method used is classroom action research, which involves a cycle of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting in order to improve teaching practices. This research was conducted in the context of the Biology Education Study Program, involving lecturers and teaching practitioners as research subjects. The classroom action research cycle consists of the stages of planning lecture collaboration, implementing lecture collaboration, observing the process and results of collaboration, and reflection to formulate subsequent improvements. The results showed that the application of lecture collaboration was effective in improving the pedagogic competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners. Collaboration allows them to share experiences, knowledge, and effective teaching strategies. In the context of Professional Ethics courses, lecture collaboration also increases student involvement and motivation in learning. These findings support the study's hypothesis and are also in line with the related literature on the benefits of collaboration in education. Pengembangan Aplikasi Relaksasi Guided Imagery Berbasis Android Untuk Tingkat Stres Pada Pasien Pra Lansia dengan Hipertensi
Get PDFChronic stress in hypertensive patients results in fatal complications. Information technology is more effective than face-to-face communication for stress management. It has been demonstrated that media technology is more appealing, of high quality, effective, and efficient. The goal of this study is to create a guided imagery app for Android that will help pre-elderly hypertensive patients feel less stressed. A research and development design was used for this project. In addition to application development through focus group discussions and professional consultations, as well as assessing the viability of utilizing the application, exploration of stress levels and evaluation of stress management are monitored. The study's older participants, who ranged in age from 45 to 59, had hypertension. 50 patients were involved in phase 1 data collecting utilizing the perceived stress scale questionnaire. 30 patients in phase 2 used a system usability scale questionnaire, which was modified and tested for validity again with 10 respondents. The inclusion criteria for primary hypertension patients undergoing treatment were pre-elderly, aged 45–59 years old, male and female, Muslim, able to read and write, own a smartphone and be able to operate it, and have no visual or hearing limitations. Purposive sampling was used and data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis. The results show a moderate level of stress (62%). The results of the due diligence got a value of 80.66 (good and proper). The development of an Android-based guided imagery relaxation application can be recommended to pre-elderly hypertensive patients as a medium that can be used independently at home to help control stress levels
KETAHANAN BEBERAPA VARIETAS KACANG TANAH (Arachis hypogeae L.) PADA KELENGASAN TANAH
Get PDFIn the cultivation of peanuts in Indonesia, especially in dry land with various limited plant growth factors, the main obstacle to planting in dry land is the uncertain level of water availability. One of the efforts to overcome the problem of water availability on dry land is to plant drought-resistant peanut varieties including local superior varieties and national superior varieties that are tolerant of water shortage conditions and have high production potential. The purpose of this study was to study the resistance of several peanut varieties to soil moisture or water availability for plants.This study used a factorial randomized block design. The first factor is plant variety, consisting of V1 = hypoma-1, V2 = hypoma-3, and V3 = local, the second factor is soil moisture, consisting of K1 = 25% field capacity, K2 = 50% lang capacity, K3 = 75% field capacity and K4= Normal (100% field capacity). The results showed that the interaction between plant variety and field capacity had no significant effect on all of the observed parameters. Plant variety had a significant effect on plant height at the beginning of growth, while soil moisture had a significant effect on leaf number at the end of growth, number of pods, pod weight, seed weight per plant, 100 seed weight, and plant productivity. Soil moisture at 50% and 75% resulted in plant productivity not significantly different
PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KRATOM MERAH (Mitragyna speciosa Korth.) DENGAN PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR KOTORAN AYAM POTONG
Get PDFThe aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving chicken manure liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) on the vegetative growth of kratom plants and to find out the best concentration of chicken manure LOF that can increase plant growth kratom. This study used a completely randomized design which consisted of 7 treatment levels of chicken manure concentration of LOF, namely: control(A1), 50ml/L(A2), 100ml/L(A3), 150ml/L(A4), 200ml/L(A5), 250ml/L(A6), 300ml/L (A7). The results showed that the application of LOF chicken manure had a significant effect on the number of leaves, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight, but had no significant effect on plant height, leaf area, weight root wetness, shoot wet weight and chlorophyll content. The LOF treatment of chicken manure concentration of 150ml/L was the treatment that gave the best results on kratom plant growth for the average number of leaves (16.0 strands), root dry weight (3.94 grams), and shoot dry weight (5.48 grams)
