Get PDFThe Student Creativity Program (PKM) focuses on developing a flower shop and various flavored vegetable chip businesses in Sumberejo Village. The goal is to overcome anxiety disorders in local young farmer groups through productive and creative activities. The flower shop business offers flower arrangement training that can improve aesthetic skills and provide relaxation therapy. Meanwhile, producing various flavored vegetable chips aims to utilize local agricultural products, increase product-added value, and provide healthy food alternatives. These businesses are expected to create jobs, increase income, and provide psychological support through active involvement in community activities. Through this holistic approach, it is hoped that the emotional and economic well-being of the young generation of Sumberejo can be achieved, making them more productive, happy, and able to overcome anxiety positively and constructively.ABSTRAKProgram Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) fokus pada pengembangan usaha toko bunga dan keripik sayur aneka rasa di Desa Sumberejo. Tujuannya untuk mengatasi gangguan kecemasan pada kelompok pemuda tani setempat melalui kegiatan yang produktif dan kreatif. Bisnis toko bunga menawarkan pelatihan merangkai bunga yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan estetika dan memberikan terapi relaksasi. Sedangkan produksi keripik sayur aneka rasa bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan produk pertanian lokal, meningkatkan nilai tambah produk, dan memberikan alternatif pangan sehat. Kedua usaha ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan memberikan dukungan psikologis melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan holistik ini diharapkan kesejahteraan emosional dan ekonomi generasi muda Sumberejo dapat tercapai, menjadikan mereka lebih produktif dan bahagia, serta mampu mengatasi kecemasan secara positif dan konstruktif

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy for small and medium enterprises "Mazzy Craft" in Kapanewon Bantul, Bantul Regency. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are defined as small businesses owned and run by individuals or small groups. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection using interviews and documentation. The research results show that the marketing strategy used by "Mazzy Craft" uses the 7P marketing mix strategy: Product, by creating product innovation by developing previously existing products and prioritizing quality, uniqueness, packaging and product innovation. Price, is determined according to the level of difficulty of product production and the amount of raw materials used. Promotion, carried out online with the help of social media and participating in exhibitions. Place, marketing carried out offline and online and product delivery using shipping expeditions or according to customer requests. People, "Mazzy Craft" makes its business a job opportunity for everyone and does not carry out special selection, but employs individuals who have skills or abilities in accordance with the parts needed. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepatuhan Syariah terhadap keputusan memegang kas perusahaan serta arus kas, ukuran perusahaan, rasio pasar terhadap nilai buku, belanja modal, rasio hutang, dan modal kerja bersih sebagai variabel kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi Ordinary Least Square (OLS) untuk 63 perusahaan sampel pada sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2016- 2020. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan Syariah dan belanja modal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepemilikan kas perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan, rasio utang dan modal kerja bersih memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepemilikas kas perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk memahami dan merancang kebijakan pengelolaan kas dengan mempertimbangkan pembatasan yang diberlakukan oleh peraturan Syariah

Get PDFKnowledge of the traditional use of plants has been passed down from generation to generation by the Kulawi ethnic community in Salua village, Central Sulawesi. In this study, we document community knowledge about the effect of plants as medicinal plants, traditional ceremonies, food/drinks, and building materials. Based on the results of interviews and exploration, the plant that collected 25 species was found with local names, parts used, and how to use them. A total of 18 species can used as medicinal plants, five species for food/drink, one species for building materials, and three for traditional ceremonies. Our study recommends ex-situ management of natural resources so that plants can used sustainably
The Relationship between Family Support and Anxiety Level in Preoperative Major Elective General Anesthesia Patients at dr. Soedomo Hospital Trenggalek
Get PDFsurgical process. Family support plays a crucial role in helping patients manage preoperative anxiety. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between family support and anxiety levels in patients undergoing major elective surgery with general anesthesia. The research design was cross-sectional. The study population consisted of 92 patients, with a sample size of 75 recruited through non-probability purposive sampling. The study utilized family support and Amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information Scale (APAIS) questionnaires as instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests, including Spearman’s rank correlation (Rho) with a p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results showed that almost all participant received high levels of family support (81.3%) and moderate level of preoperative anxiety (81.3%). The Spearman rank test indicated a significant relationship between family support and anxiety levels (p-value = 0.000 0.05) with a very strong, negative correlation (r = -.870). In conclusion, higher the family support is associated with lower anxiety level in preoperative patients. It is recommended that families provide consistent support during preoperative phase to help reduce patient level of anxiety
The Dhikir and Prayer Therapy on Reducing Blood Pressure in Hypertension Patients: Systematic Literature Review
Get PDFHypertension can lead to a variety of consequences, including death. Alternative therapies, such as Dhikr and prayer therapy, have emerged as a response to the negative effects of medications used to treat hypertension. The therapy of Dhikr and prayer worked by inhibiting sympathetic nerve dominance and activating parasympathetic nerves, resulting in a soothing effect. The goal of this paper was to conduct a literature search to determine the effectiveness of Dhikr therapy and prayer in lowering blood pressure in hypertension patients. The method involved investigating evidence published in electronic data from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. Using Publish or Perish, we searched for data from 2018 to 2023 using the terms "Dhikr therapy," "prayer therapy," and "hypertension." Using the Prisma Strategy flow chart, 11 relevant journals were eligible out of 352. The results showed that when a person recites Dhikr by focusing on words or sentences of prayer that are repeated with a regular rhythm, accompanied by an attitude of surrender to God, the individual will experience relaxation. This relaxed state could control the nervous system, which is responsible for regulating blood pressure in hypertensive patients leading to a decrease in blood pressure. Dhikr and prayer therapy are effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Recommendations suggest that Dhikr and prayer therapy can be applied as an alternative treatment for hypertension
Pengaruh Edukasi Kesehatan Tentang HIV/AIDS Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Stigma Remaja Pada HIV/AIDS
Get PDFHIV/AIDS is a group of retroviruses that cause a decline in the sufferer's immune system, making them susceptible to various types of diseases. HIV/AIDS stigma often causes public rejection of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) because it is part of the cognitive component of a person or group of people who assess PLWHA negatively, therefore health education is needed so that knowledge increases and HIV/AIDS can be detected. This study aims to determine the effect of health education about HIV/AIDS on the level of knowledge and stigma of adolescents about HIV/AIDS at SMPN 18 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This type of research is a quasi-experiment. The population of this study were students at SMPN 18 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Sampling was taken using proportional random sampling and a sample size of 58 students was obtained. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test which had previously been tested for normality. There is a difference in the level of knowledge and stigma between the pretest and posttest scores (p value = 0.0000.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of health education on the level of knowledge and stigma of adolescents regarding HIV/AIDS.Â
The Importance of Monitoring Blood Glucose Test in Patients Post-operative Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery
Get PDFHyperglycemia is a risk factor for cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury in post-operative coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients. Glycemic control is important to prevent cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury. Postoperative glycemic control suggested 110-150 mg/dL. The aims of this study were to lower blood glucose levels and reduce the risk of occurrence or severity of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury in post coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients. This study was conducted with a case study design involving 2 post operative coronary artery bypass graft patients who experienced hyperglycemia on the 1st to the 3rd day of treatment. Data collection was carried out from May 22 to May 23, 2023. The results of the case study showed that monitoring blood glucose in post-cardiac surgery patients is very important. Both patients experienced hyperglycemia in the early postoperative phase. With close monitoring and administration of insulin therapy according to the doctor's advice, the blood sugar levels of both patients were controlled. Monitoring urine output and evaluating serum creatinine levels showed that the first patient had cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury stage 1 on day 2 and showed improvement on day 3. The second patient did not develop cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury. The role of critical nurses in monitoring blood glucose levels and administering insulin doses is supported by related research. Strict monitoring and target ranges of blood glucose levels, in collaboration with the medical team are necessary to reduce the risk of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury events

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of brand image, lifestyle and price variables on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, another aim of this research is to find out which variable is the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions. The location of this research is the DNY Skincare Clinic Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. The respondents in this research were DNY skincare clinic consumers. This research involved 97 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive approach method. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this research are (1) Brand Image has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decisions. (2) Lifestyle does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) Price has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (4) Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Price simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions. (5) Brand image has a dominant influence in influencing purchasing decisions
