Political And Economic Aspects Of Public Administration In Ukraine
No full textThis article provides a comprehensive analysis of the political and economic dimensions of public administration in Ukraine, focusing on the key challenges, threats, and opportunities that impact governance in the country. The study explores the political instability that has characterized Ukraine's public administration, examining how frequent government changes, corruption, and decentralization have complicated the reform process. It also highlights the persistent influence of political elites and external forces, such as Russia, on the country's governance structure, which poses significant challenges to national unity and effective policy implementation.On the economic front, the article investigates Ukraine's reliance on external financial assistance, the challenges of fiscal decentralization, and inefficiencies in public spending. The analysis underscores the urgent need for economic reforms to address issues like the shadow economy, inefficient resource allocation, and weak tax collection mechanisms. These economic weaknesses are further compounded by the country's high public debt and economic instability, which limit the government's ability to sustain long-term reforms in public administration. A key contribution of the article is the SWOT analysis of Ukraine’s public administration system, identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that influence the country’s ability to govern effectively. Strengths include ongoing reforms aimed at aligning with European Union standards and the growing role of digitalization in public services. Weaknesses, however, revolve around systemic corruption, insufficient administrative capacity at local levels, and underdeveloped institutional frameworks. Opportunities for improving Ukraine’s public administration are explored through the lens of European integration, which provides a clear path for aligning governance structures with international norms. Additionally, the article discusses how innovation, transparency, and public participation in governance can strengthen administrative efficiency. Finally, threats such as political polarization, ongoing conflict in the eastern regions, and economic volatility are acknowledged as serious obstacles to further reform. The article concludes with several policy recommendations aimed at addressing both the political and economic challenges facing Ukraine's public administration. These recommendations include fostering political stability through electoral reform, enhancing transparency in public finances, continuing decentralization while ensuring sufficient local capacity, and promoting the digitalization of public services to reduce corruption and improve governance efficiency. In this context, European integration is emphasized as a key driver for aligning Ukrainian public administration with global standards, ensuring both political stability and economic growth in the long term
Criticism of the Indifference Circles Approach
No full textDue to the weaknesses of the capitalist system, academic studies on the Islamic economic system are increasing. Different researchers have proposed theoretical approaches to establishing the Islamic economy. Dilek et al. (2018) also proposed developing the consumer theory in the Islamic economic system. In this model, the authors use indifference circles with a central bliss point and claim that people try to reach this bliss point. This circle successfully explains the concept of waste, but various aspects can be criticized in terms of Islamic economics. This study aims to reveal the faulty aspects of Dilek et al. (2018) and to contribute to the attempts to establish the consumer theory within the framework of Islamic economics. At the end of my study, it was revealed that Dilek et al. (2018)'s theory has various deficiencies
PENGARUH PROMOSI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK STIK LABU MADU LABUQU

The purpose of this study is to improve the marketing of honey pumpkin stick products by utilizing social media, especially Instagram as a medium for promotion. Primary data and secondary data are the sources of research data. Hypothesis testing is used in statistical-based explanatory research to explain or validate the relationship between variables. The participants (population) of this study were LabuQu Instagram followers. Purposive sampling is the method used for sampling, and the sample amounted to 175 respondents. Using the SPSS 25 program, linear regression analysis of the data was conducted. Before the data is processed, validity, reliability, and normality tests are carried out. The results showed that promotion through Instagram social media has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for LabuQu honey pumpkin stick products by 64.2%. This influence is obtained through the t-test process, f-test, linear regression analysis, and determination test
Perbedaan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Menyikat Gigi Dengan Youtube Sebagai Media Promosi Kesehatan Di Lahan Basah Siswa SMPN 1 Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar
Get PDFLatar Belakang: Pentingnya kesadaran akan kesehatan gigi dan mulut harus dijaga, sehingga di masa tua kondisinya tetap terjaga dengan baik. Salah satu upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut adalah menyikat gigi. Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan rendahnya proporsi menyikat gigi yang benar. Proporsi penduduk Indonesia menyikat gigi setiap hari sebesar 94,7% tetapi yang menyikat gigi tepat pada waktunya hanya 2,8%. SMPN 1 Karang Intan merupakan sekolah yang berada di Kabupaten Banjar yang berada pada lahan basah yaitu terdapat aliran Sungai Martapura dan belum dilakukan promosi kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap menyikat gigi dengan Youtube sebagai media promosi kesehatan siswa SMPN 1 Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian quasi experiment dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMPN 1 Karang Intan sebesar 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil: Pengetahuan dan sikap menyikat gigi sebelum promosi kesehatan melalui YouTube terdapat responden dengan kriteria rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Sedangkan setelah promosi kesehatan terdapat kriteria sedang dan tinggi. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap antara sebelum dan sesudah promosi kesehatan promosi kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan Youtube sebagai media promosi kesehatan (Pengetahuan = 0,003 ; Sikap = 0,004). Kesimpulan: Youtube sebagai media promosi kesehatan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap menyikat gigi siswa SMPN 1 Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar.Kata Kunci: Menyikat Gigi, Pengetahuan, Promosi Kesehatan, Sikap, Youtub
Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) : Manajemen Pengelolaan Alat Kesehatan di Kabupaten Barito Utara pada Tahun 2023
Get PDFPengelolaan alat kesehatan yang efektif termasuk perencanaan kebutuhan, skala prioritas, dan evaluasi manfaat bagi pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Namun, fokus pada distribusi barang ke Puskesmas dan penghapusan aset yang rusak belum dioptimalkan dalam manajemen BMD di Dinas Kesehatan. Ini berdampak pada ketersediaan dan kualitas layanan di puskesmas, serta membuat perencanaan dan pengadaan alat kesehatan baru lebih sulit. Hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan BMD alat – alat kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Barito Utara, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif berupaya untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam, adapun responden sebanyak 7 orang informan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap manajemen pengelolaan BMD Alkes di Dinkes Kab. Barito Utara yang sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016. Hasil dari wawancara terhadap informan telah di dapatkan beberapa informasi dan data yang menghambat pengelolan BMD di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Barito Utara antara lain, penghapusan alkes di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Barito Utara belum pernah dilaksanakan karena keterbatasan dalam anggaran untuk melaksanakan penghapusan dan alkes tersebut belum bisa dinilai karena belum bisa mendatangkan tim KPKNL Provinsi untuk menilai alkes yang akan dihapuskan, dimana hal ini menyebabkan tidak dapat terlaksananya pengadaan alkes yang sesuai dan dibutuhkan sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas ke Masyarakat
ANALISIS MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN LIVEWORKSHEETS DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR DAN KETERAMPILAN LITERASI SAINS
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model supported by LiveWorksheets in improving learning achievement and science literacy skills of fourth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Karangasem. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were students from classes IV A and IV B, with the object of the study being the effectiveness of student learning. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of student learning can be categorized as moderate, with listening activities obtaining the highest scores and oral activities obtaining the lowest scores. Teachers play a crucial role in enhancing student learning achievement by considering factors such as varied teaching methods, personalized approaches, motivation, and student engagement.The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing student learning effectiveness, as well as designing more effective teaching strategies

No full textPada jaringan distribusi Booster S. PARMAN PDAM Kota Banjarmasin, Air bersih tersebut bersumber dari pengolahan dan didistribusikan melalui IPA II Pramuka. Dalam pendistribusiannya Booster S. PARMAN ada beberapa daerah ujung pelayanan belum maksimal mendapatkan air bersih. Hasil evaluasi kondisi jaringan distribusi daerah pelayanan Booster S. PARMAN dengan menggunakan simulasi EPANET 2.0 menunjukkan parameter tekanan, dan unit headloss pada pipa yang masih belum sesuai standar perencanaan, yang sangat mempengaruhi keadaan distribusi air bersih. Evaluasi kondisi jaringan distribusi daerah pelayanan Booster S.Parman. Untuk pendistribusian air bersih Booster S. PARMAN dengan jumlah 16.668 pelanggan per sambungan rumah (SR), dilayani oleh sebuah pompa Booster yang berfungsi untuk memompa air dari Booster S. PARMAN yang memiliki kapasitas debit air di jaringan pipa primer existing sebesar 23.930 m3/hari menuju setiap sambungan rumah (SR) dengan kebutuhan air di pelanggan sebesar 15.944 m3/hari yaitu (memperbesar diameter pipa distribusi) menjadi 100% sesuai standar dan unit headloss
Communication to Accelerate Reduction of Stunting Among Health Personnel In The Hulu Sungai Tengah
No full textAccording to WHO, stunting is short or very short based on height for age less than 2 standard deviations on the growth curve due to irreversible conditions resulting from inadequate nutritional intake within 1000 HPK. The government has accommodated stunting through the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Program with the National Action Plan using the Stunting Risk Family Approach. The aim of the research is to analyze the barriers to health communication carried out by Nutrition Workers, Midwives and Health Promotion in the Community and Health Representative as well as the Health Communication Strategy in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency data using case studies, interviews, observations and documentation. The results show that the Health Communication has been implemented according to the program but the acceptance of information from the community is correlated with economic, educational and cultural levels turns out to have a big influence on the community's mindset in understanding the stunting

This research is a qualitative study with data collection techniques of participant observation and in-depth interviews, using social solidarity theory analysis in responding to universal human needs and how individuals play an active role in the creation of social solidarity for people who have different beliefs in it. The results showed that through the kanyaah fund walking program, social solidarity was created in maintaining a life that upholds tolerance and harmonization in Sukamulya Village
Analisis Validitas Konstruk Instrumen Kematangan Karier Menggunakan Winstep
No full textCareer maturity is a pivotal aspect in supporting an individual’s career development for the future. The success of a person’s career is influenced by their ability to make appropriate career choices. However, adolescents often lack a mature understanding and knowledge in establishing career choices, as they are not yet independent in decision-making. This indicates that the career maturity of adolescents still needs to be enhanced. To measure an individual’s career maturity, an instrument is required as a measurement tool. One method to investigate this instrument is by using the Rasch Model. Data collection is conducted using a Likert scale with simple random sampling technique. This study aims to analyze the construct validity of the career maturity scale from 136 junior high school students in Bandung. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design as the research method. Data is analyzed using the Rasch model with Winstep version 3.73. The findings of the analysis indicate that the validity and reliability value is 0.86, meaning the instrument is considered good, although some items exhibit gender bias.____________________________________________________________Kematangan karier merupakan faktor kunci dalam menunjang perkembangan karier individu di masa depan. Keberhasilan dalam karier tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan individu untuk membuat pilihan yang tepat, tetapi juga pada kedewasaan dalam memahami dan mengevaluasi opsi yang tersedia. Remaja sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam hal ini, karena mereka masih dalam proses mencapai kemandirian dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kondisi ini menandakan perlunya peningkatan dalam aspek kematangan karier di kalangan remaja. Untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi kematangan karier, diperlukan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Pemodelan Rasch menawarkan kerangka kerja yang robust untuk menyelidiki instrumen semacam itu, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui skala Likert dan teknik simple random sampling. Studi ini berfokus pada analisis validitas konstruk skala kematangan karier dari sampel 136 siswa sekolah menengah pertama di Bandung, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain survei. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Winstep versi 3.73, menghasilkan nilai validitas dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.86. Ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tersebut memiliki kualitas yang baik, meskipun beberapa item menunjukkan bias berdasarkan kategori gender, yang memerlukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan kesetaraan pengukuran.
