TOTAL PLATE COUNT (TPC) PADA JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH SELAMA PENYIMPAN DENGAN MODIFIED ATMOSFER PACKAGING (MAP)
White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a perishable food ingredient. The purpose of this study was to determine the total plate count in white oyster mushrooms during storage with MAP. This study consisted of two stages of the process, the first stage was sample preparation and the second stage was the analysis of the total plate count and the determination of the reaction order. The results showed that the TPC in white oyster mushrooms stored in MAP with PE plastic and the addition of 30% CO2, storage temperature of 10oC on day 0 to 10 days of storage was increase of 3.34 – 11.49 log cfu/mg. White oyster mushrooms stored for 24 hours (day 1) experienced a significant increase in TPC of 6.32 log cfu/mg. PENGARUH LAMA PENGERINGAN TERHADAP PENERIMAAN KONSUMEN SELAI LEMBARAN BUAH Sonneratia ovata
Sonneratia ovata is a mangrove fruit that has a distinctive aroma and sour taste, making it suitable for processing into jam. Slice jam is a modified form of spreadable jam that is more practical in serving. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drying time on the consumer acceptance of Sonneratia ovata slice jam. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with different drying times for slice jam (120 minutes, 150 minutes, 180 minutes and 210 minutes) and three replications. Data analysis using Kruskal-Wallis, if there is a different between the treatment continued by the Multiple Comparisons test. The results showed that the drying time had a significant effect (p<0.05) on the consumer acceptance of Sonneratia ovata slice jam. 210 minutes of drying time (P4) is the best treatment based on the hedonic test value of appearance, aroma, taste, texture and overall parameters. Panelists like the appearance of Sonneratia ovata slice jam, which has brown reddish color and compact texture, but panelists dislike the smell and the sour taste of slice jam
DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN JENIS PAKAN YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP LAJU PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN PATIN (PANGASIUS HYPOPHTHALMUS)
This study investigates the effect of different fish feed types on the growth rate of Pangasius sp. The experiment was carried out on Pangasius sp. with a size of 6-8 cm for 28 days. This study uses a randomized design with three different treatments and four repetitions. The treatments include a mix of the pellet feed, kale flour, and only kale flour feed. The results showed that different feed types substantially influenced Pangasius sp. growth in terms of weight and length. The ideal water temperature for Pangasius sp. to grow and develop is 27-29 °C. On the other hand, the optimum temperature was between 24-27 °C for the treatment of pellets and kale flour. The pH levels during the treatment in this study ranged between 7.2 and 8.1
ANALISIS Ca, Mg, KTK DALAM KOMPOS DARI FESES KAMBING PERAH, JERAM, LIMBAH PAKAN HIJAUAN
The research aimed to analyze the quality of compost (Ca, Mg, and CEC content) from various C/N ratios of dairy goat feces, forage waste, and straw. Experimental research methods, the design used a completely randomized design (CRD), using treatment C/N ratio 25 (T1), C/N ratio 30 (T2), and C/N ratio 35 (T3), done six times. The analysis results were tested with variance and Duncan’s test. The research results on the C/N ratio of dairy goat feces, rice straw, and forage waste affect the content of Ca, Mg, and CEC value of compost. For example, the highest content of Ca (19744.04 ± 1570.0 ppm) and Mg (8914.63 ± 670.18 ppm) was obtained in the treatment of C/N ratio 25 (T1), and the highest CEC value (133.61 ± 5.69 cmol/kg) was obtained in the treatment of the C/N ratio 35 (T3)
Tindak Pidana Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Jenis Psikotropika yang Dilakukan Anggota TNI (Putusan No.80-K/PM I-02/AD/VII/2018)
The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) is part of society and protectors specially prepared to carry out the duties and defense of the country. In addition, the Indonesian National Army (TNI) is limited by laws and military regulations, so all actions undertaken must be based on applicable laws and regulations. To carry out specific duties and obligations, the Indonesian National Army (TNI) is educated and trained to comply with orders or decisions and carry them out appropriately and efficiently. The increase in the illicit circulation of narcotics in the territory of Indonesia is due to the lack of strictness or the lightness of the punishments imposed on dealers and users or the development of narcotics abuse and illicit trafficking not only in the general public but also in the military community, both as manufacturers, dealers and users. The illicit circulation of narcotics within the military is currently very concerning for the discipline and future of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) because it will lead to dependence on its users and hinder the implementation of its primary duties, damage the physical and mental health of military members who use narcotics, and the Criminal Code will be enforced. The Military Criminal Law, especially regarding the imposition of a sentence, but if the act is not regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code, another law that regulates it will apply. This study aims to find out the factors that cause narcotics abuse by military members and to analyze the judge's decision regarding the criminal act of narcotics abuse by members of the TNI. This study uses a normative juridical approach and is descriptive by using legal sources in the form of secondary data, in this case, bibliographical data. Data collection techniques are carried out using decision studies and searches of related documents, laws, literature, etc. The study results showed that the Military Prosecutor in the trial brought the defendant along with his identity data, and the defendant confirmed that the identity was his so that there was no wrong subject
EXPLORING FUTURE RESEARCH HORIZONS IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED MARKETING MANAGEMENT FOR THE F&B INDUSTRY
This study examines how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the field of marketing management in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. By offering an understanding of AI's disruption of the traditional 4C marketing mix strategy, this research identifies challenges and threats that emerge from integrating AI into F&B marketing management. This study discovers a noticeable disassociation between marketing and the F&B supply chain, which was uncovered by VOSviewer network visualization outcomes. The visualization presents interesting avenues for future research, particularly in the field of AI-Enhanced Marketing Strategies for the F&B Industry, Integration of AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 in the F&B Supply Chain, and Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration and Innovation. This study contributes in suggesting additional research directions for the use of AI in marketing management of the F&B industry.Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Artificial Intelligence (AI) mengubah kajian terkait manajemen pemasaran di industri Makanan dan Minuman (F&B). Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dan ancaman yang muncul dari pengintegrasian AI ke dalam manajemen pemasaran F&B, melalui pemahaman tentang disrupsi AI terhadap strategi bauran pemasaran 4C tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa menurut hasil visualisasi jaringan VOSviewer, keterkaitan antara kajian tentang pemasaran dan F&B pada penelitian terdahulu terpisah dalam jarak yang cukup jauh. Visualisasi ini mengindikasikan peluang penelitian di masa depan, terutama di bidang strategi pemasaran berbasis AI untuk industri F&B, integrasi AI, IoT, dan Industri 4.0 dalam rantai pasokan F&B, serta kolaborasi dan inovasi lintas disiplin dalam kajian tersebut. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menambahkan saran terkait arah penelitian berikutnya dalam hal penggunaan AI di bidang manajemen pemasaran industri F&B
DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN DI KANTOR KECAMATAN SUNGAI TABUK
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office.The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach that describes the impact of Covid-19 on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The sources of information in this study were the Head of the Head of Government Section, the Staff of the Government Section, the Village Apparatus with as many as 3 (three) people, the Head of RT 1 person, and the community 3 people while the key informant was the Camat.The results of this research show that the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on population administration services at the Sungai Tabuk District Office is reduced service time, the completion time of Population documents is getting slower, making ID cards cannot be done because the e-KTP recording device is damaged, transferred to the Office Population and Civil Registration of Banjar Regency with online services, the completion time of making an ID card takes quite a long time between 3 to 5 days or even more which is delivered by courier PT. J&T Express at a rate of Rp. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah).The online service that was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic was difficult for some people because people did not understand technology and did not have a cellphone according to standards. The follow-up action taken by the Sungai Tabuk District Apparatus in direct service was to carry out health protocols, namely by providing a place for washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining a distance between service providers and recipients or fellow recipients and adding plastic shields to the service in front of the counter, to anticipate the spread of Covid -19
Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Dan Pengujian Ketahanan Baterai Recloser/Motorize Berbasis Scada
Pada jaringan distribusi 20 kV terdapat suatu pengaman proteksi apabila terjadi gangguan pada jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik. Peralatan proteksi tersebut diantaranya yaitu LBS Motorize, Recloser dan PMT. Peralatan tersebut harus dijaga kehandalannya guna menjaga kontinuitas distribusi tegangan listrik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan backup catudaya yang handal untuk menjaga peralatan proteksi selalu ready apabila terjadi gangguan jaringan distribusi 20 kV. Saat ini di PT PLN UP2D Kalimantan Selatan dan Tengah kehandalan backup catudaya di Motorize dan recloser dalam kondisi tidak baik. Hal itu dikarenakan beberapa aspek yaitu baterai hilang, drop/menurunnya kualitas baterai dan baterai sobek. Untuk melakukan pengecekan dan pengujian kondisi baterai petugas harus datang ke lokasi Motorize/recloser, yang tentunya pekerjaan tersebut memerlukan effort waktu dan tenaga yang cukup besar dikarenakan total aset yang banyak juga luasnya wilayah kerja. Sedangkan untuk menjaga kehandalan peralatan proteksi sangat diperlukan backup catudaya yang handal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat membuat alat yang dapat memonitoring kondisi baterai jarak jauh dengan teknologi SCADA serta dapat mengetahui kinerja alat uji dan monitoring baterai jarak jauh berbasis SCADA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu alat ini dirancang untuk monitoring kondisi baterai baik itu baterai hilang maupun drop serta alat ini dirancang untuk dapat menguji ketahanan baterai otomatis. Relay timer akan memutus tegangan charger baterai setiap 3 hari sekali selama 30 menit untuk melakukan pengujian baterai. Apabila baterai menunjukkan tegangan 21 VDC maka LVD akan mengirimkan perintah 1(satu) ke modul N4D8B08 sehingga akan terbaca di SCADA bahwa baterai drop. Dan ketika charger tidak bekerja maka akan terbaca 0(Nol) pada modul N4D8B08 yang artinya charger mal fungsi. Ketika baterai tidak berada pada tempatnya maka limit switch akan mengirim perintah 1(satu) ke Modul N4D8B08 sehingga akan terbaca Baterai hilang. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Alat monitoring tegangan ini jika dibandingkan dengan alat ukur Avometer pengukuran tegangan baterai yaitu hanya selisih tegangan 0,17 Volt dengan presentasi error tegangan yaitu 0,9998 %. Sedangkan waktu pengiriman data diperoleh delay waktu pengiriman data antara RTU (remote terminal unit) dengan SCADA yaitu delay 0,001 detik. Komunikasi data SCADA realtime
ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA DAN KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA PADA UMKM PEMBUATAN JENANG DI DESA PEKAJA SOKARAJA
Jenang Ketan Asli Cap Tugu adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi makanan khususnya makanan khas daerah Jawa. Didirikan di Desa Pekaja, Sokaraja, Jawa Tengah. Jumlah permintaan produk Jenang mencapai 500 kg perhari, membuat UMKM harus mampu memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Banyaknya permintaan pelanggan membuat UMKM terkadang tidak mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui beban kerja karyawan pembuat jenang dan menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja optimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Workload Analysis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja divisi pengaduk berada dalam kisaran 131,7% hingga 143,9%. Sedangkan divisi pengemas sebesar 136,5% hingga 156,2%. Divisi pengaduk jumlah karyawan optimal yaitu menambah 2 orang karyawan dan divisi pengemas menambah 10 orang karyawan.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Workload Analysis, Jumlah Karyawa
PENERAPAN POLA HIDUP SEHAT DALAM PENDIDIKAN JASMANI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN PADA SISWA MAS KHULAFAUR RASYIDIN
A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is carried out out of a person's concern for himself, family members, and other people in the surrounding environment. The application of a healthy lifestyle is not only washing hands with soap but also disposing of garbage in its place in the community environment. The aim is to find out whether students carry out clean and healthy living behaviors as the formation of their disciplinary character. This research method uses a type of classroom action research. The results obtained in implementing a healthy lifestyle through physical education can improve the character of discipline in MAS Khulafaur Rasyidin students, namely there is an increase in student discipline, namely in the implementation of the pre-cycle there are 23.3% of students experiencing good discipline while in cycle I there is a value of 50% increase the results obtained amounted to 26.7% of students who experienced changes when implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle. In addition, it was continued with cycle II with a fairly high value of 93.33% with an increase of 43.33%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of a healthy lifestyle in physical education learning shows an increase in the discipline of Khulafaur Rasyidin MA students. This increase can be seen from an increase in student participation which includes student activity, student discipline, and student interest in adopting healthy living habits
