MENELAAH PERSPEKTIF PENGGUNA LAYANAN DAN SEJAWAT PROFESI TENTANG PROFIL PRIBADI KONSELOR EFEKTIF
Get PDFThis study is motivated by the assumption that the personal qualities of counselors are essential to be studied because the effectiveness of counseling services is also influenced by the subjective views of clients towards counselors as professionals who are asked to help them. In addition, there are different views on the personal profile of an effective counselor from the side of service users, which include principals, subject teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, as well as the guidance and counseling professional community regarding how the counselor's figure is considered effective to provide counseling services to them. This study aims to determine the views and expectations of service users and professional colleagues regarding the personal profile of effective counselors. The method used was descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that effective counselors must display good personal identity through integrity, emotional stability, and psychological maturity in providing guidance and counseling services. This has implications for the performance of counselors in serving clients who must demonstrate self-management and integrity to gain more trust in the community

The results showed that tax knowledge had an effect on taxpayer compliance, and tax sanctions also had an effect on taxpayer compliance. This proves how important knowledge of taxation is so that taxpayers understand how the rules, calculations and reporting of taxation. In addition, tax sanctions are also important to provide a deterrent effect on taxpayers who are not disciplined in paying taxes
PENERAPAN MARKETING MIX DALAM PEMASARAN TELUR AYAM RAS DI KECAMATAN SANGATTA SELATAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PETERNAKAN PHILIPINES FARM)
Get PDFSangatta Selatan Sub-District, East Kutai District was one of the potential areas for the development of laying hens. The local farm that cultivates laying hens in this sub-district is Philipines Farm. The sustainability of a business requires the ability to face the market. Therefore, every businessman needs to implement the marketing mix. This study aims to determine the application of the marketing mix on marketing eggs of laying hens at the Philipines Farm in the South Sangatta Sub-District. This research was carried out in 2021 at the Philipines Farm by using a case study method. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix in marketing eggs of laying hens at the Philippines farm was good level with a value of 30. The application of the marketing mix in the aspect of place and price was a very good level, with scores of each 8 and 10. Based on these results, businessmen were expected to maintain the performance of instruments of place and price. Meanwhile, the implementation of product and promotion aspects was good enough level with scores of 7 and 5. The strategy could be used by improving the performance of the instrument in product and promotion aspects

Get PDFThis research will discuss, First, the factors that are the causes of the Election Result Disputes (PHP) for the 2020 Regional Heads of the South Kalimantan Province at the Constitutional Court and Second, the consequences that arise in the Implementation of the Decisions on the Election Result Dispute (PHP) for the 2020 Regional Heads of the Province Simultaneously South Kalimantan at the Constitutional Court. This research was conducted using the Normative Juridical approach, which examines statutory regulations and other literature related to regional head election results in disputes (PHP) at the Constitutional Court. The review of laws and regulations and library materials is also used as material for conducting discussions and finding solutions to problems. This study examines the causes of disputes over election results up to the implementation of decisions. It will identify existing problems in the form of solutions under the provisions of the election law and regional head elections in Indonesia. The results of this study show that the Election Results Dispute (PHP) for Regional Heads of South Kalimantan Province Simultaneously in 2020 at the Constitutional Court does not only originate from the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of South Kalimantan but there also from PHP Regents and Deputy Regents of Banjar Regency, Kota Baru Regency and Wali City and Deputy Mayor of Banjarmasin City, totalling seven decisions, two decisions for PHP Governor and Deputy Governor, 3 Decisions of Regent and Deputy Regent (Banjar and Kota Baru), 2 Decisions of Mayor and Deputy Mayor (Banjarmasin). The factors causing the Election Result Disputes (PHP) for Regional Heads of South Kalimantan Province Simultaneously in 2020 at the Constitutional Court consist of 2 factors. Perceptions of The Importance of Halal Certification: A Study on Religious Tourism SMES of Syaikhona Kholil Tomb, Bangkalan
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the perceptions of MSEs at the religious tourism site of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan Cemetery regarding the importance of halal certification, as well as analyze the inhibiting factors in carrying out halal certification. This article uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis study approach. The results showed that as many as 9 or 63% of informants had the perception that halal certification was not important, and only 6 or 37% of informants had the perception that halal certification was important. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor experienced by MSEs at the religious tourism site of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan Cemetery to carry out halal certification was the lack of information obtained as many as 12 or 80% of new informants obtained information related to halal certification from researchers, and only 3 or 20% obtained information from other people. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi UMK di tempat wisata religi Makam Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan terhadap pentingnya sertifikasi halal, serta menganalisis faktor penghambat dalam melakukan sertifikasi halal.Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi yang bersifat analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 9 atau 63% informan berpersepsi bahwa sertifikasi halal tidak penting, dan hanya 6 atau 37% informan berpersepsi bahwa sertifikasi halal penting. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang dialami UMK di tempat wisata religi Makam Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan untuk melakukan sertifikasi halal yaitu minimnya informasi yang diperoleh sebanyak 12 atau 80% informan baru mendapatkan informasi terkait sertifikasi halal dari peneliti, dan hanya 3 atau 20% mendapatkan informasi dari orang lain

No full textThis research was conducted to uncover what consumers really want or expect and what consumers have perceived from the service quality they receive. The purpose of this research were: (1) To determine the factors that affect the quality of service at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (2) To determine what factors have the most influence on customer satisfaction at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (3) To acknowledge the most dominant factor in service provided at Hypermart Palangka Raya. The research employed a descriptive methodology. The data source consisted of responses obtained through a questionnaire given to respondents. The variables used were independent variables, namely: reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), physical evidence (X5) which is the dependent variable is service quality (Y1) and customer satisfaction (Y2). Multiple regression analysis was used for statistical analysis. The findings of this research revealed the following: (1) Among the five variables between tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, tangible variable is the positive and significant factor on service quality variables at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (2) The most dominant factor in service quality at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hypermart Palangka Raya.

No full textThis study aims to determine the role of parenting style in the resilience of first-year students during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative research design. There are two research instruments used, namely the parenting scale and the resilience scale. In this study, the sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The research subjects in this study were 404 first year students. The results of this study indicate that there is no role for authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, rejecting–neglect father parenting styles in the resilience of first grade students during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also found that there is no role for authoritarian, permissive, parenting styles. rejecting – neglect of first-degree student resilience during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, but there is a role of authoritative parenting styles for first-degree student resilience during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, parents are expected to continue to provide care and support for their children. _____________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pola asuh terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tahun pertama selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental. Pada instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ada dua yaitu skala pola asuh dan skala resiliensi. Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah insidental sampling. Subyek penelitian pada penelitian ini sebanyak 404 mahasiswa tahun pertama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat peranan pola asuh ayah authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, rejecting–neglect terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat pertama selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic COVID - 19. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat peranan pola asuh ibu authoritarian, permissive, rejecting–neglect terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat pertama selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic COVID - 19, namun terdapat peranan pola asuh ibu authoritative terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat pertama selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic COVID – 19. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka diharapkan orangtua tetap memberikan perhatian dan dukungan kepada anak-anak mereka.

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penyaluran BLT-DD dan mengetahui kendala apa saja yang terjadi selama proses penyaluran serta memberikan masukan dan saran apa yang dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa Terantang untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dimana data primer diperoleh dari Aparat Desa Terentang dan penerima BLT-DD Desa Terentang tahun 2021 sebagai informan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kantor Desa Terantang yang beralamat di Jalan Desa Terantang Rt.006, Kecamatan Mandastana, Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui sumber data tertulis seperti pengumpulan dokumen atau arsip dari Kantor Desa Terentang atau dari pemerintah terkait BLT-DD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyaluran BLT-DD di Desa Terantang sudah sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang mengacu pada Peraturan Bupati tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Bupati Barito Kuala Nomor 111 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Cara Penyaluran dan Penetapan Rincian Dana Desa untuk Setiap Desa di Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Tahun Anggaran 2021. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar proses pelaksanaannya memerlukan sosialisasi yang lebih mendalam kepada masyarakat terkait BLT-DD serta komunikasi yang tepat dan akurat antara pemerintah desa dengan para pendamping pendamping lainnya untuk menghindari data ganda penerima bantuan atau penerima bantuan. menerima lebih dari satu bantuan

No full textThis study aims to find out how the implementation is implemented and find out what are the obstacles in the policy of procuring Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for honorary teachers in Sukabumi City. In order to approach this problem, the theoretical references of Donald S. Van Metter & Carl E. Van Horn are used, using 6 variables including a) Executor's size and objectives, b) Resources, c) Relationships between organizations, d) Characteristics of implementing organizations, e ) Social, political and economic conditions, f) Disposition of the executors. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation in Sukabumi City is running effectively and has no significant obstacles, the implementation of PPPK procurement policies in Sukabumi City has involved various parties who pay attention to the relevant parties, optimizing existing resources, maintaining inter-organizational relations, prioritizing the character of implementing organizations, conditions social, political, and economic, as well as maintaining the disposition of the executors
