PROFIL HEMATOLOGIS SAPI PASUNDAN BETINA (Kasus di Teaching Farm Sapi Potong Ciparanje)
Get PDFStatus kesehatan ternak dalam suatu lingkungan merupakan hal penting yang mendukung keberlangsungan budidayanya yang dapat dilihat melalui parameter profil hematologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil hematologis sapi pasundan betina dipelihara di Kandang Teaching Farm Ciparanje. Penentuan sampel dilakukan meggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Objek penelitian adalah sapi pasundan betina terdiri dari rentang umur 1,5 – 2 tahun sebanyak 9 ekor dan umur >2 tahun sebanyak 9 ekor. Parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah leukosit, jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, nilai hematokrit, dan indeks eritrosit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sapi pasundan kelompok umur 1,5-2 tahun memiliki jumlah leukosit, jumlah eritrosit relatif lebih tinggi dan kadar hemoglobin, nilai hematokrit, dan indeks eritrosit relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok umur >2 tahun. Kisaran profil hematologis penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai nilai referensi untuk pemeliharaan sapi pasundan dalam mengevaluasi kondisi klinis yang berbeda

No full textThe Adiwiyata program plays a strategic role in fostering awareness of the declining environmental conditions. This research aims to explore the optimization of student creativity based on the Adiwiyata School Program at Elementary School (SDN) 11 Sondakan, Surakarta. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Interview results were obtained from teachers, students, and the school principal conducted from August to November 2023, observing Adiwiyata program activities, and documenting related Adiwiyata activities. The validity of the data used the source triangulation technique, with an interactive model of data analysis consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the Adiwiyata program at SDN 11 Sondakan has a positive impact, evident in waste management, creative student activities, and school greening. The implications of this research can be used as a model for Adiwiyata implementation to enhance student creativity and environmental awareness in elementary school
ANALYSIS OF THE RAW NOODLE BUSINESS IN LOKTABAT UTARA VILLAGE, NORTH BANJARBARU DISTRICT
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the process of making raw noodles, analyze costs, revenues, profits, business feasibility, and the challenges faced during production. The research uses a case study method focused on the home industry business Widodo Food. Data collected includes both primary and secondary sources. The noodle-making process involves ingredient preparation, mixing, sheet formation, noodle cutting, rolling, and packaging. The results show the total cost of the raw noodle business is IDR 158,510,329 per month, with a production volume of 20,020 kg per month and a selling price of IDR 13,000 per kg. Consequently, the business generates a monthly revenue of IDR 260,260,000 and a profit of IDR 101,749,671. With an R/C Ratio of 1.64, the business is considered feasible. Student involvement in organizational activities such as student activities units (UKM) aims to shape the character of achievement. This study aims to reveal the driving force for students to join UKM. In turn, activities in UKM make education valuable for the formation of student character based on the value of achievement. As the research method, a qualitative research approach was chosen through the case study method at UKM FKIP Mengajar Lambung Mangkurat University. The result of the study illustrates that students are encouraged to participate in activities because of the need for achievement, power or leadership, and social relationships or interactions with other people and groups. This drive makes the student’s character stronger and can become their provision as agents of change

Kebugaran jasmani akan mendukung dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Peningkatan kebugaran jasmani dapat tingkatkan dengan olahraga atau kegiatan rutin. Telah banyak program peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang dilakukan, baik itu dengan biaya yang murah dan menyenangkan. Dalam lingkungan Pendidikan selain pendidik maupun pengajar, mahasiswa semua terlibat dan harus tetap menjaga kebugaran jasmani nya. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, diketahui bahwa kebugaran jasmani sangat penting bagi siapapun terutama mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani ataupun atlet. Kebugaran jasmani dapat dilakukan dengan melalui serangkaian tes, seperti lari cepat 60 meter, tes gantung angkat tubuh 60 detik, tes loncat tegak, tes baring duduk 60 detik, dan Bleep Tes. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tahun akademik 2020/2021 Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Kegiatan penelitian dalam melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani masa transisi endemi Covid -19 terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan nilai hasil kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa angkatan 2020/2021 Pendidikan Jasmani FIK UNJ sebanyak 8 (30%) mahasiswa berada dibawah rata-rata

Get PDFGangguan psikologis akibat media sosial menjadi ancaman baru yang hadir pada perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Kurangnya kesadaran para pengguna terus memperparah fenomena yang terjadi. Detoks media sosial menjadi media pengobatan untuk meminimalisir dan mengatasi fenomena ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja gangguan yang terjadi, bagaimana proses yang dilakukan, mengetahui dampak detoks, dan hambatan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teori resistensi media. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, pencarian internet, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya paparan berlebih akibat media sosial dapat memengaruhi pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan sehingga menyebabkan gangguan psikologis. Detoks memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi para korban sehingga mampu keluar dari gangguan psikologis yang terjadi. Hambatan yang dialami berupa hambatan internal dan eksternal, berupa rasa bosan, takut tertinggal kabar terkini, kecanduan media sosial, tuntutan pekerjaan, serta menuntut ilmu. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahaya paparan media sosial yang berlebihan, cara mengatasi gangguan serta meminimalisir dampaknya dengan pengobatan detoks media sosial.Kata Kunci: Detoks Media Sosial; Gangguan Psikologis; Ketergantungan; Media Sosial; Resistensi Media
The Influence of Green Work Environment and Work Facilities on Employee Performance
No full textThis research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities on employee performance, as well as the partial influence of these factors on employee performance at the Mojoroto District Office in Kediri City. This is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Mojoroto District Office in Kediri City, totaling 36 people, with the sample taken being 36 respondents or the entire population. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities simultaneously affect employee performance with an F-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The T-test results indicate that the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with significance values for the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities all being less than 0.05.
