Studi al-Qur’an dan Hadits Mengenai Konsep Tarbiyah Iradah dalam Konsepsi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM)
The lack of interest of the community in choosing Islamic education institutions is actually not because there has been a shift in Values â??â??or religious ties that are starting to fade, but because most existing Islamic education institutions are less promising in the future and less responsive to current and future demands and demands. In fact, there are at least three things that are considered by the community in choosing educational institutions, namely Values â??â??(religion), social status and ideals. The purpose of this article is to discuss the conception of Human Resource Management in students, especially related to Tarbiyatul Iradah. From the description that has been presented about the Study of the Qur\u27an and Hadith regarding the tarbiyah Iradah concept in the conception of Human Resource Management (HRM), it can be concluded as follows: 1) High quality human resources are resources that are able to create not only comparative value, but also innovative-generative competitive value using the highest energy such as intelligence, creativity, and imagination. 2) HR management that is effective and efficient towards our human beings, must go through four basic steps, namely; First, awareness that humans are servants of Allah SWT (Abdullah) and at the same time are His caliphs on earth; Secondly, as His caliph, every action must be based on the concept of being fair and not tyrannizing anyone; Third, synchronization between organizational goals and individual HR goals, namely Allah SWT, and; Fourth, the reference in human resource management is the character of the Prophet (Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh) 3) Tarbiyah as an effort in educating humans with the knowledge carried out by educators on the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of the main personality obedient to God, virtuous noble character, high knowledge and physical and spiritual health. The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. Ironically, not a few generations of Muslims who terpedaya with the trend. They make Western values as their standard of behavior and morals. Meanwhile, Islamic morality is increasingly felt strange and difficult to practice in the midst of society facing such problems plural and complex. From the analysis can be summarized as follows: 1) From the analysis it is known that the scientific approach to learning with an effect on achievement motivation in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Gresik Wringinanom value obtained Fhitung 15 641 (significance F = 0.000). So Fhitung> Ftabel (15 641> 1.60) or Sig F <5% (0.000 <0.05). This means that learning with the scientific approach effect on achievement motivation in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Gresik Wringinanom. then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and Working Hypothesis (H1) is accepted. 2) From the analysis show that the scientific approach to learning with an effect on learning achievement in grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Gresik Wringinanom value obtained Fhitung 2,924 (significance F = 0.009). Language is expected to help students recognize themselves, their culture and other cultures, express ideas and feelings, participate in societies that use the language, make responsible decisions on a personal and social level, discover and use the analytical and imaginative abilities present in him. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the difference of students\u27 learning motivation of Islamic Junior High School of Brawijaya Mojokerto and MTs Al Amin Sooko, Mojokerto Regency uses language learning with Discourse Competence. 2) To know the difference of learning achievement of students of Islamic Junior High School of Brawijaya City of Mojokerto and MTs Al Amin Sooko of Mojokerto Regency use language learning with Discourse Competence. 3) To know the interaction of language learning with Discourse Competence on student learning motivation and achievement in Islamic Junior High School of Mojokerto and MTs Al Amin Sooko, Mojokerto Regency. In this research object is students of Islamic Junior High School of Brawijaya City of Mojokerto and MTs Al Amin Sooko Mojokerto Regency Class VII of 150 students and 151 students. of the population members taken as samples were 93 respondents. From the results of the analysis, it is known that: 1) language learning with Discourse Competence has an effect on students\u27 learning motivation in Brawijaya Islamic Junior High School Mojokerto lower than in MTs Al Amin Sooko Mojokerto Regency. 2) language learning with Discourse Competence has an effect on learning achievement in Brawijaya Islamic Junior High School Mojokerto lower than in MTs Al Amin Sooko Mojokerto Regency. 3). Implementasi penilaian otentik dalam pembelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits di MTs Salafiyah Bidayatul Hidayah Mojogeneng Jatirejo Mojokerto
The problems in this research are: How is the description of the application of authentic assessment in learning Al Qur\u27an Hadits in MTs Salafiyah Bidayatul Hidayah Mojogeneng Jatirejo Mojokerto ?. How Efforts made by the teacher in applying authentic assessment in learning Al Qur\u27an Hadits MTs Salafiyah Bidayatul Hidayah Mojogeneng Jatirejo Mojokerto ?. What are the factors that support and obstruct efforts to improve the application of authentic assessment in the study of Al Qur\u27an Hadits MTs Salafiyah Bidayatul Hidayah Mojogeneng Jatirejo Mojokerto ?. This type of research is field research (field research) in the form of descriptive qualitative research. Instrument used in this research is interview. Therefore, the presence of researchers directly as a benchmark for success to understand the cases studied, so that the involvement of researchers directly and actively with informants and / or other data sources here is absolutely necessary. The results of the research indicate that: 1) the application of authentic judgment in learning Al Qur\u27an Hadith refers to the assessment of attitude competence through observation, self assessment, peer evaluation by learners and journals, knowledge through written test, test, and assignments, skills through performance appraisals, ie assessments that require learners to demonstrate a particular competence using practice tests, projects, and portfolio assessments. 2) Teachers\u27 efforts in applying authentic judgments in Al Qur\u27an learning Hadith based on field observations indicate that the scoring system used by teachers generally still uses paper and pencil tests of a small percentage of authentic assessments made by teachers in the form of classroom assessments through performance appraisals, portfolios , product, project, written, and self-assessment. 3) Supporting factors to increase the application of authentic assessment in learning Al Qur\u27an Hadith: (1) competence possessed by teachers, (2) students\u27 readiness, (3) leadership pattern of headmaster, (4) realization of conducive learning environment, 5) the existence of a laboratory of worship, and (6) the existence of extra-curricular activities. And the inhibiting factors: (1) the lack of socialization of the curriculum of 2013, especially among teachers, given the inadequate timeframe, hastened impression of the national policy on curriculum change from KTSP into the curriculum of 2013, (2) an Hadith is only 3 hours during the week, mainly to measure students\u27 competence achievement in the affective domain, (3) the number of students in one class is big enough, and (4) less optimal participation of parents of learners
