    Dialog Antar Agama di Era Digital: Analisis Podcast "Berbeda Tapi Bersama" Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar

    This article aims to analyse the study of religious tolerance presented on Habib Husein Ja’far al-Hadar’s podcast channel. In the digital era, preachers are challenged to package the content they deliver in engaging ways while addressing various circulating issues. The podcast hosted by Habib Husein Ja’far al-Hadar discusses light yet substantive explanations regarding the religious practices of Indonesian society. Religion and indigenous beliefs in Indonesia are explored through conversational, dialogic, and humorous discussions between two speakers. This study uses a qualitative research method with content analysis as its primary analytical approach. To strengthen the research, the author also employs library research by reviewing various relevant literature. The primary data source of this research is Habib Ja’far al-Hadar’s podcast channel, supported by books and scholarly articles related to the theme of religious tolerance. The findings indicate that several episodes of the Noice podcast “Berbeda Tapi Bersama” reveal crucial points for the future of tolerance in Indonesia. The author identifies several indications, including that each religion offers exemplary teachings and encourages respect for the principles and rules of other religions. Each religion has points of convergence and similarities, even if its intentions and values differ. These elements demonstrate strong respect and tolerance, with dialogue serving as a key foundation for sustaining diversity

    Management Training to Improve the Effectiveness of Student Development at Mahad Tahfidz Darul Falah, Selangor, Malaysia

    This community service was carried out at Ma'had Tahfidz Darul Falah, Selangor, Malaysia, involving 15 core administrators of Ma'had using a participatory-educational approach. The community service activities were divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage and identification of needs through field observation and interviews. The implementation stage of training in the form of a three-day intensive workshop that integrated interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simulations of organizational structure preparation and annual work program planning as well as the evaluation and follow-up stage in the form of evaluation. The results of the community service showed improvements in the managerial awareness of administrators, a more systematic organizational structure arrangement, increased communication and coordination between administrators, and more structured and sustainable program planning.     Penguatan Kompetensi Guru TPQ, TPSQ, dan Tahfizh Melalui Program Pelatihan Terpadu Di Kenagarian Kandang Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung

    The integrated training program for TPQ, TPSQ, and Tahfizh teachers in Kenagarian Kandang Baru, Sijunjung Regency, was designed to address the low pedagogical competence, teaching skills, and classroom management capabilities among Qur’anic educators. The three-day training involved 23 participants and used a comprehensive approach combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. The training modules included teaching by heart, TPQ management, effective Qur’anic teaching strategies, as well as reinforcement of tajwid and tahsin. Evaluation results indicated that 90% of participants significantly improved their understanding of child-centered teaching methods and were able to apply more engaging and enjoyable tahfizh approaches. Moreover, 83% of participants demonstrated the ability to integrate talaqqi, tikrar, and educational games into their teaching practices. The program also encouraged strong commitment from the local government to continue the initiative through follow-up training and ongoing monitoring. Collaboration between educators and local authorities was directed toward establishing a sustainable learning community to foster an adaptive and high-quality Qur’anic education ecosystem. This initiative serves as a promising model of locally rooted teacher empowerment that could be replicated in other regions seeking to strengthen non-formal Islamic education institutions

    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIOVISUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FIQIH DI MTs DARUSSALAM KUMALASA

    Learning fiqh material has been delivered using conventional methods, namely lectures. This method leaves many problems, especially regarding learning effectiveness and student involvement. Therefore, a model that integrates technology into learning is needed, one of which is the use of audiovisual media. This media not only allows the delivery of information visually and auditorily but also offers opportunities to increase active student involvement through interesting and easy-to-understand material. So the use of audiovisual media can be a solution to overcome some of the shortcomings of the lecture method. This study focuses on 1) The learning process using audiovisuals at MTs Darussalam, and 2) The effectiveness of utilizing audiovisual media in teaching fiqh in class IX. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The subjects of the study were fiqh teachers who used audiovisuals and 32 class IX students. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study found that 1) Learning by utilizing audiovisual media in fiqh learning in class IX MTs Darussalam Kumalasa has been implemented well. This can be seen from several aspects such as specific planning and selection of audiovisual video content that is relevant to the material being delivered. 2) The effectiveness of the use of audiovisual media in fiqh learning in class IX MTs Darussalam Kumalasa can be measured through various indicators, such as increased learning outcomes. This is reflected in the level of learning outcomes and student understanding that has increased, with a percentage of 27 students, or 84.37% having achieved KKM, from previously only 17 students,s or 57.12%. There are only 5 students or 15.63% who have not achieved KKM, from previously 15 students, ts or 46.88% who have not achieved KKM

    This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and identify supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving students' religious attitudes through IPNU and IPPNU extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Mualimin Mualimat Rembang. This study uses a qualitative approach of case study type, with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study reveals that PAI teachers act as mentors, motivators, and role models in religious activities. These extracurricular activities have proven effective in shaping students' religious character and increasing their understanding of religious teachings. However, there are challenges in implementing the role of teachers, such as limited time and the support needed. This study reveals that the active participation of PAI teachers in extracurricular activities is crucial to achieving the desired goals of religious education

    ANALISIS ASSESMENT KOMPETENSI KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR DALAM PERKULIAHAN MICRO TEACHING BERBASIS NILAI KEISLAMAN PADA MAHASISWA PAI

    This research aims to analyze the evaluation results of micro teaching lectures for Islamic Education students using assessment indicators of teaching skills based on Islamic values. Islamic Education students are prepared to become prospective Islamic Education teachers through basic teaching skills that consist of skills in opening, explaining, questioning, providing reinforcement, variation, using media, managing the classroom, and closing the learning process. The observation results show that the Islamic Education students have not optimally implemented Islamic values in micro teaching practices. The preliminary questionnaire results with two indicators, opening and questioning skills, indicate that 70% of respondents are not skilled in using Islamic values. This research uses a mixed method approach by combining analysis of the results of a questionnaire on Islamic teaching skills, with coursework grades and interviews. The results show that the highest micro teaching skills based on Islamic values are found in the indicators "delivering learning objectives in an Islamic way" and "providing a review of the material and relevant connections with Islamic concepts through verses and hadiths," both of which achieved 100% (Very Skilled). In contrast, the skills with the lowest achievement of Islamic values are found in the indicator "preparing students' mental state in an Islamic way," with a percentage of 50% (Less Skilled)

    Understanding the Role of Educators: Teachers’ Awareness of Character Education in Indonesia

    Educators or teachers play a fundamental role in the field of education, not only as instructors but also as mentors in shaping students' character. Character education is an essential aspect of forming individuals with noble morals, in line with national educational goals. However, teachers' awareness of this role remains a challenge that needs attention. This study aims to raise teachers' awareness of the importance of character education in shaping students who are not only academically intelligent but also morally upright. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, where data is collected through literature reviews from books, journals, and other academic sources. The findings indicate that teachers, as role models in character development, bear a significant responsibility that cannot be carried out individually. Synergy among teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders is necessary to create an educational environment conducive to character development. Additionally, character education should be integrated into the learning process so that students achieve a balance between intellectual and moral intelligence, enabling them to face life’s challenges more effectivel

    Implementation of Training Management for Leadership Development

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of training management in supporting leadership development, identify obstacles encountered, and formulate effective strategies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that: the implementation of training management has been carried out systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Training planning is based on competency needs, HR nomination results, and the results of coordination with educational and industrial stakeholders. The training implementation uses a blended learning approach and involves professional instructors from both internal and external sources. Training evaluation is conducted using an outcomes-based model to ensure participants can apply leadership skills in the workplace. The main obstacles faced include the high turnover of school principals that hinders program sustainability, limited teacher participation due to geographical and information constraints, and the limited number of experienced instructors. However, BBPPMPV BBL has responded to these challenges by developing an online monitoring system, expanding partnerships, and refining the mapping of training needs periodically. Strategies to improve the effectiveness of training management are carried out through a cross-sectoral collaborative approach, the integration of a merit system in participant selection, and an emphasis on strengthening leadership character based on the values of integrity, adaptability, and innovation.     The low reading interest among students remains a challenge in education as it directly affects their academic achievement. To address this issue, MTs Baiturrohim Blimbing Jombang has implemented a literacy program integrated into the learning process. This study aims to describe the implementation of the literacy program, its influence on students’ reading interest and academic achievement, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its execution. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the school principal, literacy program teachers, and students. The findings reveal that the literacy program is carried out through structured reading activities, the provision of reading corners in each classroom, library facilities, the use of educational technology, and the integration of literacy into various subjects. The program has successfully fostered reading interest, enhanced learning motivation, and positively impacted students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Supporting factors include the availability of learning facilities, technology, and internet access, while inhibiting factors involve students’ low reading ability, limited book collections, inadequate technological resources, uneven internet access, and insufficient supervision of digital device usage. This study recommends improving reading skills training, increasing book and technology resources, expanding internet coverage, and strengthening the supervision of technology use to ensure the literacy program’s optimal and sustainable implementation

    This local Islamic religious content is an evolution of the learning system that is generally implemented in all Tsanawiyah madrasas, because from the start it was implemented in a special way. To maintain the madrasah tradition in maintaining the mastery paradigm of "Understanding of Islamic Religion". The research method uses literature research. With analytical content. The new view assumes that the curriculum is not only limited to a number of subjects. However, the curriculum is considered as a learner's learning experience. The curriculum is all activities carried out by students both inside and outside the school as long as these activities are under the responsibility of the teacher and the school. The new view in terms of learning psychology assumes that learning is not just gathering a number of knowledge. However, it is more to the process of changing behavior.
