PENGEMBANGAN GAME EDUCATION PEMBELAJARAN PKN MATERI MENGHARGAI KEPUTUSAN BERSAMA DI KELAS V SD
Get PDFAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game education pada pelajaran PKn materi menghargai keputusan bersama kelas V SD. Media game education tersebut untuk memudahkan siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran PKn materi menghargai keputusan bersama. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan R&D (research and development) dengan model ADDIE yaitu analisis, design, development, implemetation, evaluatation. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, Desain produk menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz. Penilaian produk game education divalidasi oleh ahli media dan materi yaitu dua dosen Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-washliyah Medan. Hasil dari penilaian dari tahap validasi dijadikan bahan dalam melakukan revisi game education. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi oleh validator ahli materi dan media game education pembelajaran IPA materi menghargai keputusan bersama termasuk dalam kategori “baik†dan layak digunakan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media game education pada pelajaran PKn kelas V SD layak digunakan oleh sekolah, guru, dan siswa.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan game education, Pembelajaran PKn

Partisipasi masyarakat membutuhkan keterlibatan penuh dari para seluruh rakyat dalam mengambil keputusan, menjalankan keputusan dan bertanggung jawab pada keputusan yang telah disepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman keluarga prajurit TNI Angkatan Laut dalam aturan netralitas TNI dalam Pemilihan Walikota Surabaya 2020, menganalisa bentuk partisipasi politik keluarga prajurit TNI Angkatan Laut pada Pemilihan Walikota Surabaya 2020, dan menganalisa implikasi netralitas prajurit TNI Angkatan Laut pada keluarga dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Walikota Surabaya 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi serta dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga prajurit TNI Angkatan Laut sudah mengetahui aturan netralitas TNI pada Pemilu. Dalam pelaksanaan haknya, keluarga anggota TNI yang masuk menjadi warga sipil hanya berpartisipasi sebagai pemilih belum ada sebagai petugas pemilihan dan juga sebagai anggota tim sukses. No full textOsteoarthritis is the common form of arthritis. Indonesian prevalention of radiologic knee osteoarthritis was 15.5% in man and 12.7% in women. Indonesian prevalention of osteoarthritis was high and need special attention because of the complication which occurred, such as patient handicap and movement problems. While increasing of Indonesian time period of life expentancy caused higher number of osteoarthritis population. According to data of WHO: Indonesian time period of life expentancy was 68 years old at 2009 which asummed follow by one to two million handycap patient. This number getting higher and higher in the future equal with increasing of senille population in Indonesia. Osteoarthritis is caused by multifactorial and chronic progressive disease, so it badly impact to patient morbidity. Pathogenesis of osteoarthritis not clear enough, some scientists declared that osteoarthritis was a degenerative disease and the others declared as an inflamation disease. According to many predispossing factors caused to ostheoarthritis, an adequate prevention was available to depress number of osteoarthritis case in the future. Therefore some continuing study of epidemiology, pathogenesis, risk factors as basic science, to provide development of compact pathogenesis process to support an adequate preventional management in the future

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of the drug ciprofloxacindivided doses (2 X 500 mg. for five days) to prevent gonorrhea disease resistance. From the results of this study can beseen, that the administration of Ciprofloxacin therapy divided doses (2 X 500 mg per day up to 5 days) for patientsurethriris gonorhoea, it shows significantly better results when compared with single dose of 1500 mg

Get PDFVarious universities founded as research universities in the 19th century conducted research that assisted the progress of various fields in European and American countries. Research universities/research-based universities are characterized by the presence of research activities in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Several universities in Indonesia have declared themselves to be research universities, and others are in the process of doing so. Research universities must meet various indicators, all of which stem from research activities. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and compare the readiness of Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya (UWKS) to become a research university. One method for achieving these goals is the formation of research groups. This essay uses a narrative review design. A UWKS is a private university founded in 1981 in Surabaya, East Java. A long track record of research since its establishment is sufficient provision to prepare it to become a research university. This is also supported by the university's academic community and the foundation that manages it, when viewed from the vision, mission, and objectives. The formation of various research groups could be the start of the development of research universities. They will enable lecturers to produce targeted outputs as indicators of research performance, such as research groups for early detection of chronic degenerative diseases based on specific Indonesian polymorphisms. The paper's conclusion was that UWKS has the potential to become a research university based on its track record. The formation of many research groups is one way to accomplish this
The Effect of Patin Fish Oil Extract on LDL Cholesterol Levels Rattus norvegicus was Induced by Alloxan
Get PDFDiabetes mellitus is a chronic hyperglycemic syndrome that can be accompanied by lipid metabolism disorders. Alloxan is a diabetogenic agent that is associated with an increase in LDL cholesterol levels. Patin fish contain omega-3 and oleic acid, which can potentially reduce or control LDL cholesterol levels. This study aims to determine the effect of Patin fish (Pangasius hypothalmus) oil extract on LDL cholesterol levels of alloxan-induced Rattus norvegicus. The method of this study is the post-test-only control group design. Twenty-seven experimental animals were divided into 3 groups; (1) the 1st group was without treatment, (2) 2nd group was induced with 150 mg/kg BW alloxan on the 7th day; (3) 3rd group was induced with 150 mg/kg BW alloxan on the 7th day and given the Patin fish oil extract at a dose of 73 mg/kg BW on the 10th day for 14 days. Blood samples were taken on the 24th day to determine LDL cholesterol levels. The results of the One-Way ANOVA test showed a significant mean difference, p=0,001 (p<a). The results of the Post-Hoc LSD test showed a meant difference between the 1st group and the 2nd control group p=0,001 (p<a); 2nd group and 3rd group p=0,026 (p<a); between the 1st group and the 3rd group p=0,015 (p<a). Giving alloxan 150 mg/kg BW can significantly increase LDL cholesterol levels of Rattus norvegicus and administration of Patin fish oil extract 73 mg/kg BW can significantly reduce LDL cholesterol levels of Rattus norvegicus
