PERBANDINGAN RESPONS STRUKTUR GEDUNG BETON BERTULANG TERHADAP BEBAN GEMPA DENGAN VARIASI PENEMPATAN DINDING GESER
Get PDFABSTRAK: Bangunan tingkat tinggi merupakan solusi pembangunan bagi wilayah yang padat penduduknya sehingga sering dijumpai di berbagai kota besar di Indonesia. Konsep perencanaan metode desain ultimit yang membuat dimensi elemen struktur relatif lebih langsing atau kecil membuat struktur bangunan tingkat tinggi rawan terhadap pembebanan lateral, khususnya terkait simpangan lateral struktur. Penambahan dinding geser pada struktur biasanya dilakukan untuk menambah kekakuan lateral struktur, sehingga bangunan dapat memenuhi syarat simpangan yang diizinkan oleh SNI 03-1726-2019 pasal 7.8.6. Dinding geser pada struktur sebaiknya didesain dan ditempatkan sedemikian rupa agar memberikan ketahanan lateral yang cukup, mereduksi simpangan serta tidak menimbulkan efek puntir pada struktur. Penempatan dinding geser berpengaruh pada respons struktur bangunan. Penelitian ini akan membandingkan respons struktur dengan 3 (tiga) variasi yang berbeda yaitu struktur beton bertulang tanpa dinding geser (SW-0), struktur beton bertulang dengan dinding geser di tepi bangunan (SW-1) dan struktur beton bertulang dengan dinding geser di tengah bangunan (SW-2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permodelan SW-2 dimana dinding geser terletak di tengah bangunan memiliki respons struktur yang paling baik dalam menahan beban lateral. Permodelan SW-2 memenuhi persyaratan sistem ganda, simpangan antar lantai ijin, pengaruh P-delta serta memiliki nilai simpangan maksimum terkecil yaitu sebesar 19,297 mm. This study aims to determine the behavior of students seeking information through social media as a fulfillment of knowledge about academics and student affairs based on the theoretical model of Carol Kuhlthau, namely the information search process. In this model the information search process is divided into 6 stages, namely the initiation stage, the selection stage, the exploration stage, the preparation stage, the collection stage and the presentation stage. Methods. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population of this researcher is followers of the Instagram account @liscarehimaka as many as 525 and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling which produces a sample of 84 respondents. Data Analysis. The data analysis method used is in the form of table analysis and category calculations with interval limit formulas. Result and Discussion. As a result, some social work assistance processes have shifted to an online system. Such conditions demand social work education to equip students with digital skills. Research Purpose. This study tries to explain the importance of digital skills in social work education. Methods. This research method uses a literature study by reviewing various literature on digital literacy in social work education. Data Analysis. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing secondary data into themes. Social work education curricula must be responsive to the demands of digitalization in some social worker assistance practices. Result and Discussion. The use of ICT in social work education must refer to the standards formulated by professional organizations. Social work educators and students must be aware that digitizing social work practices is only a means of facilitating services, not an end. Conclusion. Digital literacy is a necessity in social work education. The results of the simultaneous multiple linear analysis of labor, working hours and labor wages together affect the income of traders. Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to look at how workload and workplace conflict affect employees' intentions to leave their jobs at the PT Surganya Motor Indonesia branch in Surabaya. Workload, work conflict, and turnover intention are the three variables included in this study. The investigation examines 90 samples using a quantitative methodology. Questionnaires are used to gather data, and random sampling procedures are used to choose the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique used for the analysis. As shown by a beta value of -1.141 and a Sig. Level of 0.070, the results of the research show that workload has no discernible influence on turnover intention. Work conflict, on the other hand, is discovered to have an impact on turnover intention, with a beta value of 0.170 and a Sig level of 0.012. The sampling method chosen was a sample and population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period and produced 44 data. The research data was analyzed using the classical assumption test to meet the requirements of the t (partial) significance test, the simultaneous significance test f. and moderated regression analysis. Data processing shows that conservatism affects profitability, CEO turnover affects profitability and CEO turnover does not moderate the effect of accounting conservatism on profitability, strengthened by the absence of significant interactions

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the improvement of teacher performance in learning using the CTL learning model through clinical supervision at SMPN 1 Telen, Telen District, East Kutai Regency. carried out in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. The research stages are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were class teachers at SMPN 1 Telen in the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation activities. The data collection tool in this school action research activity uses 3 (three) assessment instruments, namely the Learning Implementation Plan Assessment (RPP), the Learning Planning Ability Assessment Instrument, and the Learning Implementation Ability Assessment Instrument, Evaluation, Follow-up. Data validation uses data and source triangulation. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the implementation of classroom supervision by the principal has proven to be successful in improving the performance of teachers for each subject at SMPN 1 Telen in managing the learning process by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model as evidenced by the increase in the results of observations carried out in 3 apeks. evaluation. In the aspect of the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) increased from 36.50 to 66.65 and 92.82 while the aspect of the assessment of the ability to plan learning increased from 53.62 to 77.66 and 88.61 and the aspect of the ability to carry out learning, evaluation, follow up continued from 54.24 to 75.73 and 84.47 at the end of the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision has proven to be effective in improving the performance of SMPN 1 Telen teachers for the 2019/2020 academic year in implementing the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model
PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS AKTIVITAS PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS MATERI SUMBER DAYA ALAM KELAS IV SD
Get PDFAbstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media LKPD pada materi sumber daya alam kelas IV SD. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) dan model pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. 1. Analysis, 2. Perancangan (design), 3. Pengembangan (development), 4. Implementasi (implementation), 5. Evaluasi (evalution). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, desain produk menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Penilaian media LKPD divalidasi oleh ahli media dan materi yaitu dua dosen Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-washliyah Medan. Hasil dari penilaian dari tahap validasi dijadikan bahan dalam melakukan revisi LKPD. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS menggunakan media LKPD dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa kelas IV SD, hal ini terbukti dari hasil validasi para ahli media yang mendapat tanggapan layak digunakan setelah revisi sedangkan validasi ahli materi mendapat tanggapan layak digunakan dengan materi.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan LKPD, Pembelajaran IPS

It also describes the process of cadre of women to be actively involved in political activities through leadership training. Also observe deeply the partiality of women in institutional affirmative action. Describe the various concrete experiences experienced by women in their political activities and what the party has done in preparing female cadres in the DPD Golkar Party, Kabupaten Magetan. Using the descriptive-qualitative method, this study found the active dynamics of women in the management of the Golkar Party in Kabupaten Magetan , East Java. Although there were various obstacles faced by female cadres in participating, the Golkar Party as a mature organization is ready to educate its female cadres to participate equally with men. Likewise, there is no difference in treatment in providing an opportunity for opinion and position in the activities of the Golkar Party organization in Kabupaten Magetan, East Java.
