Get PDFThe sale and purchase of positions as a form of corruption in the selection process for local government positions in Indonesia is a violation of law and public morals. Corruption is a complex social phenomenon that requires an objective study and can be studied from various fields, one of which is sociology. This study aims to explain the sociological perspective on buying and selling positions as a form of corruption in local government. The method of this study is a literature study with seven steps based on the Cornell University model. This study helps to understand corruption through selling and purchasing positions from a sociological perspective. So far, corruption studies have been mostly from a legal and political perspective. Based on the study conducted, there are three theories to explain this reality, namely social exchange theory, rational choice theory, and Weber's theory of bureaucracy. Social exchange theory sees the phenomenon of corruption as a form of the exchange relationship between actors involved in buying and selling positions that tend to be corrupt. The rational choice theory sees the buying and selling of positions and corruption as models of human behavior are the results of the selfish preferences of individuals. Weber's model explains the sale and purchase of positions and corruption as a form of deviation from public officials in the legal-rational system (bureaucracy). Based on the explanations of the three theories, the sociological explanation of corruption through the sale and purchase of positions in local government may contradict the legal and political explanations.Keywords: Corruption, Buying And Selling Positions, Sociology Perspectiv

Get PDFThe Village Law mandates village administration to realize good village governance. One indicator of the achievement of good village governance is the accountability of village government and the fulfillment of the rights of villagers. Accountability in practice has two mechanisms, namely vertical accountability and horizontal accountability. However, the two mechanisms are considered incapable of realizing good village governance because there are still loopholes for corrupt behavior in government. So there must be another mechanism, namely social accountability mechanisms. This study uses the method of a literature review. Data collection was carried out by extracting library sources that were relevant to the topic of study. Through the application of the principle of social accountability, village residents will be directly involved in supervising the administration of the village government and will hold them accountable for the policies and services that have been carried out by the village government. So that the application of social accountability can be a catalyst or tool in realizing good village governance.Keywords: Social Accountability; Good governance; Village Administration
Analisis sitasi berdasarkan indikator luaran pada Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Politeknik Negeri Bali tahun 2018-2020
Get PDFSejak tahun ke tahun telah banyak artikel atau karya ilmiah yang terbit. Melalui referensi yang ada di dalam artikel, bisa dihitung pola penggunaan literatur menggunakan analisi sitasi. Dari perhitungan tersebut akan didapat informasi tentang sitasi yang dianggap usang ataupun valid. Metode analisis sitasi yang digunakan adalah bibliometrika, yaitu menggunakan Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Politeknik Negeri Bali dalam rentan tahun 2018-2020. Dalam 3 tahun tersebut, jurnal tersebut telah menerbitkan 9 issue dengan berisikan total 68 artikel penelitian di dalamnya. Hasil yang ditemukan setelah menganalisis sitasi pada seluruh artikel tersebut adalah didapatkan nilai half life sebesar 12,6 tahun sehinggal usia paruh hidupnya 13 tahun. Sitiran yang disitir dari tahun 1950 sampai tahun 1962 sebanyak 3 sitiran dianggap usang sedangkan sitiran yang disitir dibawah 1962 sampai dengan tahun 2020 sebanyak 1027 sitiran merupakan sitiran yang baru dan dianggap valid. Non-cash payment systems are represented by debit/debit cards, credit cards/credit cards and electronic money/e-money using time series data (January 2010 – December 2020) with E.C.M.(Error Correction Model). The conclusion obtained shows that the transaction volume of debit/debit cards, credit cards/credit cards and electronic money/e-money in the short term/short term has no effect on economic growth in Indonesia and the volume of card transactions in the long term/long term has negative relationship with economic growth in Indonesia

In fulfilling customer satisfaction, that is, if the quality of the product to be provided by the company is in accordance with the wishes of the customer, entrepreneurs can be increased their market share through quality fulfillment by providing product excellence and customer value. Customer satisfaction can be created through product quality, customer value (customer value) provided to customers. This study discusses customer satisfaction at the COWCAR branded Cowskin Rambak Krupuk Company in Magetan. This study tested two independent variables, namely product quality and customer value which can affect the dependent, namely customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by using a questionnaire method to 123 customer respondents of the Cattle Skin Crackers Rambak Company with SAPI LANCAR stamp. Data collection techniques in this study using purposive sampling method and non-probability sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis for its data analysis technique, where the results show that product quality has a significant effect with a value of 0.027 and customer value has a significant effect with a value of 0.000 on customer satisfaction

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, compensation and competence on employee performance at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Case Study of the Gempolkrep Project partially and simultaneously. This study has a population of 104 at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) – Gempolkrep Mojokerto Project and using 83 respondents, so this study uses simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula in sampling with a target number of 83 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire which is distributed using google form with the help of social media. And then the data is managed and tested using the SPSS 26 software application. All statements in this research questionnaire have met the requirements and have been declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test on the normality test are normally distributed. In the heteroscedasticity test there is no heteroscedasticity problem and the multicollinearity test is not exposed to multicollinearity problems.Based on the hypothesis test using the t test, it shows that partially the work environment has no positive and insignificant effect with a t-count value (-0.111) < (2.020), while compensation with a t-count value of 2.524 and competence with a t-count value of 5.793 this states that this variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gempolkrep Project Case Study because the value of t count is greater than t table with a value of 2,020. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test using the F test shows that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment, compensation, and competence on the performance of employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gempolkrep Project Case Study. This is indicated by the value of the calculated F results from the work environment, compensation, and competence variables of 3.328 while the F table value is 2.833, this proves that the calculated F value > F table and can be interpreted that simultaneously the variables of work environment, compensation, and competence has a significant effect on employee performance variables

The population in this study were Lattas employees at the Surabaya City Labor Office, which consisted of 38 people, 31 assistants and seven administrative staff. The sampling analysis technique data used the census technique so that the sample studied was the entire population with 38 people. The analysis technique used in this study used multiple linear regression, while the t-test was the method to test the hypothesis. Get PDF Penggunaan media pembelajaran penting dalam pembelajaran, salah satu faktor rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik sehingga siswa motivasi belajar siswa rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan respon siswa dalam pemanfaatan media youtube pada pembelajaran IPS materi Pahlawanku di kelas 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif diskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, serta lembar angket respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian aktivitas guru menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 88%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 8.1%, menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik. Adapun nilai yang didapat dari angket respon siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 86%, dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media youtube sangat efektif dan layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah guru dan siswa saat proses pembelajaran IPS materi pahlawanku. Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada Materi Gerhana Matahari dan Bulan Menggunakan Metode Demonstrasi di Kelas VI SDN Dlemer
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerhana matahari dan bulan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes untuk penilaian hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya yaitu dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan sebanyak (25,52) dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa diperoleh (54,73) dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 37,5% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa (80,25) dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 86,5%. Penggunaan metode demonstrasi dalam proses pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, aktif, kreatif dan tidak membosankan sehingga dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerhana matahari dan bulan
