The demanding nature of work and multifaceted roles in the banking industry have positioned Work-life balance, workload, and work motivation as crucial determinants of employee performance. This research adopts a quantitative methodology with a descriptive-associative framework, involving 100 participants from the Greater Jakarta region (Jabodetabek). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. Findings reveal that Work-life balance significantly and positively influences employee performance. Furthermore, it demonstrates a significant negative relationship with perceived workload, while its direct impact on work motivation is not statistically significant. Similarly, work motivation and workload do not directly affect performance significantly; nonetheless, both serve as mediators in the indirect pathway linking Work-life balance to performance. These outcomes underscore the pivotal role of Work-life balance in enhancing employee performance, directly and indirectly, through its effects on perceived workload and internal motivation. As such, Work-life balance should be prioritized in human resource management policies within the financial services industr

KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL PROYEK INVESTASI PENGEBUNAN JERUK KEPROK TEJAKULA DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI: Financial Feasibility of The Tejakula Tangerine Plantation Investment Project in Banyuwangi Regency

Since 2014, Siam tangerine farmers in Temurejo Village, located in Banyuwangi Regency, have begun transitioning from Siam tangerine cultivation to Tejakula tangerine. This commodity shift aligns with agricultural policy set by the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture. However, the growth and yield performance of Tejakula tangerine cultivated in monoculture systems in Banyuwangi has been suboptimal compared to its development in Bali Province—the origin of the Tejakula tangerine germplasm. This study aims to assess the financial feasibility of a monoculture Tejakula tangerine plantation investment project in Banyuwangi Regency. The findings indicate that, financially, the investment is viable on a per-hectare basis. Furthermore, even under a scenario of a 5% decline in both yield and market price, coupled with a 5% increase in variable operational costs (assuming other factors remain constant), the project remains financially feasible. Among these variables, reductions in yield and price are relatively more sensitive in influencing the project's financial viability. Creating an Inclusive City in Bandung: The Role of Communities in Addressing Social Exclusion

Transgender women in Indonesia frequently face social exclusion in various aspects of life, including education, employment, and access to healthcare. When associated with HIV/AIDS, their position becomes even more marginalized due to the double stigmatization attached to gender identity and health status. This study aims to describe the forms of social exclusion experienced by transgender women and to examine how Yayasan Srikandi Pasundan in Bandung serves as a safe and inclusive space for transgender individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. The findings reveal that transgender women with HIV/AIDS experience exclusion through healthcare denial, social alienation, and limited access to basic rights. On the other hand, Yayasan Srikandi Pasundan plays an important role as an alternative space that not only provides health services but also fosters community solidarity and the restoration of collective dignity. This study highlights the importance of community-based support in addressing the layered marginalization faced by transgender women in realizing an inclusive city, where every individual, including marginalized groups, can access basic rights equally. Keywords:  HIV/AIDS, social inclusion, policy, waria community, stigm
