Women's Socio-Economic Status in The Putting-out System of Work During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFAbstractThis study focuses on studying the socio-economic status of women in the putting-out system of work during the Covid-19 pandemic. This work affects women in the social status and economic conditions of the family. The women of putting-out system struggle to earn income in order to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study purposes analyze the socio-economic practices carried out by women during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with informants in this study. This study produces the following prepositions: first, putting-out system work improves women's social status; second, the working of the putting-out system is an arena for fighting for family survival during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher concludes that the social practice of putting-out system work is interrelated with the social status of women as workers, while at the same time maintaining economic sustainability for the needs of family life during the Covid-19 pandemic. Social status as a working woman is very important to increase women's bargaining power both within the family and in the local community.Keywords: socio-economic status, women worker, putting-out system work, the Covid-19 pandemi

Get PDFTujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian digital government. Penelitian ini menjadi penting untuk dikaji karena membahas mengenai kehadiran digital government yang menjadi salah satu inovasi dari pemerintah untuk menjawab tuntutan masyarakat atas persoalan pelayanan publik selama ini. E-government merupakan inisiatif penggunaan TIK untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efektivitas kinerja pemerintah dalam pemberian layanan publik yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Data analisis. Data dianalisis dan divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak Vosviewer berdasarkan network visualization, overlay visualization, dan density visualization. Selain itu, digunakan pula aplikasi biblioshiny untuk menganalisis dan memvisualisasi data berdasarkan worldcloud, co-occurrence network, dan thematic map. Hasil Penelitian. Analisis bibliometrik dengan visualisasi menggunakan VosViewer menemukan 4 cluster dari 157 item kata kunci terkait. Cluster pertama berwarna merah 54 items dengan kata kunci terbesar “sectorâ€. Sedangkan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan biblioshiny menunjukkan bahwa “e-government†merupakan kata yang paling dominan digunakan oleh para peneliti

The target studied is the extent to which poetry represents the real world or the sernesta and the possibility of intellectuality with other works. The relationship between reality and fiction in literature is a dialectical or ladder relationship. Mimesis is impossible without creation, but creation is impossible without mimesis. The dose and the relationship between the two can differ according to culture, according to the type of literature, era. author's personality, etc. But. one without the other is impossible. And, the final note that the fusion of creation and mimesis is not only true and true for literary writers. No less important for readers. He must also be aware that welcoming literary works requires him to combine mimetic activities with their creatives.Giving meaning to a literary work means a never-ending journey back and forth between the two realities and the imaginary world. Literary works are released and the reality loses something essential, namely the involvement of readers in human existence. Literary readers who lose the power of imagination eliminate something that is no less essential for humans, namely an alternative to existing existence with all its shortcomings. Or more simply. Get PDFThe Damarwulan Manuscript is an ancient script that tells of the Majapahit Kingdom when it was led by Ratu Kencana Wungu. The story begins with the death of the last Prabu Brawijaya. Because he did not have a son to inherit his throne, Prabu Brawijaya finally passed his throne to his daughter who was only fourteen years old. The culture continued by Ratu Kencana Wungu can be seen in several texts in the manuscript. The purpose of this study is to describe the culture of the Majapahit Kingdom during the time of Ratu Kencana Wungu which is reflected in the Damarwulan manuscript. The data obtained as a source in the research is that Damarwulan's manuscript has been translated and translated by the National Library, published in book form in 2021, totaling 122 pages. The data obtained for this research is in the form of qualitative data in the form of copies of Damarwulan's manuscript translation and translation. Strengthening the cultural explanation in the Damarwulan manuscript uses a descriptive qualitative method with the knowledge of Cultural History. Pengaruh Aktivitas Bisnis Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
Get PDFThe purpose of research is to analyze the impact of business activities on firms in terms of working capital, receivables, and fixed assets. A manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this study was that of several manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and the sample was selected for inclusion based on data meeting 92 criteria. We used a randomized approach and regression analysis. The results show that working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover together affect the value of a company. But in reality, only part of the working capital has a significant impact on the company, while accounts receivable and fixed assets have no impact on the company's production. This is the first indication that companies that manage their operations (working capital in circulation) well have an impact on their share prices
Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) Flour as an Alternative Culture Media for the Growth of Escherichia coli and Bacillus cereus
Get PDFThe high cost of bacterial growth culture media can result in obstacles in the process of practicum or research in the field of microbiology. Date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is the oldest fruit plant that grows in the Arabian Peninsula, North Africa and the Middle East. Dates are a source of high energy food with sugar content of 72% - 88%. This research was conducted to test the ability of date palm flour to grow Escherichia coli and Bacillus cereus bacteria as an alternative medium to replace NA media. In this study using total number of bacteria/ TPC (Total Plate Count) method to calculated the number of colonies of bacteria. The results of this study the number of colonies of Escherichia coli bacteria was more than the number of colonies of Bacillus cereus, that is 54 x 105CFU/g on concentration media 8 gr. When compared with NA media, date palm flour media can be used as an inexpensive alternative culture medium for bacteria

Get PDFThis reseach aims to asses the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand association to purchase decision for eiger products to outdoor activists in Surabaya. The reseach approach used is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this reseach are outdoor activists who are members of Mapala Kawaru and Mahapala UPN totaling 886 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this reseach indicate that the variables of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations have a significant simultaneous effect on the purchasing decisions. Partially, brand awareness and brand association variables have significant effect on the purchasing decisions. While the perceived quality variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this reseach stated that brand association is the most dominant variable

Dalam Penlitian ini Menggunakan Iklan Skincare Nature Republik yang di sponsori Boyband Group Korea Selatan. Dari adanya Maskulinitas yang dibintangi Boyband Korea (EXO) Tersebut dipaparkan adanya bentuk tanda bahwasannya Skincare Tersebut juga bisa dinikmati oleh Kaum laki-laki. Maksud dari penelitian ini berdasarkan melalui adanya Iklan Tersebut terdapat banyaknya tanda dan penanda dan juga Makna Konotasi dan Juga Makna denotasi pada iklan tersebut. Karena dari itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara menganalisis bentuk semiotika pada iklan skincare nature republic menggunakan teori dari Roland Barthes. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical, psychological, and social aspects of the poem "Sundari" by Tegar Prasetyo with the study of feminism. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods reading notes and literature review. The results of this study found that (a) the physical aspect, namely women are made as sexual objects of men in terms of their views, (b) the psychological aspect, namely women who have graceful and attractive characteristics who are admired by men, and (c) aspects of social life in the form of the fairness of the community environment. against acts of sexual violence..Keywords:feminisme,woman,poetry AbstrakPuisi merupakan karya sastra yang berisi ungkapan perasaan, pengalaman, imajinasi, dan hasil pemikiran manusia yang mempunyai nilai estetika yang disajikan menggunakan bahasa emosional dan dituangkan ke dalam bentuk tulisan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aspek fisik, psikis, dan kehidupan sosial pada puisi “Sundari†karya Tegar Prasetyo dengan kajian feminisme. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data baca catat dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (a) aspek fisik yaitu perempuan dijadikan sebagai objek seksual lelaki dari segi pandangannya, (b) aspek psikis yaitu perempuan yang mempunyai sifat anggun dan menarik yang dikagumi oleh lelaki, dan (c) aspek kehidupan sosial berupa kewajaran lingkungan masyarakat terhadap adanya tindakan kekerasan seksual yang terjadi.
