Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty Using Reusable Bare Fiber Combined Mucopexy on Grade IV Internal Hemorrhoid: A Case Report
Background: Hemorrhoids are the most common anorectal disease, affecting millions worldwide. Hemorrhoids are categorized as "internal" or "external" based on their proximity to the pectinate line, which separates the upper 2/3 and lower 1/3 of the anus. The hemorrhoidal disease can be treated in various ways, from non-invasive methods like rubber band ligation, cryotherapy, sclerotherapy, laser photocoagulation, and phototherapy to invasive methods like surgical excision for patients with severe symptoms, grade III or IV hemorrhoids, or persistent bleeding. This study described the results of Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP) using reusable bare fiber combined mucopexy, a diode laser with wavelengths of 980 nm and 1470 nm, specifically gallium aluminum arsenide (GaAIAs). Methods: a case of a 28-year-old male with complaints of rectal prolapse mass one day ago and could not be reinserted with a finger, bleeding while passing stool, and rectal pain with a Visual analog scale was 7. The patient had experienced similar symptoms and had a sclerobanding procedure four years ago. However, it has reappeared in the past year. The patient was diagnosed with grade 4 internal hemorrhoids and underwent Conclusion: Laser hemorrhoidoplasty using reusable bare fiber with combined mucopexy. After the laser hemorrhoidoplasty procedure on day 4, the patient felt no pain, rectal bleeding, rectal lumps, or soiling
Effect of Submaximal Exercise on Trained and Untrained Intensity on Estrogen Levels in Female White Rats (Rattus Norvegicus) Wistar Strains
Background: Trained and continuous physical activity can increase estrogen levels in women, while irregular activity can increase excessive Estrogen levels. Submaximal exercise is a recommended exercise to improve a woman's physiological function The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effect of submaximal exercise on trained and untrained intensity on Estrogen levels in female white rats (Rattus norvegicus) Wistar strains. Methods: This research was an experimental study using a post-test-only control group design using 30 female Wistar rats which were divided into 5 groups: control group not treated (K1), experimental group of animals with exercise intensity without intervention (K2), group of experimental animals with untrained intensity without intervention (K3), group of experimental animals with exercise intensity with intervention (K4), and experimental group of animals with exercise intensity with intervention (K4). experimental animals with untrained intensity treatment with intervention (K5). The intervention was swimming at moderate intensity with a duration of 85% of the maximum time to swim and a load of 8% of the rat's body weight. After the treatment period, all groups were terminated to take intracardiac blood measured using ELISA. Results: The data results were analyzed using statistical tests. The results of this study found that the trained group had lower Estrogen levels compared to the untrained group, but higher than the control group. The Kruskal-Wallis test show a significance value (p = 0.157), p> 0.05. Conclusion: In this study, there was no effect of submaximal exercise between trained and untrained intensity on Estrogen levels in Wistar strain female white rat
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI PERTANIAN YANG BERKELANJUTAN DI WILAYAH PESISIR (Analysis of Sustainable Agricultural Economic Development Strategies in Coastal Areas)
The purpose of this study is to support the development of agricultural economy in Jeneponto district, especially in coastal areas. The study participants involved farmers of different age groups, crop types, and levels of experience in the agricultural sector. The selection of participants was carried out deliberately to obtain a diversity of perspectives. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews. Thematic analysis will provide an in-depth understanding of farmers' perceptions, experiences, and views on the identified problems. The results of the thematic analysis will form the basis of the evaluation. Conclusions drawn from qualitative findings, and policy recommendations that are contextual and relevant to the daily reality of farmers in Jeneponto Regency will be formulated. The results of the study show that the majority of coastal residents in Jeneponto district in adopting sustainable agriculture are still very lacking and still very limited due to lack of access to agriculture and the majority of coastal people work as fishermen, 67% of respondents reported that they experienced an increase in agricultural income after they started cultivation activities by demonstrating the results of learning sustainable agricultural economics, especially in coastal areas. with an average increase of 20% in the following year.Keywords: Agricultural Economy, Coastal Areas, Development
ANALISIS STRATEGI PROMOSI PRODUK EMAZO MERAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN VOLUME PENJUALAN (Analysis of Emazo Red Product Promotion Strategies in Increasing Sales Volume)
Emazo Merah is an insecticide product from PT. Petrosida Gresik which has been updated to be more effective in eradicating sundep and bedlet pests, especially in vulnerable areas such as Gresik and Lamongan Regencies. Promotion through demonstration plots/demspay is needed so that rice farmers can see firsthand the advantages of this product, taking into account land and weather conditions. This study uses observations and interviews with 5 promotion organizers to analyze areas with high sales potential. The results of the analysis show that the promotion of Emazo Merah in Gresik and Lamongan has a total IFAS matrix score of 2.95 and EFAS of 1.83, which places it in quadrant III. To increase sales, it is recommended to conduct market research, display testimonials or direct product trials, and take advantage of good relationships with consumers, kiosks, and agricultural offices.Keywords: Emazo Merah, Pesticide, Promotion, Market Research.
PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR BETON BERTULANG GEDUNG PERKANTORAN DIRA 10 LANTAI DENGAN METODE SISTEM RANGKA PEMIKUL MOMEN KHUSUS DI KABUPATEN ENDE
Kabupaten Ende, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur termasuk daerah yang memiliki resiko gempa tinggi. Oleh karena itu, digunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) untuk merencanakan struktur tahan gempa pada daerah tersebut, karena pada sistem ini memiliki tingkat daktilitas penuh. Tujuan perencanaan ini untuk menghasilkan komponen struktur gedung beton bertulang yang tahan gempa serta struktur yang berperilaku daktail sehingga, dapat mengurangi resiko akibat gempa berkekuatan tinggi. Perencanaan dengan SRPMK mengacu pada konsep Strong Column Weak Beam, dimana kapasitas desain kolom lebih besar 1,2 kali kapasitas desain balok sesuai dengan SNI 2847-2019. Metode perhitungan pembebanan gaya gempa menggunakan analisa respon spektrum dan pembebanan gaya gravitasi yang dikombinasikan, peraturan gempa yang digunakan adalah SNI 1726-2019. Sedangkan, untuk perhitungan beban mati dan beban hidup sesuai dengan PPPURG 1987. Analisa struktur menggunakan program bantu untuk mendapatkan gaya dalam, reaksi perletakan serta simpangan antar lantai. Dari hasil pendetailan diperoleh bahwa, struktur balok induk dengan dimensi 350x500 mm dan 400x600 mm, serta struktur kolom dengan dimensi 600x600 mm telah memenuhi persyaratan. Hubungan Balok Kolom (HBK) pada struktur tersebut baik terkekang 4 balok maupun terkekang 3 atau 2 balok telah memenuhi persyaratan, dan struktur ini juga telah memenuhi persyaratan Strong Column Weak Beam
PERENCANAAN TEBAL PERKERASAN LENTUR DAN ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA JALAN RAYA KEDIRI "“ NGANJUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALISA KOMPONEN
ABSTRAK: Jalan Raya Kediri Nganjuk merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan antara kabupaten Kediri dan Nganjuk. Ruas jalan raya tersebut digunakan untuk akses layanan transpotasi baik kendaraan ringan maupun kendaraan berat yang melintasi jalan tersebut. Sehingga diperlukan adanya perencanaan ulang jalan untuk meningkatkan kualitas jalan raya Kediri – Nganjuk agar tidak terjadinya kerusakan yang signifikan. Tujuan perencanaan ini untuk mengetahui tebal lapisan permukaan dan anggaran biaya yang dikeluarkan saat proses pekerjaan. Perencanaan ini diharapkan agar bisa meningkatkan aksesibilitas masyarakat, sehingga perlu adanya metode pelaksanaan yang tepat agar dapat tercapainya target mutu, biaya, dan waktu. Metode yang di gunakan pada perencanaan perkerasan lentur dengan menggunakan metode Analisa Komponen yang di peroleh hasil 10 cm dari sirtu kelas A (lapis pondasi bawah), 20 cm dari batu pecah kelas A (lapis pondasi) dan 10 cm dari laston ACMS 744 (lapis permukaan) dengan umur rencana 20 tahun dan anggaran biaya sejumlah Rp. 9,288,849,943.70KATA KUNCI : Analisa Komponen, Jalan, Perkerasan Lentu
PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR BETON BERTULANG HOTEL "DRACARYS" 13 LANTAI DENGAN SISTEM RANGKA PEMIKUL MOMEN KHUSUS DI KOTA DEPOK BERDSARKAN SNI 1726 "“ 2019 & SNI 2847 - 2019
Kota Depok adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. di bagian selatan dari Kota Jakarta. Perencanaan Hotel Dracarys 13 lantai di kota Depok termasuk sebuah bisnis yang besar yang menguntungkan bagi para pebisnis di kota Depok memiliki beberapa wisata yang banyak berbagai macam indahnya, membangun hotel dekat dengan pusat perhatian orang bisa jadi suatu hal positif sebagai tempat istirahat masyarakat dari luar kota, dalam kota dengan fasilitas yang terjamin. Hotel Dracarys 13 lantai direncanakan dengan ukuran 35 x 27 m, dengan ketinggian 52 m. Gedung Hotel Dracarys ini direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK), dikarenakan pendetailannya menghasilkan struktur yang daktail (kemampuan suatu struktur dalam berdeformasi inelastic tanpa kehilangan kekuatan yang berarti) yang wajib digunakan di wilayah risiko gempa tinggi, gedung hotel ini direncanakan dengan desain hubungan balok dan kolom beserta juga konsep Strong Coloum Weak Beam yaitu kemampuan kolom harus lebih besar 20% dari balok SNI 2847 – 2019. Beban gempa bangunan didesain berdasarkan standar perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan Gedung SNI 1726-2019. Mutu beton sama dengan 35 MPa, mutu baja fy sama dengan 420 MPa dan fys sama dengan 280 MPa. digunakan dalam perencanaan adalalah balok anak atap tipe 1 (BAA1) sama dengan 30/40 cm, balok anak atap tipe 2 (BAA2) sama dengan 25/40 cm. Dimensi balok anak lantai tipe 3 (BAL3) 25/40 cm, balok anak lantai tipe 2 (BAL2) 30/40 cm. Dimensi balok induk eksterior 40/60 cm dan balok induk interior 40/70 cm. dan dimensi kolom yang digunakan 90/90 cm , 80/80 cm dan 70/70 cm. didapat nilai simpangan horizontal 36,45 mm, lebih kecil dari nilai simpangan antar izin (Delta Alfa) sama dengan 100 mm. Hasil dari pendetailan diperoleh bahwan Hubungan Balok Kolom (HBK) pada struktur gedung Hotel Dracys telah memenuhi persyaratan dalam SNI 2847 – 2019 Pasal 18.8.4.1 dimana fVn Lebih besar dari/sama dengan dari Vu sama dengan 3.696.070,84 N lebih besar/sama dengan 2.812.915,27 N untuk hubungan kolom terkekang oleh 4 balok,dan dimana fVn lebih besar dari/sama dengan Vu sama dengan 2.608.991,18 N lebih besar dari/sama dengan 1.750.406,83 N untuk hubungan kolom terkekang 3 atau 2 balok Persyaratan Strong Coloum Weak Beam yang tercantum dalam SNI 2847 -2019 Pasal 18.7.3.2 dimana sigma Mnc lebih besar dari/sama dengan 1,2 sigma Mnb sama dengan 7732,15 kNm lebih besar dari/sama dengan 1981,56 kNm telah memenuhi persyartan Kata Kunci : Hotel Dracarys, Struktur Gedung Beton Bertulang, Tahan Gempa, Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK), Kota Depo
Data Backup System in the Library of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta
Research Objectives. Data in the library contains various intellectual property and knowledge so that it can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. The development of information technology provides convenience in storing digital data. Digital data backup is vulnerable to various threats such as cyber, malware, hackers, and hardware damage, so library data security management is needed. The Technical Implementation Unit of the Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta Library manages digital data through digilib.uns.ac.id, unsla.uns.ac.id, and library.uns.ac.id. Method. The research method uses a mixed method, exploratory, action research. Data was collected through observation, interviews, FGDs, and documentation.Research Results. Digital data backup of the UNS Library in the form of unsla: All circulation transactions, printed book collection data, member data; Digilib: student final assignment files, academic community research results, and so on; Library: news, announcements, various electronic information; Ezproxy: to access SSO electronic journal and ebook. They are stored at the UNS ICT. The UNS Library Unit backs up some of these data, namely soft files of final assignments, old magazines, and compact disks (CDs), as an effort to secure digital data caused by hacker attacks, viruses, or hardware damage. Conclusion. The UNS Library Unit's digital data backup consists of unsla: All circulation transactions, printed book collection data, member data; Digilib: student final assignment files, academic community research results, and so on; Library: news, announcements, various electronic information; Ezproxy: to access SSO ejournal and ebooks. It is stored at the UNS ICT Unit. Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Tempe di Kecamatan Sukomanunggal Kota Surabaya
This study discusses the factors that influence the demand for tempeh in Sukamanunggal District, Surabaya City. The independent variables consist of the price of tempe, the price of white tofu, the level of income, the type of tempe, and the number of dependents while the dependent variable is the demand for tempe. This study uses quantitative methods, and the sample used is 398 respondents with the slovin calculation formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test of this study showed that the price of tempeh, the price of white tofu, the level of income, the type of tempeh, and the number of dependents had a significant influence on the level of demand for tempeh in the community of Sukamanunggal District, Surabaya City. The partial test results show that the price of tempeh, the price of white tofu, and the level of income have a positive and significant influence on the level of demand for tempeh in the community of Sukamanunggal District, Surabaya City. While the type of tempe, and the number of dependents have a negative and significant effect on the level of demand for tempeh in the community of Sukamanunggal District, Surabaya City
