Perkembangan Demokrasi: Studi Komparasi Pertarungan Partai Politik Islam pada Pemilu 2024
No full textPemilu 2024 menjadi titik penting dalam perjalanan politik Indonesia, khususnya bagi partai politik Islam. Meskipun Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, partai-partai Islam menghadapi tantangan besar dalam meraih dukungan elektoral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis studi komparasi pertaruangan partai politik Islam di Pemilu 2024, dengan fokus pada Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB), Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), dan Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder, serta menganalisis strategi kampanye, konsolidasi internal, dan respons terhadap perubahan sosial politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKB dan PKS berhasil mempertahankan dan meningkatkan elektabilitasnya berkat strategi kampanye yang inklusif, adaptasi terhadap isu-isu sosial-ekonomi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi. Sebaliknya, PPP mengalami kegagalan dalam menembus ambang batas parlemen, yang disebabkan oleh krisis institusional dan kurangnya inovasi dalam merespons tuntutan pemilih yang semakin pragmatis. Secara keseluruhan, keberhasilan atau kegagalan partai politik Islam dalam Pemilu 2024 sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan mereka untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan zaman dan menjaga relevansi di tengah pluralitas masyarakat Indonesia
Politik Representasi Gender di Badan Permusyawaratan Desa: Studi Kasus Partisipasi Perempuan di Rantau Bayur Banyuasin
Get PDFKeterlibatan perempuan dalam struktur Pemerintahan Desa telah diatur secara tegas dalam Regulasi, termasuk dalam lembaga Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Namun, minimnya proporsi Perempuan dalam Badan Permusyawaratan Desa mengakibatkan perhatian terhadap isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan Perempuan menjadi kurang terfokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Representasi Politik Perempuan dalam Badan Permusyawaratan Desa di Desa Rantau Bayur Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin, faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat partisipasi Perempuan dalam keanggotaan dan pengambilan keputusan di Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung, observasi dan dokumentasi, serta pendekatan fenomenalogi. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan analisis kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Teori pada penelitian ini adalah Politik Kehadiran dari Anne Philips. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Representasi Politik Perempuan di keanggotaan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa belum berjalan sebagaimana harapan Regulasi dan Masyarakat. Representasi Politik Perempuan secara Deskriptif atau kuantitas berdasarkan kuota 30% keterwakilan Perempuan di BPD sudah terpenuhi dengan adanya satu orang keterwakilan Perempuan di keanggotaan BPD dari seluruh jumlah BPD tujuh orang. Namun secara Substansif BPD keterwakilan Perempuan belum dapat memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan. Sedangkan secara Transformatif BPD keterwakilan Perempuan belum memiliki strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan sistematik dan budaya. BPD keterwakilan perempuan secara kinerja sudah menjalankan tugasnya sebagai anggota BPD Perempuan, Namun hal ini belum mencapai tingkat yang maksimal ada beberapa faktor yang berkontribusi dalam hal ini dan menjadi penghambat bagi BPD keterwakilan Perempuan berpartisipasi aktif dalam keanggotaan dan proses pengambilan keputusan di BPD (1) Kurangnya dukungan keluarga (2) Peran ganda (3) Faktor pendidikan (4) Faktor usia.Kata Kunci : Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Representasi, Perempuan

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-performing loans, inflation rates, and the BI Rate on the profitability of banking companies. This study uses a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses a sample of 33 companies observed from 2021-2023, resulting in a total of 99 data. The results of this study explain that non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on banking profitability, the inflation rate and the BI Rate do not affect banking profitability

Get PDFDoom spending behavior, which refers to the tendency to consume triggered by anxiety about the future, and emotional intelligence, which is related to the ability to manage emotions, are believed to influence investment decisions among Gen Z in East Java. Meanwhile, intellectual intelligence, as a measure of cognitive ability, is hypothesized to moderate the relationship between the two variables and investment ability. Therefore, this study aims to determine the extent to which doom spending behavior and emotional intelligence influence investment ability moderated by intellectual intelligence. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z students at several universities in East Java. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into the psychological factors that influence investment behavior among students and the importance of intellectual intelligence in directing better investment decisions. This study is also expected to be a consideration for the development of financial education programs for Generation Z

The population of this study is energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022-2024 period. The research sample consists of 18 companies selected through purposive sampling, and the data was tested using multiple linear regression in SmartPLS version 4, resulting in 54 data observations. This study uses a quantitative approach with specific analysis. The analysis results show that Environmental Costs have an effect on ROA, while green accounting and CSR have no effect on ROA
The Hidden Harvest: Unlocking Efficiency in East Java`s Farming Sector
Get PDFThe agricultural sector is crucial for meeting global food and nutritional needs, with East Java Province in Indonesia having the highest yields and being the safest sector from the pandemic. To maximize land area, land efficiency is essential, using superior seed varieties, chemical fertilizers, efficient irrigation systems, and modern agricultural tools. This research focuses on the agricultural community in Trawas Mojokerto and the efficiency of agricultural land in Duyung Village. Most farmers use sickles, hoes, animals, simple machines, and tractors for agriculture. A survey of 100 farmers in Duyung Village revealed that 44 people use sickles as traditional tools, while 23 use livestock for ploughing. Tractors are used for efficiency and energy savings but are rarely used due to lack of counseling from government institutions. Technological tools are used for specific soil types and must be rented before use. The majority of farmers need counseling to learn about the latest tools, and government assistance is lacking. The study also found that 68.9% of farmers do not use printed rice seeds, while 31.1% use them. Long rice seeds are preferred due to their quality and resistance to pests. The majority of farmers use direct soil irrigation systems, which vary in soil fertility levels. Fertilizer use varies, with 77.8% using urea and 20% using compost and urea. Effects of Ease of Use and Usefulness on User Satisfaction in Academic Library Self-Service
No full textPurpose Research: Digital transformation in academic libraries drives service innovation to meet the evolving needs of users. This study examines the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction with self-service borrowing at the Sebelas Maret University Library. Understanding these factors is critical for enhancing service quality and fostering user loyalty in digital library environments. Research Method: This study employs a quantitative survey design. Data were collected from 30 active users of the self-service borrowing system at Sebelas Maret University Library via structured questionnaires administered online. Respondents’ perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and satisfaction were measured using a Likert scale. Data Analysis: Descriptive statistics were used to summarize respondents’ perceptions. Simple linear regression analysis was conducted to assess the effects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction. All analyses were performed using SPSS software. Results: Descriptive analysis revealed mean scores of 3.29 for both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and 3.15 for user satisfaction. Regression results demonstrated that perceived ease of use (β = 0.56, p = 0.005) and perceived usefulness (β = 0.51, p = 0.010) significantly influenced user satisfaction, explaining 21–25% of the variance. Conclusions: The findings confirm that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are significant determinants of user satisfaction with self-service borrowing systems. Academic libraries should prioritize the development of intuitive, efficient, and beneficial services to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. Future research should incorporate larger samples and additional variables to deepen the understanding of factors influencing satisfaction in digital library services. Analisis Daya Saing Ekspor Komoditas Ikan Segar Hasil Tangkap Indonesia, China, Jepang, dan Malaysia
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the export competitiveness of fresh fish and other processed fish commodities from Indonesia to China, Japan, and Malaysia. The study employs three analytical methods: Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), and Trade Balance Index (TBI), to evaluate the competitiveness of Indonesia’s key fisheries commodities. The results indicate that Indonesia has a significant comparative advantage in mollusca commodities in all three export destination countries. Mollusca consistently serves as Indonesia's leading product in international markets, reflecting a strong position in the global market. Conversely, commodities such as fresh fish exhibit lower competitiveness compared to mollusca. Based on these findings, more targeted strategies are needed to enhance the competitiveness of other fisheries commodities. Get PDFThis research examines the influence of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions at Surabaya Store Exteriors. Decision making is a process that involves choosing one of the many available options, and to make this decision several supporting factors are needed. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The problem that is the basis of the research is that there is a gap with previous research related to purchasing decisions. This research gap emerged because of differences of opinion in several previous studies related to purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the Surabaya Exterior Store. Determination of the sample size was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling procedure. The sample taken was eighty respondents with the criteria for respondents being Surabaya residents who were at least seventeen years old and had made direct purchases at the Surabaya Exterior Store. Data was obtained using a questionnaire and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, a result can be obtained that the store atmosphere has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Exterior Store Surabaya, service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Exterior Store Surabaya, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Exterior Store Surabaya
