Fathers' Perceptions of Parenting Classes in Kindergarten
The family is the earliest and most important environment for a child because the family is regarded as the first policy for the child's education, and the primary responsibility for education lies with the family. The involvement of parents, especially fathers, in early childhood education is essential. Schools and parents need to work together to coordinate foster care. Parenting class is a type of activity that is carried out to integrate childcare and education in school and at home. But in reality, the rate of father attendance in the parenting class activities organized by the educational unit is still low. This research aims to determine the father's perception of parenting classes conducted in kindergarten. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research conducted interviews with five male informants who had children in kindergarten. The results show that parenting class is a very useful activity because it can be one of the means for parents to add insight into childcare as well as harmonize parenting between home and school. The involvement of a father in childcare has a long-term positive impact on the growth and development of the child. However, the main obstacle is the low attendance rate of the fathers because parenting class activities are generally done during working hours. Besides, the activities that allow you to engage are in the form of racing or activities related to physical activity
Optimizing Early Childhood Learning Interest through a Differentiated Learning Approach
Every student definitely has various characteristics and learning interests that are different from each other. This is a challenge for teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities. However, in reality, many children have low interest in learning because learning is not focused on children and learning needs are not in accordance with their characteristics. This research aims to optimize children's interest in learning through the application of differentiated learning. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) approach which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation and observation and reflection stages. The location of the research was at the Kebayoran Lama State Kindergarten 01, South Jakarta, with research subjects of group B students totaling 16 students. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The research results showed that there was an increase from pre-cycle, to cycle I and then cycle II. The percentage of interest in learning in the pre-cycle was 49.91%. In cycle I it was 81.40%, and in cycle II it reached 96.79%. Thus it can be said that children's interest in learning can be optimized through a differentiated learning approach because differentiated learning is a learning approach that is designed to meet their needs, interests and child's talent

Pendekatan Neosufisme dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam
Islamic education is a deliberate and planned effort aimed at guiding learners towards the formation of noble personalities, intending to guide their lives towards happiness in both the present world and the afterlife according to Islamic teachings. However, the reality reveals that many learners tend to view Islamic religious education as a subject or course that they must pass to meet minimal graduation requirements, without truly internalizing the values and teachings of Islam for practical application in their daily lives. The aim of this research is to integrate neo-Sufism concepts into the approach of Islamic religious education. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing library research methods. The data sources and analysis are drawn from credible scholarly literature. Data validity is verified through content analysis techniques. The result of this research indicate that the neo-Sufism approach to Islamic religious education is an intentional and structured effort directed towards cultivating knowledgeable and morally upright learners. Its primary objective is to enhance the quality of education by not solely focusing on the esoteric dimension of learners but also emphasizing the exoteric dimension and the reconstruction of social ethics. It was implemented by providing gradual spiritual exercises (riyadlah) tailored to the learners' conditions.
Esensi Kehidupan Perspektif Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr
A deep understanding of religious values and the meaning of life is an important aspect that can direct human behavior according to the principles of Islamic law. In this context, the meaning of life in the perspective of the Qur'an is the main guide that needs to be explored to answer the challenges of Muslims who are still often trapped in worldly orientation. This study aims to analyze the meaning of life based on the interpretation of Qur'anic verses as explained in Tafsir Ibn Kathīr. The approach used is qualitative through library research and thematic analysis of related verses. This research shows that the life of the world is a temporary test given by Allah SWT to measure the level of human obedience. A correct understanding of the meaning of life leads a person to carry out Allah's commands and stay away from His prohibitions, thus creating a balance between the life of the world and the hereafter. A meaningful life does not only focus on material enjoyment, but also on sincere devotion to Allah as the main goal. This analysis makes a new contribution by integrating classical tafsir such as Tafsir Ibn Kathīr into a modern context, making it relevant to the challenges of today's life. This research emphasizes the importance of Qur'anic tafsir as the main source of reference in understanding the values of life, as well as providing new directions in the development of thematic studies of Islamic tafsir that are more contextual and applicable
