Comparative Analysis of Legal Recourses for Document Forgery in Civil Law: Indonesia and ASEAN Countries
The practice of document forgery in civil transactions, often aiming to unjustly benefit one party over another, is a significant concern in many jurisdictions. This necessitates effective civil legal resources for the aggrieved parties to claim redress and compensation. In Indonesia, the approach to legal remedies is bifurcated into preventive and repressive measures, with the former encompassing legal provisions against document forgery and the latter involving the pursuit of civil litigation, as exemplified by cases such as the one adjudicated in Case Number 55/Pdt.G/2021/PnKpn by the Kepanjen District Court in East Java. This research aims to critically examine the civil legal remedies available in Indonesia for cases of document forgery, using the case as a focal point, and to contrast these with the corresponding legal frameworks in other ASEAN countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar. The impetus for this comparative study stems from a recognized gap in the discourse surrounding document forgery within the civil law context. The methodology employed is normative legal research, involving an in-depth analysis of relevant civil codes and case law. This study’s findings highlight the nuances and effectiveness of legal resources against document forgery within these diverse legal systems, aligning with theories of legal protection

Vocational Identity and its Relationship to Psychological Well-Being and Career Thoughts among University Students
The clarity of vocational identity is an important focus of professional guidance since it is related to many factors, such as career thoughts and psychological well-being. This study examines the relationship between vocational identity, psychological well-being and career thoughts among students at Hashemite University in Jordan, as well as any gender or faculty specific differences in vocational identity, psychological well-being and career thoughts. Randomly selected male and female students (n= 680) aged 18 to 22 completed questionnaires on vocational identity, psychological well-being, and career thoughts. There was a positive correlation between vocational identity and psychological well-being, and its subscales (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationship, purpose in life, and self-acceptance), but a negative correlation between vocational identity and career thoughts and between vocational identity and career thoughts subscales (decision-making confusion, commitment anxiety, and external conflict). Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in the levels of vocational identity by gender, with males favoured but not by faculty. Finally, variables related to gender and faculty had no significant effect on psychological well-being or career thoughts. The results confirm a positive correlation between vocational identity and psychological well-being but a negative correlation between vocational identity and career thoughts. The results also confirm the level of vocational identity among male students was higher than that of female students. The results of this study can be used in the counseling and career guidance process for university students

Development of the Indonesian Version of the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale (ID-IGDS)
This study aimed to identify the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale (ID-IGDS) in measuring Internet gaming disorder. Data were collected from individuals who actively engaged in internet gaming, amounting to a total of 489 teenagers. Rasch analysis was used to examine the unidimensional structure of the scale and its psychometric properties. The results showed that the ID-IGDS has strong validity with an explained variance of 47.8% and good reliability with an item reliability score of 0.99. In addition, there was no significant difference in the results between the sexes in the use of this scale, indicating that the ID-IGDS was used universally without considering the gender factor. This lack of difference can be attributed to the scale's design, which effectively captures the core behaviors and symptoms of internet gaming disorder that are common to both males and females. Additionally, the items on the scale have been adjusted to be gender-neutral, ensuring that they do not favor one gender over the other
Islamic Students’ Achievement Emotions in Attending Algebra Class: Differences of Gender, Algebraic Content, Teaching Method, and Teacher Knowledge
Indonesian Islamic students’ achievement emotions in conducting mathematics activities have relatively not been stable because their positive emotions decrease and their negative emotions increase (Suparman et al., 2021). The differences in students' achievement emotions in algebra class are predictively affected by natural and manipulated academic factors. This study describes Islamic students' achievement emotions in algebra class considering the differences in gender, teaching method, algebraic content, and teachers' technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK). A survey study on three mathematics teachers and 90 tenth-, eleventh-, or twelfth-grade students at a public Islamic school in West Java, Indonesia was applied. A few questionnaires, such as TPACK and achievement emotions in mathematics were used to measure students' achievement emotions and teachers' TPACK. Particularly, the questionnaire of achievement emotions in mathematics was valid (r = 0.64) and reliable (α = 0.90). Additionally, the questionnaire of teacher’s TPACK was also valid (r = 0.69) and reliable (α = 0.84). Independent samples-t test and one-way MANOVA test were applied to analyze the data. Results revealed that male students' shame was significantly lower than female students in algebra class. Additionally, there were significant differences in teaching methods and teachers' TPACK in students' enjoyment, anger, hopelessness, and boredom. Moreover, there were significant differences in algebraic contents in students' positive and negative emotions. Consequently, mathematics teachers in Islamic school institutions must pay attention to the differences in gender, teaching method, teachers' TPACK, and algebraic contents related to students' achievement emotions in doing mathematics activities
