Implementation of Project-Based Learning Model in Stimulating Language Development of Early Childhood
This research is based on one of the current problems of early childhood education, namely the weakness of the learning process, which can facilitate all children in developing abilities and interests with varied, holistic, and conceptual learning models so that it can encourage children to develop the ability to think critically, creatively, independently and Motivated to complete every challenge. Educational institutions still use teacher-centered learning rather than children's needs, prioritizing memorization rather than needs and meaningfulness. Currently, it is mandatory for learning teachers to make learning activities more creative, innovative and not monotonous by using learning models that are more meaningful for children. Teachers can learn from various platforms provided by the government and can apply them according to the conditions of educators, children, and the institution itself. One of them uses a project-based learning model, where this learning model is one of the models used in the curriculum that facilitates children's needs so that children can learn in a fun and meaningful way, namely the Merdeka curriculum. The research aims to determine the implementation of the project-based learning model in stimulating language development in early childhood. The research subject focused on group A4 students at RA Istiqlal Jakarta. The data collection technique is qualitative descriptive with research time from September to December 2023. The research results show that the project-based learning model effectively stimulates children's development, including language development at RA Istiqlal Jakarta

Feeding exclusive breastfeeding for newborns up to six months old is one of the programmes promoted by the government. This programme is held in order to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Indonesia according to the ideal standards recommended by WHO. Breastfeeding is indeed one of the biological experiences of women that cannot be replaced directly by men. However, technically, not all women are able to breastfeed directly. So that this interpretation is less relevant for working women who daily earn a living to fulfil their needs. Earn a living to meet the economic needs of the family. Establishing a Halal Ecosystem to Eradicate Moral Degradation in Indonesian Education
Moral degradation refers to a decline in a person's adherence to the social norms and ethical standards of society. This decline can be influenced by various factors, such as a child's environment and exposure to social media, which can lead to changes in behavior. As a result, this can disrupt the social order and contribute to feelings of social insecurity. In response to this issue, a research study was conducted to develop a "halal ecosystem" aimed at addressing moral degradation. The research employed qualitative exploratory methods, including in-depth interviews with teachers, students, child psychologists, and representatives of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) in Yogyakarta. The data collected was then analyzed through several stages, including data reduction, content analysis, validation, and drawing conclusions. The outcome of the research is the development of a system called Vedha Paho or Moral Science based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. This system comprises various elements designed to establish a halal ecosystem and create an optimal moral environment for child development

Contributing to the literature on halal tourism and socio-cultural responsibility, the study offers practical insights for destination managers seeking to improve service quality and develop effective marketing strategies. Recommendations include enhancing halal facilities, promoting local economic empowerment, and educating tourists about Islamic values to boost satisfaction and loyalty among Muslim travelers
Restitution in Social Reintegration of Human Trafficking Victims: An Islamic and Indonesian Criminal Law Perspective
The crime of human trafficking has a significant impact and affects a large number of victims. This study examines the legal framework for protecting victims in Indonesia, analyzing these laws through the lenses of constitutionalism, natural law theory, and Islamic perspectives on restitution and social reintegration. The study used Natural Law theory to analyze the fundamental principles of justice that should guide the enforcement of restitution for victims of human trafficking. It also evaluated the alignment of Indonesian positive laws with principles of natural justice and the social reintegration of victims, using perspectives of constitutionalism and Islamic law. The research methods employed in this study included normative legal research, literature review, and qualitative analysis. The study found that Indonesian positive laws, such as Law No. 21 of 2007 and Law No. 1 of 2023, establish a comprehensive legal framework for the recovery and protection of human trafficking victims. However, they do not fully address the specific needs of victims, particularly in terms of psychological support. Evaluating based on constitutionalism and the concept of diyyah in Islam emphasizes the importance of financial compensation in recognizing the victims' suffering. Additionally, the concept of kafālah underscores the need for guaranteed protection, including social support, education, and social reintegration, to fully restore the dignity and well-being of victims. The study highlights the importance of community involvement in the reintegration process and advocates for legal reforms to enhance the effectiveness of the existing framework. These findings emphasize the need for an interdisciplinary approach in legal and policy frameworks to ensure the full recovery and reintegration of human trafficking victims
Decolonizing Malay-Islamic Epistemology: Revitalizing the Intellectual Tradition in the Nusantara through a Philosophy of Science Perspective
The Malay-Islamic scholarly tradition once served as a crucial foundation for the development of knowledge in the Nusantara through the harmonious integration of revelation, reason, and lived experience. However, colonialism has constructed a hierarchy of knowledge that positions Western epistemology as the center of rationality, while reducing the Malay-Islamic intellectual heritage to non-scientific local knowledge. This article aims to dismantle the structures of coloniality of knowledge that continue to be reproduced through modern education systems in the Malay–Islamic world and to offer the Transformative Islam framework as a more emancipatory epistemic alternative. Employing an interpretive textual analysis grounded in decolonial theory and the Islamic philosophy of science, this study traces epistemic subordination in the history of education, revitalizes the Malay–Islamic intellectual genealogy, and formulates a postcolonial pedagogical praxis to build the scientific autonomy of Malay Muslims. The findings show that colonial epistemological models have produced a disconnection from manuscripts, language, and the core values of adab, tawḥīd, and ḥikmah within Malay-Islamic epistemology. These findings are translated into a postcolonial pedagogical praxis with direct implications for contemporary education, including curriculum redesign, integrative teaching approaches that bridge religious and scientific knowledge, and community-engaged research to strengthen scientific agency. The article argues that such educational transformation is essential for restoring epistemic sovereignty and revitalizing Malay Islam as a knowledge civilization in the modern era
