Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Pesantren melalui Produk Emping Tette Koin Premium
Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Nur Ismail Blumbungan Pamekasan melalui pengembangan produk unggulan berbasis potensi lokal, yaitu Emping Tette Koin Premium, dalam model One Product One Pesantren (OPOP). Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan intensif keterampilan produksi, manajemen mutu, pengemasan, manajemen dokumen, serta pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mampu menguasai keterampilan produksi sesuai standar SOP dengan capaian di atas 85%, meskipun sebagian kecil masih memerlukan pendampingan tambahan. Uji mutu produk memperlihatkan kualitas yang cukup baik, terutama pada aspek kebersihan, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek warna dan ketebalan. Kemampuan pengemasan juga dinilai tinggi dengan tingkat kesesuaian 88,9–96%, meski variasi antar batch masih ditemukan. Dari sisi manajemen dokumen, 72% peserta telah memenuhi standar, sedangkan sisanya masih memerlukan pembinaan lebih lanjut. Pengetahuan pemasaran peserta meningkat secara signifikan, dengan sebagian besar mencapai kenaikan di atas 30%, meskipun terdapat peserta dengan capaian rendah di bawah 25% yang perlu perhatian khusus. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program juga sangat baik, berada pada rentang 4,45–4,63 dari skala 5, menandakan kegiatan diterima dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas teknis, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan wirausaha peserta, sekaligus memperkuat branding pesantren melalui produk emping premium. FORMULASI UJI MUTU FISIK PELEMBAB TUMIT STIK DARI EKSTRAK KULIT ALPUKAT (Persea Americana Mill)
The problem of dry and cracked skin on the heels is a common condition and often causes discomfort and reduces self-confidence. One of stick-shaped moisturizer preparation This study aims to formulate and evaluate the physical quality of a stick heel moisturizer with active ingredients of avocado slin extract (Persea americana Mill) which is rich in vlavonoids, saponins, and tannins which function as natural moisturizers and antioxidants. Avocado skin extraction is carried out using the maceration method using 96% ethanol. The formulation is carried out in three variations of cera alba concentreation (16%, 19%, and 22%) as a herdener. Evaluation of physical quality includes pH, homogeneity, spreadability, organoleptic, and irritation tests. The results showed that the formulas that met the physical quality requirements for topical preparations werw formulas 1 and 3. The formula with a cera alba concentration 22% showed the most optimal results in terms of physical stability and comfort of use. The everage Ph result of formulation 3 was 5,69 with arequirement of use 4,5-6,5. The homogeneity test in the second formulation. PENDAMPINGAN INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI MODERASI BERAGAMA DALAM PRAKTIK TRANSAKSI DI KOPERASI PONDOK PESANTREN DAERAH KADUR PAMEKASAN: Abstract
Abstract
Community Service Program (PKM). This is intended to accompany the process of internalizing the value of religious moderation in the practice of economic transactions in cooperatives with Al Wardah. An Islamic boarding school located in the Kadur District area. Pamekasan Regency. Along the way, the phenomenon of economic development aims not only for profit but also for Islamic values, promoting the importance of integrating religious moderation and the principles of trade in accordance with the unity of justice, tolerance and inclusion. Implementation methods include participatory observation, training courses, and structured discussions between management and cooperative management. The results of the study showed an increase in understanding of cooperative stakeholders regarding the importance of the principle of religious moderation. This is reflected in the practice of transparent trade, justice, and maintenance of the principles of Togetherness. In addition, there is a collective awareness that develops that cooperatives are not only economic institutions, but also character formation in cars and propaganda. PKM recommends strengthening participating entrepreneurs based on the values of sustainability and religious moderation of their development programs. "The program (PKM) that supports the internalization of moderate religious values in trade practices in the local Islamic Boarding School environment in Kadur District aims to be an activity in the Islamic Boarding School cooperative. Activities such as focused group discussions, training, and direct training are carried out to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of religious moderation in transactions. Through this program, the Islamic Boarding School cooperative in the distribution of Members is not only a way to strengthen the economy, but also an example of the use of moderate religious values in the Islamic boarding school area. Based on the explanation above, it is concluded that the unprofitable service in the Cooperative alone, Kadur Pamekasan Regency, is implemented correctly in accordance with the expected goals of the schedule.

KOMPONEN-KOMPONEN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: Sebuah Kajian Konseptual dalam Implementasi Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Islam
Educational supervision is one of the important functions in education management which aims to foster, guide, and improve the professionalism of educators in order to achieve optimal learning quality. This article examines conceptually the components of Islamic education supervision and their relevance in the implementation of leadership in madrasas. The study was conducted through a literature study on education supervision theory, education regulation, and expert views, emphasizing the principles of Islamic education management. The results of the study show that effective supervision consists of several interrelated components, namely: supervision objectives, planning, implementation, supervision techniques (individual and group), instruments, evaluation, and follow-up. Each component has a strategic role in ensuring that the supervision process runs systematically, directed, and sustainable. The implementation of structured supervision will have a positive impact on improving teachers\u27 teaching skills, implementing active, creative, effective, and fun learning (PAKEM), creating a culture of quality in schools, and improving student learning outcomes. In the context of Islamic education, the application of supervision is not only technical, but also based on the values of coaching, service, and moral responsibility. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the success of supervision is highly dependent on the synergy of all components, so it needs to be designed and implemented comprehensively and sustainablySupervisi pendidikan merupakan salah satu fungsi penting dalam manajemen pendidikan yang bertujuan membina, membimbing, dan meningkatkan profesionalisme pendidik guna mencapai mutu pembelajaran yang optimal. Artikel ini mengkaji secara konseptual komponen-komponen supervisi pendidikan Islam dan relevansinya dalam implementasi kepemimpinan di madrasah. Kajian dilakukan melalui studi literatur terhadap teori supervisi pendidikan, regulasi pendidikan, dan pandangan para ahli, dengan menekankan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi yang efektif terdiri dari beberapa komponen yang saling terkait, yaitu: tujuan supervisi, perencanaan, pelaksana, teknik supervisi (individual dan kelompok), instrumen, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Setiap komponen memiliki peran strategis dalam memastikan proses supervisi berjalan sistematis, terarah, dan berkelanjutan. Pelaksanaan supervisi yang terstruktur akan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru, penerapan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM), terciptanya budaya mutu di sekolah, serta peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, penerapan supervisi tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga dilandasi nilai-nilai pembinaan, pelayanan, dan tanggung jawab moral. Kesimpulan kajian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan supervisi sangat bergantung pada sinergi seluruh komponen, sehingga perlu dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan
THE EFFECT OF THE MEMORIZATION MODEL ON THE MEMORIZATION OF SHORT LETTERS OF TKIT BAITURRAHMAN KARAWANG STUDENTS
The background of this research is based on the importance of mastering the memorization of the Qur\u27an from an early age as the foundation of Islamic character education as well as stimulating the cognitive, affective, and spiritual development of children. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-shot case study type. The research subjects were class B students who participated in learning with the application of the memorization model. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression to measure the contribution of free variables to bound variables, as well as Spearman correlation test to see the tightness of relationships between variables. The results of the study showed that the memorization model had a positive and significant effect on improving the memorization of short letters. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.839 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05) confirms the existence of a strong relationship. The magnitude of the influence of the learning model on memorization was shown by the R square value of 0.704, which means that 70.4% of the variation in memorization improvement was directly influenced by the application of the memorization model, while 29.6% was influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings reinforce empirical evidence that memorization strategies can be an effective approach in Qur\u27an learning in early childhood Islamic educational institutions. In addition, this study provides practical implications for teachers and institutional managers in choosing the right learning model to foster children\u27s love for the Qur\u27an while improving the ability to memorize systematically.Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya penguasaan hafalan Al-Qur’an sejak usia dini sebagai fondasi pendidikan karakter Islami sekaligus stimulasi perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one-shot case study. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas B yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan penerapan model memorization. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengukur kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, serta uji korelasi Spearman untuk melihat keeratan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model memorization berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hafalan surat-surat pendek. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,839 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) menegaskan adanya hubungan yang kuat. Besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hafalan ditunjukkan oleh nilai R square sebesar 0,704, yang berarti 70,4% variasi peningkatan hafalan dipengaruhi langsung oleh penerapan model memorization, sementara 29,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini memperkuat bukti empiris bahwa strategi memorization dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di lembaga pendidikan Islam anak usia dini. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi guru dan pengelola lembaga dalam memilih model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk menumbuhkan kecintaan anak terhadap Al-Qur’an sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal secara sistematis
STORYTELLING TO INCREASE EARLY CHILDHOOD RESPONSIBILITY IN RA AR-RAIHAN
An attitude of responsibility is one of the important aspects in the formation of early childhood character which is generally formed through the process of observing, imitating, and habituating in the family, school, and play environment. Initial observations at RA Ar-Raihan show that there are still many children who have not displayed responsible behavior, such as tidying up toys after use, completing tasks to completion, putting things back in their place, and daring to admit mistakes. Based on these problems, this research aims to improve children\u27s attitude of responsibility through the application of the storytelling method. The research uses the PTK approach which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observation and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the development of children\u27s responsible attitudes. In the initial condition, most children are still in the category of "not yet developed" or "starting to develop". After cycle I, there was an increase to the categories of "progressing as expected" and "progressing very well". In cycle II, the results were more optimal, characterized by the absence of children who were in the "undeveloped" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the storytelling method is effective in increasing the attitude of responsibility in early childhood, as well as making a practical contribution for teachers in integrating character values through fun and contextual learning strategies.Sikap tanggung jawab merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini yang pada umumnya terbentuk melalui proses mengamati, meniru, serta pembiasaan dalam lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, maupun lingkungan bermain. Observasi awal di RA Ar-Raihan menunjukkan masih banyak anak yang belum menampilkan perilaku bertanggung jawab, seperti merapikan mainan setelah digunakan, menyelesaikan tugas hingga tuntas, meletakkan kembali barang pada tempatnya, serta berani mengakui kesalahan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab anak melalui penerapan metode storytelling. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam perkembangan sikap tanggung jawab anak. Pada kondisi awal, sebagian besar anak masih berada pada kategori “belum berkembang” atau “mulai berkembang”. Setelah siklus I, terdapat peningkatan ke kategori “berkembang sesuai harapan” dan “berkembang sangat baik”. Pada siklus II, hasilnya lebih optimal, ditandai dengan tidak adanya anak yang berada pada kategori “belum berkembang”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode storytelling efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab anak usia dini, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter melalui strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan kontekstual
RELIGIOUS MODERATION IN A MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY IN THE AGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRY
Religious moderation is a concept that prioritizes balance in carrying out religious beliefs in society. Today, technological and industrial developments have created a new landscape in social interaction, which affects the religious diversity of society. Information technology, especially social media, allows individuals to disseminate religious views easily, both moderate and extreme. However, this development also poses challenges, especially in maintaining the values of tolerance and harmony between religious communities. This article explores the importance of religious moderation in a multicultural society and the impact of technological and industrial developments on people\u27s religious practices. With a qualitative approach, this study examines the main issues that affect the implementation of religious moderation in the digital and industrial era. The results of this research are expected to provide insight for policymakers, religious leaders, and the wider community in realizing a harmonious life. The implication of this research is to enrich interdisciplinary studies between the study of religion, sociology, and technology. The concept of religious moderation raised in the context of multicultural society and technological advances contributes to a new understanding of the dynamics of religion in the digital era, especially in analyzing changes in interaction patterns, the spread of religious values, and the challenges of digital radicalism. In addition, it is also a strengthening of the values of religious moderation that can be an important foundation in creating social harmony in the midst of (SARA). In a society that is increasingly connected through technology, mutual respect and tolerance between religions must be strengthened to prevent conflict and social disintegration.Moderasi beragama adalah konsep yang mengedepankan keseimbangan dalam menjalankan keyakinan beragama di masyarakat. Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi dan industri telah menciptakan lanskap baru dalam interaksi sosial, yang mempengaruhi keberagamaan masyarakat. Teknologi informasi, terutama media sosial, memungkinkan individu menyebarluaskan pandangan agama dengan mudah, baik yang moderat maupun ekstrem. Namun, perkembangan ini juga menimbulkan tantangan, terutama dalam menjaga nilai-nilai toleransi dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji isu-isu utama yang memengaruhi penerapan moderasi beragama di era digital dan industri. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan, pemuka agama, dan masyarakat luas dalam mewujudkan kehidupan yang harmonis. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah memperkaya kajian interdisipliner antara studi agama, sosiologi, dan teknologi. Konsep moderasi beragama yang diangkat dalam konteks masyarakat multikultural dan kemajuan teknologi memberi kontribusi terhadap pemahaman baru mengenai dinamika keberagamaan di era digital, terutama dalam menganalisis perubahan pola interaksi, penyebaran nilai keagamaan, dan tantangan radikalisme digital. Selain itu juga menjadi penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam menciptakan harmoni sosial di tengah keberagaman (SARA). CHARACTER EDUCATION AS A MORAL FOUNDATION FOR CHILDREN IN THE DIGITAL ERA (Literature Conceptual Review)
The development of the digital era and globalization has a significant impact on children\u27s lives, including in moral, social, and spiritual aspects. The rise of unfiltered digital content, identity crises, and permissive culture are serious challenges in the formation of noble morals of the younger generation. In this context, character education is an urgent need that must be systematically integrated into the education system and children\u27s daily lives. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the urgency and relevance of character education in shaping children\u27s morals in the midst of the rapid flow of globalization and digitalization. This research aims to analyze the concept, urgency, and implementation of character education in the contemporary context. The approach used is qualitative with the library research method, which examines classical and contemporary literature on character values and implementation strategies. The results of the study show that character education has a central role in instilling values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, discipline, tolerance, and religiosity. These values serve as a moral foundation that strengthens children\u27s resilience in the face of various negative influences. Character education must be carried out consistently and continuously in the family, school, and community environment. The implications of this study confirm that character education is a crucial long-term investment in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also morally strong and ready to face global challenges without losing identity.Perkembangan era digital dan globalisasi membawa dampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan anak, termasuk dalam aspek moral, sosial, dan spiritual. Maraknya konten digital yang tidak terfilter, krisis identitas, dan budaya permisif menjadi tantangan serius dalam pembentukan akhlak mulia generasi muda. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan karakter menjadi kebutuhan mendesak yang harus diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam sistem pendidikan dan kehidupan anak sehari-hari. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana urgensi dan relevansi pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk akhlak anak di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, urgensi, dan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam konteks kekinian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), yang mengkaji literatur klasik maupun kontemporer mengenai nilai-nilai karakter dan strategi implementasinya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memiliki peran sentral dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, disiplin, toleransi, dan religiusitas. Nilai-nilai ini berfungsi sebagai fondasi moral yang memperkuat ketahanan anak dalam menghadapi berbagai pengaruh negatif. Pendidikan karakter harus dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter adalah investasi jangka panjang yang krusial dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga kuat secara moral dan siap menghadapi tantangan global tanpa kehilangan jati diri

MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA MASYARAKAT MODERN
The quality of Islamic education is a strategic aspect that determines the success of the institution in producing a generation that excels intellectually, characterfully, and is based on spiritual values. This article aims to examine the concept, scope, improvement strategy, and practical study of the application of quality education in the era of modern society, with a focus on Islamic educational institutions. Using a literature study approach, this study explains that the quality of education includes the conformity of processes and results with the set standards, the needs of education service users, as well as Islamic values such as itqan (sincerity), ihsan (best quality), and amanah (responsibility). The scope of quality includes institutional, educator, student, learning processes, and integrated evaluation. The quality improvement strategy emphasizes the development of a quality culture, strengthening teacher competence, a sustainable evaluation system, and visionary leadership. A case study at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School shows that the synergy between Islamic boarding school traditions and modern innovations can produce a sustainable quality system, including academic learning, character development, and institutional management based on Islamic values. These findings confirm that the success of improving the quality of Islamic education is highly dependent on collective commitment, leadership integrity, and the application of adaptive management principles, so that Islamic educational institutions are able to compete globally without losing their Islamic identity.Mutu pendidikan Islam merupakan aspek strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan lembaga dalam mencetak generasi yang unggul secara intelektual, berkarakter, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep, ruang lingkup, strategi peningkatan, dan studi praktik penerapan mutu pendidikan di era masyarakat modern, dengan fokus pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, kajian ini menguraikan bahwa mutu pendidikan mencakup kesesuaian proses dan hasil dengan standar yang ditetapkan, kebutuhan pengguna layanan pendidikan, serta nilai-nilai Islam seperti itqan (kesungguhan), ihsan (kualitas terbaik), dan amanah (tanggung jawab). Ruang lingkup mutu meliputi aspek kelembagaan, pendidik, peserta didik, proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi. Strategi peningkatan mutu menekankan pembangunan budaya mutu, penguatan kompetensi guru, sistem evaluasi yang berkelanjutan, serta kepemimpinan visioner. Studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara tradisi pesantren dan inovasi modern dapat menghasilkan sistem mutu yang berkelanjutan, mencakup pembelajaran akademik, pembinaan karakter, dan pengelolaan kelembagaan berbasis nilai Islam. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam sangat bergantung pada komitmen kolektif, integritas kepemimpinan, dan penerapan prinsip manajemen yang adaptif, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam mampu bersaing secara global tanpa kehilangan identitas keislamannya
